LOCATION
The hotel is located in the city of Kobuleti (in general terms, a city in which 2 streets from all entertainments go to the market and to the amusement park). The market is 15 minutes away. The sea is clean, the beach is pebbly 3 minutes from the hotel.
VIEW

The hotel both externally and internally looks presentable. Upon arrival we were greeted at the reception and seated immediately. Because there were three of us. We got a room with 4 beds, a large spacious one. The room has air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, a set of towels. The view from the balcony is of course mesmerizing, you can see the sea even from the side room. The main disadvantage is that the shower and toilet are joint, while they are not separated from each other in any way. There are no booths, walls, fences, that is, someone will wash in the shower, everything will be wet: the walls, the door, the floor (there are no rugs, rags to wipe the floor). Whoever enters the toilet will end up in a swamp))) The button often gets stuck in the toilets (we often saw this problem on the bulletin board).
NUTRITION
We had three meals a day. All dishes are served by the hotel staff. On the first day, we were delighted with the variety and the fish and chicken and salads were delicious. Very tasty pastry! Three days passed and they began to stuff us with some fried stewed vegetables, as long as it was possible without meat. Soups are also not important. One broth and greens . . Cucumbers, tomatoes, sour cream, and any dressings, bread were freely available (BUT if you take and don’t eat what you took, you will be reprimanded as a schoolboy who took more than necessary and now you will have to throw it away). We witnessed how a small child was scolded, on the part of the staff it is ugly to do this in front of all the dining room with such screams. There is tea, coffee, sugar, condensed milk, honey. There is a menu in the dining room, as we understand, you can order purely Georgian dishes separately, but at a price they are a little more expensive than on the waterfront cafes. You can also buy alcohol, you want licensed, you want homemade. But for the prices it is a little more expensive (we did not like the taste). One minus is not always possible to find a free seat in the dining room to sit down to eat. The staff does not have time to clean the tables. Since we were tired of some vegetables, we remained hungry at the end of the rest, we began to go to the White Sail cafe on the embankment (where you can relax very tasty, cheaply and sincerely).
CLEANING
Cleaning in the room: write at the reception your number and time of cleaning. They will come at the appointed time and clean the room in your presence. The same for any repair, for toilet paper, you must leave a request on the board.
ENTERTAINMENT

The hotel also organizes excursions. Written on the board a special tour and its price. Come on, sign up. One minus no one warns you that the cost indicated on the board is only a transfer to the place of the excursion. Everyone is silent about the need to take money for entrance tickets. One plus is the pleasant driver Doni and on some trips the driver arranges a picnic, you will be fed dry rations and poured chacha.
ABOUT STAFF
Nobody told us when we needed to check out and vacate the room, until our group began to walk endlessly to the reception and clarify. Someone was told to check out at 12, and someone at 3. Why such a difference is not clear. When leaving, be prepared for the fact that you will hand over the number to the hotel administration. Namely, for the presence of sheets, towels, and so that you do not break anything and do not take it with you. It happened to us for the first time. In the end, 4 people came! check how dirty our towels, sheets are. They took off the pillowcase and checked it in the light so that there was not a single spot on it. Towels should also be clean. If they have stains from juice, fruits, cosmetics, you will pay a fine, not a small one. The staff shouted, was rude, almost forced them to go and wash these towels! (For the record, they wash them with bleach) it’s like the 21st century in the yard and all stains can be washed off with ease, but not in Shine. It seems to me that this speaks of the level of the hotel and the level of professionalism of the hotel staff.
In the end they spoiled the whole holiday with such an attitude towards guests.
The most interesting thing was next. As soon as the owner of the hotel left, the staff himself quietly approached and said that the owners here were inadequate and asked to write a complaint so that the situation would somehow change. Some people from the staff who observed this whole situation, then again quietly so that no one saw them, asked not to take it into their heads, and apologized for their owners! this is normal? ! We are adequate people, we never found fault with anything (one of us works in a hotel) who rested in various hotels: in Turkey, and in Russia and in Belarus, but we have never seen such an attitude from the staff anywhere.
