Hello, fresh review. So, the transfer from Heraklion to the hotel took about 40 minutes - an hour with a stop at 4 more hotels. Arrived early, settled as expected after 2pm. However, immediately upon arrival, we were put on bracelets, which allowed us to have breakfast and use the bar services without waiting for 2 p. m. The only negative is that there is no luggage storage, things are left at the reception.
The hotel staff left pleasant memories of themselves. Everyone did their job diligently - be it the waiter, the receptionist, the maid, the pool maintenance staff, the spa worker or anyone else. The waiter Diana is always a smile on her face, quiet, inconspicuous, quick, friendly. Unfortunately, I did not see the name of the manager in the restaurant hall, who coordinated the work of the waiters - always friendly, who noticed every little thing. And, of course, the chef. Peace of mind combined with professionalism. At lunch and dinner, he was always present in the hall, coordinating the work of the kitchen with just a glance.
We had a superior room with a great location - above the restaurant, corner room on the 2nd floor with 2 balconies. The room itself is small in size with a shower, everything you need was available in the room, but for a family of 3 people it is small. Safe in the room 20 euros per week.

The food is good, quite varied. For lunch and dinner there were both seafood and various meats - chicken, lamb, veal, pork, a lot of vegetables, both raw and stewed, marinated or grilled. Lots of sweets and seasonal fruits. The assortment on the line was replenished very quickly.
The beach is not wide, sandy, well cleaned. Very gentle entry into the sea. There were always free sun beds, we never occupied them in advance.
The territory of the hotel is small, there is a children's club, a corner with live turtles, fish in a waterfall, a church.
There are bars on the beach and near one of the pools. Near the pool there is a snack bar with cheeses, sausages, sandwiches, fruits. There is ice cream at the pool bar. Near the sea in a bar, we took only water a couple of times, I don’t know what is there yet.
A nice bonus for vacationers is a small island in front of the beach. We swam there every day.
