For the past 3 years, my family and I have been visiting the island of Crete. And for the third year we have been staying at the Aldemar Cretan Village. In my opinion, it is the best for a family vacation!!! ! Good rooms - for a reasonable price, maids clean the room every day and change towels, the plumbing is working, although the air conditioners are junk, but you contact the reception and the problem is quickly eliminated. Green area, there is a place to walk and frolic for the kids. Children's pools, a water slide that does not leave any child indifferent. The beach is not bad, the main thing is to stock up on swimming slippers to make it more comfortable to go into the sea. The sea is gorgeous, clean, no sea urchins, and this is very important!!! ! The animation program is different every day: live music, fire shows, various performances, karaoke, and for the little guests a daily mini-disco. There is also a kids club where you can leave your children (4-12 years old). Or if you are going on an excursion, the hotel has a babysitting service (13€/hour). The food is normal, although the breakfast is monotonous, but for dinner there is always a choice between several types of meat and fish. Very tasty desserts! We visit this wonderful place every year and I'm sure this year was not the last!!! !
