The second is housekeeping. I had to call the maid for additional cleaning upon check-in. Bed linen was changed only once, the next day, then no one changed anything. Shampoo and shower gel were impudently diluted with water, soap was put only once, room cleaning was superficial.
The third is the hotel guide Elman, there are no words at all. Selfish ham. The behavior is unacceptable. Love me, but I don't care about you. It must be taken into account that most of the guests are from European, not Asian countries, and the stereotypes of thinking and behavior of Asia do not work. I recommend sending it to the training "How to work with different clients" or even replace it.
Fourth - the menu leaves much to be desired.

Standard room (511) - clean with euro renovation, fresh furniture, orthopedic mattresses, snow-white linen, pleasant colors, new air conditioning (VEKO), flat-screen TV, small refrigerator (just right for 2). There is enough space in the room (for 2) for sleeping and for receiving not numerous guests.
The bed was changed regularly, fresh towels were brought every day, while the old large ones were not always taken away (and we did not insist). We left early in the morning at 4:00, no one accepted the number - everything was on trust, they asked me not to forget to hand over the beach towels with the key (card).
4. On the territory of 4 swimming pools (with a children's pool), a spa complex, a children's playground, a theater, a tennis court, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a recreation area in front of the beach, wooden paths on the beach with access to 2 piers. Chickens, roosters, ducks, pheasants roam the territory.
5. Food - delicious, varied, for every taste. Drinks: dry young wines, beer, cocktails, vodka, tea, coffee, juices, water. Vegetables, herbs and fruits (for May) in a large assortment.

The level of terrible knowledge of the Russian language is enough for him only for rudeness. Dear owner of the AHMET AYIK hotel, such characters as this bartender not only spoil the image of the hotel in which so much work and money has been invested, but also spoil the image of the country that you don’t want to go to after that.

" We swam from the pontoon, there is no entry into the sea. Many people hurt their feet on shells and stones. The rooms are not very clean, it stinks of dampness. The first buildings from the reception are the oldest. We were placed there with two children. Oh yes, more breaded onions! many thought it was squid rings, then read it - onions! Blender alone and constantly dirty, nowhere to wash. The eldest child (5 years old) somehow managed to shove the spicy soup with spices. Had borscht twice - delicious. Basically, all the children ate french fries and pasta with meat gravy. On the last day we had a late departure, no matter how we asked the manager to leave us in the room until 19-00 - he did not agree, he kept saying that there were no rooms at all. After half an hour of persuasion for $ 40 OFFICIALLY at the box office, he allowed us with two children to stay in the room until 16-00, if longer, he said for $ 75. That's how they "go to meet" tourists especially with children.
