I went to the hotel after reading reviews about bedbugs and dead mice, but I didn’t see anything like that. Our room 282 is really small (12 sq. m. ) but clean, all necessary amenities work. The food is quite tolerable - two cuts of meat, cheese, muesli, dairy products, tea, coffee. I have seen richer buffets and even very rich ones, but if you are going to 2 stars - do not "roll your lip"; for 5.

The food is quite tolerable - two cuts of meat, cheese, muesli, dairy products, tea, coffee. I have seen richer buffets and even very rich ones, but if you are going to 2 stars - do not "roll your lip"; for 5. For gourmets, and not for those who want to devour nadurnyak - a lot of cafes within a radius of 100 m from the hotel. Internet in the lobby works, if you want more - Internet cafe 200 meters away (2 pounds per hour). The advantage of the hotel in proximity to the center of London, which is its main advantage.

What they write that there are bugs and mice are trifles, we apparently got when they poisoned them. The elevator does not work there, as I understand it, for many years, I read in someone’s review for 2009 that they were told that they would fix it tomorrow, we were also told so upon arrival. For 7 nights, the fire alarm on our floor went off twice at night, the feeling was terrible, as if two fire trucks were howling in my ear, I jumped out of the room with a frantic heartbeat, once at three in the morning, the other at four. Then the duty officer came running knocking on the door and asked if we smoked in the room, there were 4 rooms on our floor, he burst into everyone and checked. In the basement they have a dining room, where a woman’s backpack was stolen from a chair while she poured herself coffee, and in the backpack there is money, a camera, a telephone, and money for both her and her students (she was with a group of children), so they didn’t return anything to her. The only plus of the hotel is that it is close to the park, we walked there every day, squirrels eat from our hands, the pond is beautiful, cleanliness and close to the center.

Excellent hotel. It is easy to get to the center. I visited it for the second time. The only drawback of the last time - the mouse in the room.
