Until now, I never thought that differences in belonging to one of the countries matter, because the problem was solved in 2 minutes, when an employee of the Hellenic Agency joined in solving the problem. The hotel staff did not respond to the requests and references of the Kazakh agency.

The ugly attitude towards customers at the reception was especially keenly felt against the backdrop of friendly service by the waiters in the restaurant.
