2. I liked the location, thanks to the tour operator for a remote room with a beautiful view from the window to the mountains, and not to the neighboring hotel. The room has everything, everything was in order, the furniture and the bathroom are new and well-groomed, no complaints. The bar on the territory is rather weak, but I think this is due to a significant decrease in the number of tourists amid the pandemic.
3. The food was excellent, varied and, most importantly, delicious. We never left hungry or dissatisfied. The rooms are cleaned daily, the hospitable and always smiling staff performed everything qualitatively while we were absent from the room.
4. I did not like one small nuance: this is the service at the reception. When checking in, the administrator spoke so quietly that I had to ask several times and literally tilt my head to hear what he was saying. While skiing, I fell, and as it turned out later, I injured my leg, stretching the ligaments. On the day when my leg was very sore and I literally could hardly walk, I turned to the reception with a question whether they could somehow help me in such a situation. The answer was the displeased face of the girl and the question: how can I help you specifically? As a result, they found out themselves and asked the locals how to be. (despite the fact that we provided insurance at check-in).
And finally, the day before the check-out, we again turned to the administration with a request to clarify whether our flight and departure time had changed (which could be). They answered us that they do not have such information, look for yourself. This is the only, not a big drawback. Everything else was very good and we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you very much and success in tourism!
