At first they offered a room on the 1st floor in building B, but asked for a higher room and, without any additional payments, they settled in room 307 on the third (actually on the 4th floor) with a view of the mountains and the neighboring hotel, which turned out to be good, because. at night it was quiet and the music from the neighboring cafe did not interfere.
ROOM: a standard double room, two beds, a balcony, an old air conditioner - cooled normally, an old small TV with a kinescope and two Russian channels, a small refrigerator. Room cleaning was carried out randomly, shampoos and gels were not replenished (I bought myself in Migros), sometimes towels were changed in two weeks. Left dollars on the bed - the quality of cleaning did not change, so do not worry. Water was constantly accumulating in the shower, near the toilet - the sewage system could not cope. There is hot water.
NUTRITION. At the beginning of all meals, a queue accumulated at the "restaurant" - several people were allowed in because of covid-19 security, only in masks, they followed strictly, made comments. Food at three locations: salads, bread, fruits on the first one, coffee, tea, water, cutlery on the second one and hot dishes on the third one. They gave chicken, fish, rarely - beef, nuggets, fried sausage, it is not known what it was made of, stewed and baked vegetables.
Cool soups-puree, I liked it. Overall, the food is good for a trio.
But for the first time in Turkey I ate such a disgusting watermelon: sluggish and not sweet - all two weeks.
Watermelons in Turkey have always been at their best, but here, probably, the coronavirus spoiled them.
SWIMMING POOL. There is. With cool water relative to the sea. Cooled, unlike the sea.
BAR, if you can call it that: vodka was said to be filthy, gin, low-alcohol wine, white and red dry - so-so, almost non-alcoholic beer, sprite, cola. By evening, the drinks were already warm - the refrigerator did not have time to cool.
BEACH. Opposite the hotel across road #22. Sand, wide. You can rent a sun lounger, an umbrella, you can lie on your bedding.
The entry into the sea is HORRIBLE - uneven slabs, stones. If there are waves, people get hurt. In my presence, a woman was hit by a wave and she injured her leg, hitting a stone.
We went to beach #14 (10 min. walk), where the sunset is much better, and directly at the rock (beach 1 and 2) the sunset is perfect, the beach is small pebbles, the water is clear.
The water in the sea is warm, it was +30, it cooled for the first five minutes, then like at home in the bathroom. The children are fine, I would like a little colder. After all, on land +35.
The CLIMATE is very humid, stuffy, it feels like you are constantly in a steam bath, sweat flows in a stream, it is uncomfortable to breathe. Asthmatics have no place there. At first, I constantly wanted to go to the room - it was dry under the air conditioner.
Maybe spring and late autumn are cooler and better.
There is no animation. Twice in two weeks the local song and dance ensemble came, sang, danced, played "discounts" in a leather store and drove away.
I took a sightseeing tour from a tour operator, for the whole day with lunch and sailing on a yacht. I liked it, but a little expensive $ 49. On the street I took a yacht ride for the whole day with lunch and swimming for $ 20. We climbed on the funicular to the fortress - a visiting card of Alanya - a must-see. 33 tour. lyre back and forth. They accept cards.
Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket Migros, next to a pharmacy.
Well, here it is in a nutshell.
Draw your own conclusions.
About the hotel. Wi Fi is paid and does not work in the room, only in the lobby, well, and figs with him to rest, after all, they came, and not to stare at a smartphone. I'm not particularly whimsical and I have food for a troika, then, in principle, the norms. But one moment was still very annoying, since now covid, and in the dining room all the dishes are under glass and are not available for self-service. As a result, in the dining room you had to stand in long queues for the chef to pour something on your plate. But as I understand it, such a rigmarole is now in all hotels. Otherwise, I liked everything very much, the location is chic, the embankment is simply magnificent - especially for those who like to go jogging in the morning.
In general, we are satisfied, we will definitely return to this location again, but probably already in another hotel in an apartment, since I don’t really like this AI. Anyone who is used to the scope of the Egyptian and Turkish fives with their AI - I do not recommend it. All those who could not go to Europe - you are here, in some places it reminded me of Tenerife)
The food for a trio is just fine. The waiters are very good. Everyone finds entertainment on their own in Alanya. In general, we were very pleased with the rest!
The staff practically does not speak Russian, but everyone is very polite and attentive (for 5+)
The rooms were cleaned every day.
Food is even nothing! Hot each time was different, fruit was given 2 times a day (watermelons and oranges, once there was a cherry). In any case, they did not leave the table hungry. No one has ever been poisoned.
The hotel has its own swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is divided into 2 parts - a large one for adults and a small one for children.
Also for children on site there is a swing, a 5-minute walk from the hotel - Lunopark.
There is also table tennis.
The beautiful Cleopatra beach is just across the road. On the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee.
The hotel is more of a family type, a lot of foreigners. Ideal for a relaxing time. If you don’t want to get bored, then it’s better to go here right away with a company in order to entertain yourself. The center of Alanya, clubs and other parties are about 2 km away. (5 minutes by minibus).
