Normal tourist "C grade", with a spacious area and a swimming pool. The rooms are simple and freshly refurbished. Furniture and plumbing - new. In the room: air conditioning (from July to August - free of charge), refrigerator, telephone, safe (free of charge), TV, hairdryer, balcony. Wi-Fi in "Akrathos" for a fee - 3 euros / hour or 10 euros / day.
The beach is municipal, sandy across the road from the hotel (there is a special passage). Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach - for a fee. The hotel can take beach towels for a deposit of 10 euros + "rent" for this towel - 50 cents / day (bring your own - save on beer : )).
Hotel "Akrafos" offers its guests transfers to nearby towns - Ouranoupoli (which is on the border with Athos) and Ierissos. In Ierissos, every Tuesday there is a "farmers' market", the assortment of which is quite wide - from strawberries to beach slippers. The price of a round trip transfer is 6 euros. The bus goes to Ouranoupoli twice a day, in the morning: 10:00 (there) - 13:30 (back); in the evening: 20:00 (there) - 22:30 (back), the price is 2 euros one way (or 6 euros if there are less than 4 people in the bus). You must sign up for a "transfer" in advance at the reception.
