Last year we went to this hotel, which was positioned for us in the Tez tour (office in Pushkino, Moscow region) as a five-star hotel. This is a blatant lie, which is dealt with by the management of this department, namely Natalia. The territory is small, but it is not simpler at all, on this patch it stinks of sewerage even in rooms that overlook the gutter. On the border with the hotel is "Uncle Tom's hut", which calls itself a disco or disco bar. They can yell there until five in the morning, or they can start yelling at three in the morning, well, that's how you like it. Our phones did not work, and no matter how they were asked to be fixed, we did not see anyone from the staff. At the reception, everything was recorded every day, and the next day it all started all over again. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Only money is taken not small, but more than three stars they cannot be given. And believe me, we are not fastidious, but quite loyal tourists.
