There was a negative reaction to our requests to change the number (for medical reasons), especially from the staff - the men, unfortunately, did not remember the names (apparently, they never got sick). Until now, I never thought that differences in belonging to one of the countries matter, because the problem was solved in 2 minutes, when an employee of the Hellenic Agency joined in solving the problem. The hotel staff did not respond to the requests and references of the Kazakh agency.
The ugly attitude towards customers at the reception was especially keenly felt against the backdrop of friendly service by the waiters in the restaurant. Over the past 8 years of my vacation, the first time I encountered such a boorish attitude. After that, I cannot recommend the Grand Resort Lagonissi to anyone. UGLY!

The Grand Resort Lagonisi occupies an entire peninsula near Athens. A wonderful piece of heaven on Greek soil! Immersed in greenery, with beautiful beaches and a variety of restaurants. Buggy drives across a vast territory, and if you need to get to a restaurant or a beach, they will come on call and take you.

We lived in a separate bungalow on the right side with amazing sea views, we could say we lived on a private beach! What sunsets we had - a fairy tale! The room is huge, with a bunch of appliances (half did not even understand why)), in the bathroom there is a jacuzzi, a telephone in the jacuzzi. TV in jacuzzi. There is also a hammam.
The main beach of the hotel is marked with a blue flag for cleanliness and comfort. There are many private villas on the territory with their own pools and beaches for those who are looking for tranquility and relaxation. The only negative is that on our side in the sea there were stones on which there were a lot of hedgehogs, so you need to look for a good entry into the sea. But the water is crystal clear!
We went to the nearby radon lake Vulyagmeni with healing mineral springs. Its water contains a high content of salt, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur and many other minerals, so it has anti-aging properties and helps with many diseases - skin, gynecological, rheumatic, respiratory and nervous system diseases, as well as headaches.
The food at the hotel is chic, there are many different restaurants, we especially liked the Greek and Asian cuisine restaurant, with a romantic veranda on the seashore. The price tag in restaurants is a little more expensive than, say, outside the hotel, but the service and quality are without question much higher and better, the freshest seafood, sushi, everything is very tasty! In general, our vacation was a success) We will be happy to return again to this paradise of Greece!

Nutrition - there are a lot of dishes for breakfast, but they are constant, so after 5 days you feel that you don’t want anything. It is not far from the airport, but there is nowhere to go outside the hotel to take a walk, no shops, no cafes, nothing. .
