2. The food is not varied. Same. Not tasty at all.
3. There is no iron in the hotel.
On the second day, they issued a room as it should be for three people in another building, clean without mosquitoes and next to our friends AS ORIGINALLY WE BUYED FROM THE TOUR OPERATOR. TO BE NEAR. just stupidly sold our number for this I put 1??? ? The restaurant, in principle, will not leave you hungry. BUT MUHIIII THIS IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE and most importantly do not poison sorry, we can’t do anything. This is true! Let someone from the hotel write me a refutation that this is not so !! ! Food norms variety is not particularly. as happened in other hotels. The waiters are doing their best to clean up. The rooms are not cleaned until you ask. If they wash it, they will forget the paper. Put paper towels no. Do you have to ask all the time? . Here are the main points that are important when living. There are no complaints about Wi-Fi, it crashes from time to time, but this is not critical.
1) First line beach and bar (water, juices, wine, beer, cocktails, snacks: pizza, burgers, flatbreads, ice cream). Many hotels have to walk to the beach. The beach is larger than in other hotels, even in comparison with neighboring 5* hotels.
2.15 minutes walk to the center of Kemer
3) Rooms in the main building are good half with sea view. The main building is the best place to stay.
4) the staff is welcoming, friendly.
They moved in quickly.
Animation is a program depending on the day. Disco on the territory up to 24, those who wish are taken to the center every day to the disco (free entry for girls, 10 euros for guys)
Many of the staff speak Russian.
Vacationers are mostly from Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine
I chose between several hotels and I am glad that I chose this one for my 4-day vacation.
Hotel.
It is located on the second line, to the restaurant, the sea and the disco you need to cross the road or through the underpass, not critical.
Rooms.
Very small but clean and newly refurbished. We had a beautiful mountain view. It has slippers, hair dryer, safe, bar, bathrobes. Towels changed, cleaning done. Wifi is paid.
Food/Bar.
Very monotonous, almost always chicken is rarely something else. Large selection of greens and delicious desserts, fruits. In connection with quarantine, they pour themselves, which is why long queues are formed. All bars are free, but alcohol is diluted. There were pizza snacks, burgers, french fries and ice cream (delicious by the way).
Sea.
Is a song. The water is clean, clear and warm. Entry into the sea is convenient, without any corrals there. There are a lot of sun loungers, enough for everyone, but you need to fight for the shade. Towels are free and in good condition.
Animation and entertainment.
The animators are inactive, only the main one is heard. Disco for children in the evening. There were evenings of live music, artists came and danced, well, that's it. There is a tennis table on the territory, there is always movement, volleyball, water polo and darts + there were some other competitions.
Number 2
Meals - 3
Territory - 7
A la carte restaurant - minus 10! (worst service I've ever seen)
Animation - 5
Alcohol - 5
I do not recommend.
And now in more detail:
Rooms
Even after the additional payment of the "tip" they gave me a room in the attic where, when you go out to the "balcony", you hit your head against the ceiling, with the furniture killed in guano, and the air conditioner stinking like a sewer. The poor laminate on the floor parted to the sides from such melancholy, the repair reminded Ravshan and jamshut, in everything !!!
There are rooms on the first and on the second line. It’s not realistic to get to the first one even for a surcharge, although the Turks are settled there for a sweet soul. On the first line, the numbers are a little better.
Nutrition
Very monotonous and the quality is questionable, half of the family had a stomachache on the second day. But the main thing is that even in order to get this food you have to stand in long queues and come to the beginning of lunch / dinner, otherwise there will be cold leftovers. There is practically no choice of hot dishes. From meat, chicken was sometimes more or less edible, from side dishes, mashed potatoes from a bag, baked potatoes, pasta, rice and period. Drinks (pineapple, apple, cherry) - specifically diluted yupi, which is impossible to drink. One type of local sour red white and sparkling wine, local whiskey, light beer such as Chernihiv or Rogan. The pinnacle of craftsmanship in cocktails were mojitos and whiskey and cola.
Territory
The territory of the hotel is divided into 2 parts, 1st and second lines. The first line can still claim the name of the hotel, but the second is a residential area of Troyeshchyna with the only highlight - a swimming pool with slides. The territory is systematically and efficiently fertilized by cats and flocks of chickens.
Beach
There are no questions here, an excellent pebble entry, reminiscent of a skirt, very clear water and a warm sea. There were enough sun loungers, gobies go clean in the morning.
Restaurant
There is a separate section here. They fenced off a piece of territory with a good view of the sea, set up tables, and called themselves a fashionable a la carte restaurant where you can go once by appointment. From the "menu" fish soup, fish, shrimp. They served fish with wine and all further requests were simply ignored. And so for all the guests. None of these shrimp and did not wait. Goofy rednecks, I hope you got drunk on them there, you fools.
If you want a normal hotel on the 1st line, with at least some star rating, don't even look here. If it were not for the beach, then in other words, it is impossible to call this misunderstanding other than pi. . ts.
Walking to the sea is not so far. Two tunnels (with an unpleasant smell) and you are on the first line. As many have written, the best here is the sea. The sea is warm, clean, great view of the mountains. The entrance to the water is very small pebbles, like coarse sand. Only in front of the entrance are ordinary pebbles, corals are not particularly needed. In the early days there were long queues in the canteen, then, most likely, there were fewer vacationers, the queues decreased. There was enough food, even everything was well and tasty cooked. The choice is not very large, but enough. Wasps fly on the bars, but they didn’t bite anyone, they like sweets. Local alcohol is so-so, in the lobby you can drink imported. In general, they are satisfied with the rest, the hotel is far from a five, there are not enough staff, the rooms were cleaned well, they didn’t always have time in the canteen, dirty dishes came across. If the price is acceptable - you can go.
