I will try to objectively evaluate the hotel "Petra Mare". We rested at the hotel from September 24 to October 7.2012.
Why "4" for placement? We got a room with a sea view. All rooms are standard (absolutely the same) either with a direct sea view or a city view, but in my opinion it is impossible to live with a city view. it's a view of a car park for hire + quite a busy road. There are no comments to the reception service. I would even give them 5+. Any issue was resolved in a matter of minutes, always polite, helpful, friendly. But the number 5 does not pull. The doors of the balcony opened very tightly, without the help of my husband I could not open them.
There are holes in the curtains. The tables on the bedside tables are not fixed at all. No bath cap. And so the rooms are not bad, spacious, everything worked. There are no special claims. In short, solid 4.

Room cleaning "3". I threw towels on the floor to be changed, as a result, they took all the towels in the room, and “forgot” to put clean ones. On the day before departure, they removed from the bathroom - gel, shampoo, soap. In short, trifles, but unpleasant.
Nutrition. For the work of the kitchen "excellent", everything is delicious, varied, fresh. But the non-alcoholic drinks are disgusting. In order to pour a glass of concentrated "juice" a restaurant employee had to drain 12 from the machine!!! ! Glasses of water. There were no normal drinks. Fruit . I had to wait 22 minutes, although more than an hour remained before the end of dinner time, they brought it when I demanded a manager, not only did they rude me to my remark that the service was disgusting. With a sneer, the young girl replied: "Thank you very much! " There is no service, appliances, napkins, tea, coffee, etc. you have to bring it yourself. Teaspoons are only plastic and this is, excuse me, a restaurant?
Animation excellent. Well done guys! ! Of course, the "shows" are vulgar and uninteresting, but sports programs during the day are at a high professional level.
Playgrounds and animation, children's programs "excellent". For kids, it's just heaven.
Weather. Excellent, comfortable. The pool is great, we didn't find the water cold.
The sea is clean. Entrance to the sea for C grade. There is no sand anywhere, but this is not a problem in the pool area, the pebbly entrance is quite decent. Umbrellas and sun loungers were always available.
Excursions. We went to Christ Island. We liked. Unfortunately, we did not hear a single good review about excursions from Pegasus. People who bought 2-3 excursions, having visited one of the others, simply refused, even with the loss of money.
Good reviews were from the guide Svetlana, who talked a lot about Greece and Crete, but no one got on the tour with her during our trip.
Well that's all. The hotel is not bad, but I would not go there a second time. Traveled more than 40 countries, there is something to compare. If you are with small children, I recommend it.
