We chose hotels for a long time, because we have a small child - 1 year 9 months old, we wanted a quiet family hotel, food to match and naturally for the child. Here the Labyrinth suggested this hotel, and even according to the "MAMA and BABY" system, my happiness knew no bounds... (they informed me that they didn’t take a pot, baby purees, cereals can be ordered a day in advance, etc. ) We, in principle, children's purees were not needed, my son is already eating a common table, but milk porridge in the morning is required. Well, then they won’t have porridge? Also, MOTHER AND BABY. I thought with my husband and decided to go on a trip! Upon arrival, we were met, escorted to a comfortable bus, we drove to the hotel for 20 minutes, here we are, we didn’t notice how we arrived. We were at the hotel at about 10 in the morning. We were met by the guide Natalia, we go to the reception, draw up documents and promised to settle us in 30 minutes, offering to pass this time at breakfast. I ask Natalia "Will there already be a pot in the room? " The guide looked surprised and answered "What pot? " I say right there the program "MAMA and BABY". Natalia told me that "MAMA and BABY" is not here, this hotel does not participate in this program. Of course, I was very surprised, because the voucher clearly says SUPPLEMENT FOR THE SERVICE: "MOM AND BABY". Natalia promised that she would solve the problem with the pot. As a result, my child got used to the adult toilet, with the support of his parents! if I knew, I took a child seat on the toilet from home. Meals at the hotel, WELL JUST NOT FOR LITTLE CHILDREN! After all, the son eats a common table... in the morning there was milk porridge, always one rice, very cold. I asked to warm it up, they said five blowjobs and I waited for these 5 minutes for a very long time. I had to dilute the porridge with a little hot water. Sonulik ate. For lunch, we eat soup, a regular soup without any bells and whistles, the only thing is, I rub it a little. Well, knowing that hotels usually have cream soups or mashed soups, I think it will not be difficult for me! BUT!! ! it wasn’t there, the soup is really PURE SOUP, but spicy! And only one kind of soup for lunch, and added lemon or vinegar to it! unclear! The rest of the days I found broccoli soup and potato soup, it was not spicy! And my son ate the thin one. So with soups, too, a DISASTER! In general, the child ate either pasta, or sausage, or porridge in the morning, diluted with hot water! scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, meat - some meat dishes were also peppered! Upon arrival home, my son lost weight, and immediately began to fatten up with normal mush, not spicy soups! I can say that the hotel is not bad, but not for small children.
BEACH-it has already been written many times that it is HORRIBLE, really so-I was convinced with my own eyes. We went swimming to the left, about 15 minutes to go. There is sand and a very good entry into the sea!
NUMBER-good, but salty water flows from the tap! and the cleaning leaves much to be desired, on the first day we were settled - (by the way, we were actually settled in 30 minutes) I looked under the bed, it was dirty, I reported this to the reception, as a result, no one cleaned under the bed! Sleeping place, two single beds, connected together, at night they constantly moved apart, the child slept with us, and fell into this hole! It was decided to plug it with a towel! Russians do not give up here either))) There is no curtain in the bathroom - the floor is wet after bathing. Since a small child was running around the room, I constantly wiped the floor with towels, there are plenty of them, they change every day, as they clean them! BUT NOT THOROUGHLY! Audibility-100%!! ! I constantly asked my husband why he did not close the door, but the door was closed! So it's better to live in a bungalow, but not next to the pool, otherwise you'll swim with the vacationers. The mini bar was replenished daily, but they give very little water, only 2 bottles of 0.5 liter. Bought constantly.

Most importantly, the water that is brought in the restaurant, do not give it to children, buy bottled water! We met a family from Moscow, they gave this water to their daughter, 1 year and 4 months old, she started vomiting and diarrhea!
the hotel is not bad, but they believed "LABYRINTH" that there is "MOM AND BABY", the food is not for small children.
Many thanks to the GUIDE NATALIA, who helped to return 20 euros for a towel (beach towels are issued on a reserve basis, 1 towel is 20 euros). We have lost the receipt for the towel, although copies remain at the reception!
