DSBV - spoiled mood
April 26 to May 9.2007 we with the company DSBV Tour (tour operator) went on an expensive bus company tour to European capitals (Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels, London, Paris, Luxembourg). Somehow, he did not immediately ask - although the documents were handed over a month and a half, only the day before they received visas, they themselves went to the embassy for them. Well, what does not happen!
When leaving Paris, the bus broke down, we were dropped off on the autobahn and there we literally stood for more than five hours (there was nowhere to sit). Anything can happen, but the attitude towards customers is determined by how and how effectively the problem is solved. But it was possible to take tourists to the nearest settlement, and not keep them (including children and the sick) in the wind, give them at least hot tea to drink, and apologize. Nothing like this! And it was outrageous. But that is not all. In Europe, the rights of chauffeurs and cars are strictly observed (according to the time spent by vehicles and the rest of drivers). Therefore, before the end of the tour, we traveled for three nights in a bus... (And the tour was branded and officially advertised on the DSBV website and in its tourist brochures without night crossings). In Moscow, a group of tourists wrote a joint statement to the DSBV Tour. Within two months, we did not even wait for an answer with elementary apologies.
