Rooms: completely refurbished. The territory is still the same beauty. Indeed, the number of bushes near the terraces on the first floors has decreased. This is a minus if you have been there before. But, I will say, it is unlikely that anyone in their right mind will choose a hotel by the number of bushes near the house))) Wi-Fi - normally caught in the room, periodically dropped out on the beach and in certain areas. This point is not much improved. But in the end, we were on vacation. Shuttle between the beach, hotel, water park, there was no time to hang in the net. We have an adult child (12), we enjoyed riding all the slides. There are a couple of slides higher and more abruptly, but in general I really liked everything. And the fact that water is pouring from everywhere. Very cool! Recommend! Tennis courts, rackets and balls are free, which is nice.
The evening program is different every day. It was never boring. Invited dance groups performed several times, very worthy.
Several times there were programs in the pool-bar-pool area - beautiful photo zones, live music. In general, such a wonderful mood left from the rest! We will go 100% next year, and we recommend it to everyone! For reference - we rested this year in Alva Donna (well, but the price is much higher, there are a lot more people, the rooms are bigger, but a bit old, there is more food, but you can crack, and there are no places in the restaurant at rush hour).
Regarding the negative reviews - it seems to me that they are written by people to whom everything is always and everywhere wrong. Yes ...I almost forgot) local and imported alcohol. There is Jameson, Havana Club rum, Captain Morgan, decent gin (I don't remember the name), prosecco, etc. I wish you a pleasant stay and good mood!! !
Territory and rooms.
Only after renovation, beautiful territory, pines, cicadas. Cool children's water park and pool area in general.
The rooms are very small and uncomfortable. A terrace area is added to the rooms on the 1st floor, which somehow makes the stay at the hotel more comfortable. There is no balcony (terrace) on the second floor. Accordingly, there is nowhere to even dry clothes.
Restaurant.
Temperature control and mask mode in the buffet area. Disinfectors on every table. The staff helps put the dishes on the plates. It's not fast, but it doesn't cause much inconvenience.
The choice of food is quite limited. If you are a foodie then this is not for you. But, in general, there is something to choose from and you will not stay hungry. Desserts are wonderful. The choice of drinks is standard. White sparkling very good.
THERE IS A LOT OF FLIES IN THE RESTAURANT AND NO NAPKINS ON THE TABLES.
You have to ask the waiters for napkins.
There is no disinfection of tables after visitors either in the restaurant or in the bars. In the bar, they wiped the table with a cloth, and not even clean.
Beach.
The sea is beautiful, very clean.
Entrance to the sea on the bridges, as large boulders in the water. Children's area is not allocated. Disinfection sunbeds on the beach did not see. I'm guessing it doesn't. In general, the beach is clean. Garbage on the beach and in the pool area is removed constantly.
The icing on the cake is SERVICE. More precisely - ITS ABSENCE.
We arrived on Thursday. Two adults and two children - 11 years old and 1.5 years old. We were placed in a room next to the pools, restaurant, sea. Which made us very happy at first. But, the terrace goes almost to the amphitheater. This is the closest room to the amphitheater. We felt the beauty of this on the very first evening and asked to be moved to another room.
The Turkish girl who works at the reception in the evenings was very surprised that during the day we were given such a noisy room with the baby. The next day we were moved to a room in the depths of the park and we were very pleased. Exactly until the moment when the emergency happened.
In the bathroom, the shower is separated by a large glass door. The glass was poorly fixed and broke into small pieces when opened. We just pushed the door open with little effort. In the shower at the same time were a mother with a baby. Fragments from the broken door fell on them and the mother miraculously reacted, picked up the baby and moved to the far corner.
We invited the manager and the doctor to the room. The manager, looking at this, said that "it's okay. My child is 5 years old, something constantly happens to him. " The response of the manager, frankly, shocked. We asked for a quality room cleaning so as not to move again.
However, after cleaning the floor was covered with very small fragments, and it was dangerous to let the baby in there and walk by yourself. And the cleaners left behind dirty towels on the floor. The feeling that they just collected the glass with a vacuum cleaner and did not even check the quality of cleaning. We realized that in no case should we stay in this room.
The hotel manager did not offer us any moral compensation for the inconvenience caused. Most likely, she decided that since no one was hurt, then everything was fine. Therefore, our travel agent joined in and as compensation, after long conversations, we received a wonderful room. And they considered the incident settled. BUT the service was not great. Bathrobes were brought to the room on the third day after check-in. And only when I demanded them at the reception. The filling of the minibar took place at a time when our child was sleeping and we hung out the "DND" sign.
And that was a great excuse for the staff not to refill the mini bar. Again, I had to resolve the issue by contacting the reception. And if the reception refuses, directly to the restaurant manager.
Therefore, this hotel is unlikely to exceed your expectations and make your stay as comfortable as possible. And this is when the hotel is about 50% occupied. It's even hard to imagine what will happen when the hotel is completely full.
Dust everywhere in the room, no one tried to walk with a rag. There is light in the room when you are there, that is, to recharge the phone, you have to sit in the room. Water should be supplied every day, 2 bottles per person (there were three of us), they supplied 4 bottles once in 7 days. Ironing one item costs $5. Nothing out of the ordinary at the bar. Snack every day bagels and tea, kapets full. Generally horror.
Rested last year in Marco Polo is of course the service! The animators are great! Snack bar full of food! Lots of cocktails! Cleanliness at the highest level!

1) Slippers, bathrobe, water, but there was a lizard!
2) On the second day they changed the room, and there was another guest in the room, a spider (not home)
3) Wifi is terrible
4) They asked for soap, 5 hours passed... came up again and asked, an hour passed and they brought it (the previous soap got stuck in a soap cup)
5) We left a towel on the couch for the night (most do this in order to reserve a place for themselves for tomorrow, otherwise there will be no places). In the morning there was no towel, they say a fine pay 8 € for one towel). for a towel (you take a towel in one place, you return it in another, after returning you are given a card for a towel, a CARD for a TOWEL! )
Great cost saving on napkins, especially in the dining room, one for each. Don't waste your money and time.
Hassle.
About the service at the hotel. During the week I went to reception 3 times. Soap and shampoo were brought every 3 days (should be every day), towels when they were changed, they did not report 1 piece, and toilet paper was brought only after a request (for 3-4 days). This is not a 5 star hotel!!!!!!! ! Maximum 3. I'm not the first year on holiday in Turkey, and not even the second. . . always only in the 5's, I have something to compare with.... Not a foot in this hotel anymore. Vacation ruined. . . Speaking of price. For 4 people for a week paid 2400 euros. I don’t think it’s cheap for bleach and bundles with salad, even with fresh juice... .
Of the pluses - this is of course a territory, like in a botanical garden, there is something to see, a feeling that you live in a forest) And mountains.

Food! An adult will not remain hungry, but don’t expect frills, monotonous, usually, there is no assortment of seafood! (But our child went hungry, it’s good that they took all sorts of livers with them, Barney. every day, that's just the same! The children's table is often with fried nuggets and fatty pizza, we don't give that. In general, I had to cut a couple of circles to choose what to eat for the child. -for the beginning of the season. The food was a little disappointing, but if you are not picky, then it's okay)
Huge boulders, it’s simply not possible to go into the sea, but this is not a minus of the hotel, but the location, so we won’t go to Beldibi anymore (but here choose either without stones or picturesque mountains and a pine forest)
The cold floor in the bungalow, we walked in slippers, also, as it were, not a problem.

We were not very lucky with the weather, it was cool, because. the houses are designed for unrealistic heat, then we were freezing at night, we even turned on the air conditioner for heating, and in general, if you are going to this place, it is better to stock up on warm clothes, because of the vegetation and humidity in the evening it is fresh and plus mosquitoes.
Wi-fi in the room does not catch, but sometimes it was lucky on the terrace, but in principle it was bad.
The hotel is nothing, many people rest there many times and are satisfied, we will not go again.
