We rested with a family with two children in July 2013. We booked a family room (2 rooms). Upon arrival, they settled in a remote building on the ground floor near the passage to the sea. Opposite the window is an abandoned wasteland with a homeless person who every day made some smelly brew on a fire. The murdered number resembles more a ward of a domestic hospital.
They asked to be moved - there were no rooms. They offered to come the next day at 9 am for relocation. We arrived on time - there were no rooms. The girl at the counter asked me to come at 12. We came, they showed us a better number than before. But it hasn't been removed yet. They said they would move to exactly the same as they showed, but in a different block. They said to come back in an hour. I asked several times - is it exactly the same? ? Confirmed yes. We went to lunch. Since they ran at the request of the staff to them every time like clockwork, as they asked, this time they were no longer in a hurry, they dined calmly. Came in an hour and a half and ran into frank rudeness of the staff. The girl attacked us in a raised voice: "Where do you go, why are you tearing down my settlement, why don't you come on time. " We were shocked.
As a result, we were moved, but when we entered the room, we saw that it was absolutely not the same as we were shown before, but completely different.
