They will definitely help, no matter what the issue is (lost towels, the refrigerator does not work, bike rental, a bus ticket to Chania, etc. ) The sea is clean: on the left there are stones, hedgehogs (only on stones), fish; on the right - sand, for a long time shallow very convenient for kids. There are places to build sand castles. There is a strip of stones on the beach, it does not interfere. There is an entrance to the sea via wooden footbridges. Everything in the hotel is located close and thoughtfully. Near the village of Kavros. Walk for 10-15 minutes on a non-main road (cars do not drive behind with a whistle), although they are (slowly drive up to the hotels). 4 km to Lake Kourna and Georgioupolis. We rode bikes there. Bicycles were organized for us by a wonderful guy from the reception, he speaks Russian, we never asked for his name. Were in Santorini with a teztour, in Heraklion, Knossos. The only negative of these trips is the long road to Heraklion (up to 3 hours it came with all the arrivals at the hotels). We didn’t rent a car (I don’t drive, I have two children with me). There is no animation in the hotel. We didn't need it. There was not enough time to sleep. . . We will definitely come back again.
