When choosing a hotel, we were based on the reviews and advice of friends who were in this hotel several years ago. there are few people and we will be accommodated without waiting for 14.00. We were at the hotel at 10.30, at the reception we were told that we had to wait 1.5 hours, after contacting us, we were asked to wait another 1 hour, after which I raised a small scandal (the child was already boiled, and the hotel was almost empty), As a result, we immediately got a room with a sea view and, as a present, a bottle of wine! This somehow brightened up the first impression of the hotel.
The room is quite normal, bathrobes, slippers, a large balcony. Considering that we went on a breakfast-dinner system, there was no kettle in the room! The corkscrew present in the room is just a name, with it you can only open a bottle of beer! very cramped, despite the fact that I'm not a "large" person! Cleaned the room every day, clean!
The territory is quite large and well-groomed. Towels for the beach and the pool must be obtained at the "Supermarket"! I have never seen anything like this anywhere (this is probably for the sake of economy). It is very inconvenient! The beach is very small, part of it is occupied by an artificial concrete slab, sun beds not enough, asking the hotel administration about this, they received an answer that the tourists were not decent, that they put towels and left! Since I was an eyewitness to this fact, it was complete nonsense, I didn’t want to swear!

But, the sea is very beautiful, it compensates for the minuses.
A separate topic for this hotel is DINNER. Arriving for dinner (at any time) you need to stand in the QUEUE! One guard at the entrance is a normal person, but the second one, who "floats" out of the hall and accompanies you to the table, is worth a separate description. This person looks like a big narcissistic penguin! You can’t confuse him with anyone. The queue is because they save on staff, the tables are not cleaned on time. The food is monotonous, very poor (but you won’t leave hungry! ), For a 5-star hotel, very weak!
The hotel is not for families with children, that's for sure. Children's animation and the place that is allocated for children's games is just an "excuse".
The staff, in principle, is friendly everywhere, but due to the fact that they work for 3 people (for one RFP), they are pretty tired!
A supermarket (Cosmos) is nearby and is served by an elderly Greek owner. Here is the "icon" of service for Greece, and he himself will show the goods, treat him with brandy, coffee.
