I rested with my wife from 30.09. 13 to 10.10. 13. We flew from Kazan to Heraklion at about 16:10 local time, at the exit from the airport there was an employee of the tour operator in a recognizable form, so there were no problems finding the bus to the hotel arose. They quickly put us on the bus and after 10 minutes we were already rolling along the highway. We were the first to arrive at the hotel (the bus went further, delivering people to more distant hotels), only 27 km from the airport according to the GPS navigator. The check-in to the room also went very quickly and without problems, however, the girls at the reception did not speak Russian, but they managed to explain themselves : ) . ROOM. We settled in the room that we ordered - Standard Sea View With Jacuzzi, with a jacuzzi and a sea view. The room is clean, tidy, the maid cleaned every day and even, as it seemed to me, changed the linen every day : )) . The room has a free safe and a free mini-bar with one bottle of 1.0 liters of non-carbonated drinking water and another plus 8 bottles of 0.33 liters of all sorts of drinks such as Pepsi, 7up, etc. For some reason, the description of the room says, that the safe in the room and the mini-bar are paid - at least in our room the safe and the mini-bar were free, about which the girl at the reception immediately warned. I note that there are no instructions for using the safe in Russian, so before locking valuables in it, practice with the door open : ). The floor in the room is wooden, on the terrace and in the bathroom - tiles. There is a TV and as many as 4 Russian-language channels are broadcast on it (First, Russia-planet, Russia-Vesti, Euronews), but the image quality is disgusting, heavy "snow". It did not bother us, we turned on the news only to make sure that everything is calm in the world and the end of the world has not yet come : ) . Minus - there were no soft slippers in the room (for example, white soft slippers were issued in Turkey), I had to walk in wet beach ones. Tip - bring your own. NUTRITION. The main restaurant in the central building is an interior of three "compartments" plus an outdoor terrace. Tables are clean and service is good. Minus: on rainy days, the outdoor terrace did not function and during dinner there were not enough tables in the interior, a queue formed. We sometimes had to wait 15-20 minutes. And it only happened during dinner. . For breakfast, people approach gradually, as they wake up, not all at once. For lunch, apparently, many went on excursions or stayed on the beach. And by the time of dinner, the beach was already closed, everyone was returning from excursions - and as a result, there was a queue to the restaurant. On warm days, when the outdoor terrace opened, there were no queues. The range of dishes is quite wide, although there is relatively little fruit. The quality of the food is excellent, we liked it. In a word, you won't stay hungry : ) . Although, of course, there is no comrade for the taste and color, and it is quite possible that gourmets may be dissatisfied. Minus - there were practically no cafes and bars on the beach. BLUE BAR was open for 2-3 days, perhaps it has something to do with the end of the season, although it is not clear to me.
