The hotel is located 250 meters from the sea, it takes about 4-5 minutes to walk to the beach. The sea is visible only from the 4th floor, and even then not from all the rooms. That is, there is actually no SeeView.
The rooms are normal, individual air conditioning, turns on only when the door to the balcony is closed. The 4th floor has recently been renovated, so the furniture there is newer.
Food - plentiful and very good, fruits, meat, fish, etc. We had HB, but for dinner water is free. True tea, coffee and so on - for a fee. All drinks are free in the morning.
The staff is Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking. The waiters were from Kyiv, reception - from Moscow and local, but they spoke Russian fluently. The cleaners also spoke Russian well.
The hotel is located near various cafes. Until 12 at night it can be noisy there, but immediately after midnight all the music is cut down as if on cue. Near the street - but there are very few cars. Generally not a noisy place.

We recommend renting a car. We took in the office Status. There, the uncle speaks Russian, no deposit is needed and the prices are low, and you can actively bargain, especially if it is out of season.
In 10 minutes from the hotel there is a supermarket "Mazotis", a large selection and low prices. True, there is another supermarket very close to the hotel, there is a sign in Russian - also some products are very cheap. For example, olive oil and wine can be bought even cheaper than at Mazotis.
