The hotel was chosen, as they say, for old times' sake. We have stayed at this hotel several times with our family. Everything has changed for the worse. Plumbing and air conditioners in the rooms are out of order and need to be replaced. The hotel technicians are helpful, but the equipment is very old. The restaurant no longer has a beautiful presentation of dishes, it resembles a dining room, limited selection of dishes, dishes are not tasty, fruits are limited and of poor quality. The head waiter in the restaurant does not know languages, cannot communicate with visitors.

The pool bar also leaves much to be desired: many drinks are excluded from the all incl system, the bartenders are unprofessional. We went on an excursion - we were given a Lanche box, which had absolutely nothing in it. It seems that the hotel saves on everything. The director of the hotel gives the impression of being abnormal: he constantly runs around the hotel with a walkie-talkie and shouts at everyone.

The staff looks harassed, not smiling like they used to.

Despite the considerable money paid, the rest was not joyful. The hotel continues to exist due to its location, a beautiful building, the style of the entire hotel and a very pleasant Beauty Spa.
