Ошиблись с выбором отеля ((( Wrong choice of hotel

We dreamed of going to this hotel, it was recommended to us two years in a row by friends from Holland. And absolutely no one expected such a disappointment, we are in Crete for the second time.
Territory. The first impression is so upset, just to tears, especially the beach. THAT is why you are going, this sea upset us so much. The sun loungers are so crowded on the beach that it is not even possible to walk there. You pay 6 euros for a sunbed and relax in such discomfort. HORRIBLE! A storm caught us for several days, and everyone moved to the pool, but near the two pools the place was not at all designed for the number of people vacationing in the hotel, those who did not have enough sunbeds sat on chairs near the pool, and those who did not have enough chairs sat in the room (( (The hotel is not guarded, it is located right among the residential streets, you walk and don’t understand whether you are on the street or in the hotel))) Anyone can visit))) there is a busy road between the beach and the hotel, along which cars and buses rush with no restrictions tourists, you can’t let a child go on your own.
The room is even worse than the territory, with old, falling apart furniture, and the bathroom is meter by meter and this is not a joke, to get out you have to step over the toilet (see photo). A paid safe at the reception, BUT this is not a safe, but old bank boxes that only fit passports and a wallet. What do you do with your camera when you don't want to take it with you?

Food. Knowing how well the Greeks cook, tasty and varied, BUT this is not about this hotel. I had to take only breakfast and eat on the street. This is advice! With all inclusive, we ate dinner and sometimes dined in a cafe outside. We especially liked Christos, delicious.
These facts upset us very much, but we did not spoil our vacation, we rode around the island a lot, we didn’t eat at the hotel. The only thing is that we spent more money than the cost of a ticket to this hotel!
