There is no reception, when we checked in, a tourist from a neighboring room handed over the keys to us, and during the entire stay we did not meet any of the staff, except for the maid (and then once). The condition of the rooms is dead - the mattress is creaky with protruding springs, the pillows are terrible, the plumbing is leaking and other joys. In the description of the hotel, the tour operator indicates that you can use the swimming pool of the neighboring hotel - indeed, you can, only the owners of the neighboring hotel have not heard of this, just Kostas from the Oscar hotel (opposite) is incredibly kind; ) I put the stars only because we were not evicted from the room at standard time (since there is simply no staff here), which was very handy considering the late departure.
