The hotel corresponds to - minus a 4-star hotel. Rooms: Soviet-era renovation, plumbing and a 15-year-old hair dryer - everything works on snot, the shower cabin is designed for a 10-year-old child (it’s very crowded for a person with an average build, not to mention overweight people). There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The room got with an ancient renovation and with old smoky furniture (furniture production in the 1990s, or even earlier), the air conditioner did not work (after 2 days of persuasion the master came) - after which everything worked, but this unit cooled the air with such noise that I just I regretted that I did not take earplugs from home. Mini Bar in the room (which was supposed to be replenished every day), also fictitious - they brought water, Pepsi and two cans of beer, only on the second day and were not replenished anymore (despite the fact that in the morning and evening they asked the reception to replenish the refrigerator, and the administrators smiled sweetly and promised to bring everything). No slippers, no iron!! ! Room Service NO!!! ! Cleaning is just at a low level - they wash where the mop gets out. They rolled up old wet and dirty towels and put in supposedly new ones !! ! The shower cabin is just a child's size, it is not possible for an adult to wash, no trouble. Shower supplies like shower gel and shampoo are just the bare minimum. For four people, they put 8 tubes of 50 ml each - for all 2 weeks. The door lock broke after a week of stay. It’s good that people were sitting on the balcony of neighboring rooms - they called the reception and explained the situation - the administrator said come to the reception, we will give you new ones - BUT, given the fact that we lived at the very top of the mountain and it was in the evening with tired children - I just demanded that the hotel staff picked us up and brought these keys!!! ! It’s a terrible story about beach towels in general - they change them 3 times a week from 12-14:00 (and if you don’t have time, you will lie on dirty smelly towels and wait for the date of issue of new ones) Once we changed the towels for "clean" towels, and deployed on the beach - and were SHOCKED - they were used, dirty, they smelled of someone else's creams, everything was stained (in short, someone else's dirty towels were rolled up and given out as clean). Food: everything is sooooo NOT tasty, the menu does NOT change (it's very bad with imagination). You will eat the same food for two weeks!!! ! Once in two weeks they put a waffle iron for breakfast (so the queue was like in a mausoleum and people just squabbled among themselves for portions - since there were two waffle irons and the cooking speed was very slow). They gave out this luxurious dish in portions - one waffle in one hand - only for some reason the Russians were so broken off, but the Germans could have gotten more) !! ! There is no children's food at all! The smell in the restaurant is not entirely pleasant, cutlery is dirty, napkins in general are scarce and luxurious in this hotel. Staff and waiters at the meal does not serve drinks do not bring. Their function is to quickly pick up plates from under the nose and free the table faster. With regard to animation - a complete bluff - its "animation" - SIMPLY NO !!! ! For half an hour of children's entertainment only in German - my children (6 and 9 years old) - refused to go there from the first day ! ! For adults, boredom is complete (everything is low). For some reason, we didn’t see all the so-called entertainment events (although we were at the central sites). There is no music in the pool at all (they were entertained with their music through their phones). INTERNET IS PAID!!!! ! Excursions: in general, nonsense - we booked an excursion through our operator INTOURIST - a curator came to us - suggested a certain route - we chose an individual transfer to a minivan with a driver and a guide - a sedan (Voltswagen) arrived, only with a driver (who speaks Russian - every other time - and the money was ripped off as for a VIP trip / Explanations alone - the car broke down, and the guide fell ill (of course, we sorted things out for a long time, lost a couple of hours, but didn’t achieve anything, we had to agree to what we have). the installation is not to notice all this nonsense, but every time we talked with vacationers in this hotel, we heard one thing - WHERE WE WERE GOING TO - HOW WE WERE DECEIVED - FOR WHAT WE PAID THIS MONEY (exactly half of the hotel was dissatisfied and disappointed tourists). And the most interesting thing was that ELDORADO was promised to everyone - but in fact this hotel can be described as a pioneer camp or, at best, a boarding house in the Penza region. To sum up, then - PEOPLE go there as in a 5-star hotel CATEGORYLY IMPOSSIBLE - the rest will be spoiled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!!! ! ps We thought that we were too demanding and we were just unlucky - BUT IN THE RESULT WE UNDERSTAND _ THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE IT IN EVERYTHING - THIS IS A FAILURE IN THE SYSTEM AND ADVERTISING OF THIS HOTEL.
