Upon arrival, there were leftovers from 2 rolls of toilet paper and it turned out to be problematic to get it, because the staff still needs to be found. Two coffee capsules for the coffee machine (accommodating 3 people). When the maid was asked the next day for more capsules, she pulled one out of the bag, said: "no more, I'll bring it later" and that's it - no one brought anything over the next three days. For three adults, two adult bathrobes, one children's and all without belts! I had to search again.
They took money for parking, but it turned out not to be.
She is still under construction. Beautiful, three-story, idle. The car was parked a kilometer from the hotel on the territory of someone else's closed base. Near the hotel there were "service" (as we were told) cars...
The beach season was closed (due to bad weather - as stated at the reception). It was raining and all 4 days around the non-working pools in the rain on sun loungers (and in some places already under them in puddles) there were mattresses, to put it mildly, "non-commodity" type.
Since there are 4-star cottages and a 3-star food building on the territory of the hotel in one word - darkness ((( The food is barely warm (in some places - raw: they took the chicken - it turned out to be with blood). No juices. One compote of dried fruits, tea , coffee. 3 working coffee machines for 300-400 people - to drink coffee you need to stand in line of 8-10 people. Wine (4 types are declared) - one, on the third day - two. A lot of chips on the dishes. Thanks to the young guys-waiters - cleaned quickly, cleanly.
Special "thank you" for the "rest" after lights out!
Drunk mat, yelling until 2 am near the bar "holidays". The administration does not even try to restore order and calm the brawlers.
The hotel lacks the master's hand - a broken billiard table, in the evening the lights work in places, the exit to the sports ground is covered with a torn chain-link mesh, pieces of slate lying nearby, cups, plates, glasses around the territory (it is clear that guests should also have a conscience and not leave dishes , anywhere, but the attendants are not visible and there is no one to clean the dishes), in the suite the sofa is broken (a little), on the balconies the furniture is covered with a thick layer of dust - and this is in the rain ...They smoke everywhere ...
