The KOTE travel agency settled us in this hotel when we were on the Grand Tour in Georgia.
The location of the hotel is good, 600m to the embankment, close to a large supermarket, 30-40 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel has free wifi. This is where all the pluses end.
Although the hotel is new, everything is obscenely done. The walls are all cracked. The doors to the balconies do not open. There are no nets on the windows, mosquitoes fly in in droves, it is not possible to open the windows. The mattresses are disgusting, the springs stick out. There are wardrobes, but without shelves for things and without hangers. All of our clothes were on the floor. Not a single chair or armchair. The shower room is generally funny. It's okay that there is no shower curtain, but no hooks for towels and clothes at all. Where in the shower room to put everything is not clear. There is no soap dish on the washbasin, no cups for bills! ! THERE IS NOTHING! ! All sockets fall out, it's scary to touch them. Those. What 3 stars are we talking about is not clear !! ! The breakfasts were also disappointing. They offered a boiled egg, bread, the cheapest disgusting sausage, suluguni cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, and EVERYTHING!! ! When we asked for something for the child, we were told that there was nothing. True, the next day there were a couple of bowls with rice porridge. In the room for three days no one cleaned and did not change the bed. We didn’t even ask anymore, because everything is useless. And one more thing that overshadowed my stay in this hotel, literally the next day I started having a terrible allergy, namely to the room. I go into the room, my eyes start to burn, hurt, watery, I sneeze non-stop. Everything is fine on the street. Those. severe allergy to household dust or maybe a tick of some kind.
