Море позитива. A lot of positive.

We rested in Aldemar in early August, with children 2.5 and 6 years old, the impressions were the most positive. And from the hotel, and from the country (in Greece - the first time). In comparison with the Turks and Egyptians, the Greeks seemed more hospitable, cordial and sincere.
Tour operator TezTour - as usual, no complaints. Despite the fact that the cost of the tour they had was somewhere 10-12% lower than that of other TOs for this hotel. The carrier - UIA, Boeing-737, the flight there - on time, back - was delayed for an hour with something, as for a charter - not critical.
Departure was at 7 am, passport control took half an hour, representatives of the tour operator met at the exit from the airport, escorted to the bus, an hour after arrival we were already at the hotel. We quickly filled out the cards, received bracelets, had a bite to eat, took a shower (there are showers in the reception building) and went to the sea. We swam for an hour, and at 12 we were already settled.

They take you to your room in a car, even if the building is 50 meters from the reception - not so much “a trifle, but nice”, as “cool”.
We had a two-room suite (apartments), in blue tones - just lovely: it seems to be in the local style, but you look closely - everything is modern and of high quality. Welcome gift - wine and water. Then they bought water in a shop on the territory (0.26-0.5 euro cents per 1.5 liters). In the hallway there is a mini-kitchenette (electric stove, sink, refrigerator, shelves, dishes are brought on demand), everything works in the bathroom, clean and tidy, there is a set of small things such as threads, nail files, hygiene products. Shampoo-gel-toilet paper was added daily, towels were changed if thrown on the floor.
In the room itself: one room - a double bed (more precisely, two shifted one and a half), wardrobe, dressing table, TV, bedside tables. The second - two beds (they stand with the letter G), a bedside table with a floor lamp, bedside tables, another TV, wardrobe. From each room - on the balcony, on one - a table and chairs, on the other - drying and chairs. The second floor overlooking the sea is just not a room, but a dream.
The air conditioner worked great, turned on for ten minutes to cool the room, he coped.
Linen was changed about once every 3 days. Linen is new, white. One big minus is the composition: 50% cotton, another half is synthetics. Who cares, I don’t feel comfortable sleeping under such sheets, this is especially noticeable in the heat. But, fortunately, this is not only the room's biggest drawback. But the entire hotel.

Nutrition. It has been written and rewritten more than once: yes, this is not Turkey. And there are no twenty-two salads for lunch. BUT: there is less choice, but all dishes have their own taste, everything is sooo fresh, original, of high quality. The cuisine is either very close to Italian, or they just love Italians in Aldemar: all kinds of pasta, paella, ravioli, and so on. -daily. There was always fish, in different variations - mussels, squids, shrimps; chicken, meat - pork, beef, lamb. A lot of fruits - both seasonal (melon, watermelon, grapes, peaches), and canned (apricots, pears), etc.
Desserts, pastries, ice cream… a lot, varied, delicious.
Children in general - "ice cream paradise": both in the restaurant and in bars, all day without restrictions 5 types of ice cream, syrups, chocolate chips.
In the bars on the beach and near the pool - pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, drinks.
The alcohol is all very decent, they make cocktails well (including non-alcoholic ones, they constantly took Fitness for children), they discovered Metaxa for themselves - they liked it so much that they took 1.5 liters home 
There are many pools for different tastes. For children, 3 paddling pools (2 near the mini-club and one near the active pool) + slide: we rode it with pleasure, 75 meters, slowly - beautiful!
Sea. We liked. Clean, small pebbles: it’s nice to walk, and then it doesn’t climb everywhere like sand. Pleasantly surprised by the underwater world: if you swim away, then the fish are dark, very different. The beach is relatively clean, the main dirt is from our tourist brother: cigarette butts, candy wrappers, bottles appear as if from under the ground.
With children, we moved a little to the side, where there are no stones, while we swam everywhere (I in coral slippers, my husband with flippers).
Animation: 5+!! ! I haven't seen this yet. The backbone of the team is Italians (especially bright - Manuel and Matteo, just two lighters! ), In addition, there were Russians, a Belarusian, a Ukrainian girl, Balts, a Swede... The guys all day bothered the vacationers (not intrusively, but actively), children's animation was also smart . The kids went after the girls in a flock, the evening shows are bright, without outright vulgarity. There was an awesome night fire show in the water; a beautiful evening dedicated to musicals; show in memory of M. Jackson.

There is a good shop on the territory of the hotel - souvenirs there turned out to be even cheaper than in the city, there is mineral water, juices, sweets. Alcohol and olive oil turned out to be the most profitable to take in the dutik.
The hotel staff is very friendly, the attitude towards tourists is excellent. Everyone knows English, almost knows at least a couple of phrases in Russian. In addition, there are many Russians - bartenders, cleaners, changing towels. Turned out they were students. Who is in practice, who just moonlights in the summer.
By the way, a sign that the hotel is worthy - foreigners with golden bracelets - regular customers. So there is something to come back for. We will be happy to come here again.
