Free mini-bar only upon arrival: 2 pcs. beer, Pepsi, Mirinda, carbonated and still water. The safe is free.
The food is of high quality, the fish is grilled daily, every other day - red. Soups three times a day. In the morning there is an opportunity to make orange juice. For children - packaged milkshakes of three types and milk. Variety of all kinds of dishes and alcoholic drinks.
Confectionery in the lobby. Snack bar on the beach. Bar near the water park and pool. Bistro bar. Guzleme, waffles, ice cream near the water park. Packed ice cream of 6 types around the clock. Champagne. A-la Carte Italian, super!
Excellent SPA, hammam, massage. The beach is clean. There are many sunbeds.
The pier has just opened.

We are not happy with our vacation, the hotel is not worthy of 5 stars, it doesn’t even reach 3. There is no animation, there are no children's animators who work with children, there are no playgrounds for children like current ones. We are very unhappy and disappointed. We went to the reception with a complaint about the ice cream and were told that they were removing ice cream from 21.09, although it had not been there before that date. In the snack bar there were potatoes that were made in foil, they were there on the 4th day until 16, now they are gone too, everything is decreasing, but prices for holidays are not decreasing. So the hotel saves on us, they take the money in full, but do not provide service.

My son and I rested at the FUN&SUN FAMILY Comfort Beach 5*Kemer from July 16 to July 28.2022.
The room was ordered a family, two-room, with two bathrooms, with a balcony. We were placed on the 1st floor. In principle, it is convenient, next to the reception, the main restaurant, lobby bar, spa, convenient access to the sea and pools. Upon arrival, the room had a dirty floor, clogged sinks in both bathrooms. Everything was fixed the next day. Cleaning in the future worked well, I always thanked them $ for the work done. But, apparently, before settling the rooms are not inspected. It is hard to believe that the rooms were renovated in 2018 (old plumbing, falling off slopes at the doors, shabby furniture in places and dirty curtains).
The food in the main restaurant is the same type, there seems to be a lot of it, but you don’t want to take anything, we were saved by soups, turkey and fruits. We always wiped the devices with wet wipes, they are not washed and all smudges.
And a lot of flies in the restaurant!
Liked the A La Carte fish restaurant on the 7th floor. Beautiful view, comfortable atmosphere, very tasty and excellent service!
The sea is what we went to Kemer for. Warm, clean, sand and pebble beach, everything is fine!
The beach - and here the problems begin! July 19 at 16 o'clock we came to the beach, and I fell on a wooden deck. There is such a dangerous slope! A foot in slate drove over it like on roller skates! She severely broke her knee. On the same platform, several more people fell, including a woman with a small child in her arms. On the beach all the time people walk with broken knees and skinned hands! I treated the wound myself, but the animators who saw it informed the hotel administration, Aigul came running (she introduced herself as an assistant to the general director), offered help, thanks to her for her participation and sympathy. The next day, all the wooden decks were leveled!
But I had to forget about the sea for 4 days, until the wound began to heal.
And then our vacation, one might say, just ended!
On July 25.2022, my son had an accident at about 11:45-12:00 in the hotel's water park. On the water slide, he was hit by a girl (she rode a bagel, while he had not yet left the slide). As a result, the son was injured - a cut in his chin, hit his head, there was a short loss of consciousness and partial loss of memory. He was taken out from the hill, covered with blood under his arms. They called a doctor. Many thanks to the hotel doctor, she brought him to his senses, professionally treated the wound, pulled off the cut so that, thank God, I didn’t even have to sew it up, although the wound was 2 centimeters and deep enough.
Then I ran to the reception in tears and in a panic, turned to the guest relation manager Ulyana. She listened to me, sympathized and tried to calm me down, promised to arrange a meeting with the general director of the hotel.
By the evening I wrote a claim, in which I stated the essence of what happened and my requirements. Neither the reception nor Ulyana accepted it from me, referring to the fact that this is the competence of the general director (the director himself accepts all correspondence!? ).
I was looking forward to meeting. The CEO appeared in the lobby and with the words: "Hey girl, I don't have much time, let's go", invited me to his office.
He didn't introduce himself, so I can't call him by his first name. He listened to me, nodded his head, I gave him my written complaint and asked him to put his signature on it, that he accepted it. He categorically refused to sign anything, referring to the fact that he was not in control of the situation and would look into it, and then I would receive an answer. Then he said that he did not understand Russian, I translated everything into English. He called Ulyana, on the speakerphone she translated our entire conversation into Turkish.
I only asked to confirm the fact that he accepted the paper, and then sort it out! “No, call the gendarmerie, I won’t sign anything! ", he shouted in a raised voice. And how am I supposed to prove that he talked to me at all, accepted my claim, and will understand something, I don’t know! (It’s a pity I didn’t record the conversation on the recorder) At the same time, the director repeated several times that he had been in the hotel business for 27 years!! ! To which I have only one answer - such people should not work in the hotel business, he has complete indifference, indifference, unwillingness to help guests, and most importantly - HE IS AFRAID TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! This is not a leader!
A day later, without receiving any response, letters, calls, I again turned to the guest relations manager Ulyana. And in response she heard: “I arranged a meeting for you with the general, what do you want from me, you talk to me as if I was to blame for what happened to your son! ".
I'm shocked!
I didn't even receive any verbal apology from the staff, let alone an official apology from the hotel! To this, the hotel staff said with sympathy: “Well, these are Turkish men, what do you want! » And I actually talked to the official representatives of the hotel, with the general director, and not with the Turkish man, and with the guest relation manager! This is unprofessional! I have not received an answer to any of my questions and requirements!
At the same time, it is worth noting that the hotel rests solely on the hospitality of the line staff. Cleaning, waiters, bartenders, animators, photographers - well done! Very friendly, responsive and welcoming. Thank them for this.
We have already returned home, the proceedings with the hotel and the tour operator are ongoing!
I will never return to this hotel and will not recommend to anyone!! !

Two days later, with a “fight”, they knocked out a new room with a veranda through the reception, and all the other “charms” remained, as in the first room! Plus a broken and snarling air conditioner (it made me bang all night), broken furniture and a TV remote control, a barely freezing refrigerator! But we somehow reconciled with this, the main thing is the balcony and things can now be dried!
Rooms were cleaned rarely and terribly, towels were not changed, they didn’t even put tea glasses, and for some reason they removed those brought from the restaurant!
The beaches leave much to be desired, dirt, cigarette butts and tourists smoking everywhere (you breathe smoke, not sea air)! ! ! Type the hotel does not prohibit, do not care about the rest! ! !
Beach towels are in short supply, there is no stock, I took it once, and they will change it only the next day in the morning, otherwise you will sunbathe on the dirty one!
You need to take places on the beach early in the morning, otherwise you will lie on the pebbles!

It turns out that from a nearby beach, a crowded small hotel, tourists went to our beach and settled down, where and how they could, all along the coast and along the aisles! Up to 12 nights (sometimes up to 1-2 nights) in a nearby hotel, music is yelling, and the walls and the bed are shaking from the bass! ! ! Closed windows don't help! The administration makes a helpless gesture and pretends to sympathize!

The territory is sooo green, surrounded by palm trees, mountains, pines... the eye is not overjoyed.
2. The rooms in the bungalows are small, but there is a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the sea, if there are problems in the room, they are quickly resolved at the reception. Everything worked for us, everything was fine.
Room cleaning every day - even a beach bag will be given to you as a gift)
3. Food - they feed just nauba)) The variety is just off scale and everything is unrealistically delicious - grilled dorado, sea bass, chicken, trout... a lot of side dishes of salads, sweets, constantly fruits - watermelon, melon, pears, plums, grapes. They gave boiled crayfish and even sushi)) For people with stomach problems there is a separate table - where everything is steamed or stewed (I have never seen this in any hotel before).
For snacks, there are always burgers, potatoes, squid rings, tortillas with cheeses. In short, you won't be left hungry here.
4. The sea is simply gorgeous, you don’t want to climb out of it, it’s warm, transparent)) Entry into the sea is pebbles, there are enough sunbeds, the beach is quite wide.
5. There is a children's club on the territory - the children come off there from morning to evening, the animators are just great.
There is also a small water park, very cool for both children and adults (we didn’t want to climb out of it ourselves : -))
6. Animation for children at the highest level - for adults, a show program, and then a disco with a stage on the shore until 00:00
Please note that this is more of a family hotel - 4-8 people come there, if you are a young couple without children, you may be a bit bored, then it's better to go to Bodrum or Marmaris.
We flew with a group of 4 adults + 2 children and everyone was really, really happy!

Hello. I want to share my impressions of the rest in the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, the temperature was not taken. They took things and showed them to the room, which, as it turned out, was already inhabited by people. We returned to the reception, where they said that there were no rooms available. After calling the manager, the number miraculously appeared. The room is quite comfortable, clean, central air conditioning, but coped with its task. The room had bathrobes, slippers, all bathroom accessories, even disposable toothbrushes with paste and a razor with gel.
Minus the room - even with the balcony doors closed, you could hear the music of the neighboring hotel until one in the morning.
The hotel itself is nice, but pretty shabby, which is worth some elevators that go anywhere, but not to the right floor and which are very stuffy.
From food I liked soups, borscht and cabbage soup, as well as watermelons, melons and cherries. The meat was always tough, it was impossible to eat, the fish was always burnt and bitter. Mashed potatoes were often powdered, juices were also not so hot.
Cleaning in the dining room was not carried out very diligently and neatly, cutlery and dishes constantly had stains from poor rinsing. Often came across plates with leftover food. The cooks were often without masks and almost always without gloves.
The hotel smelled like sewage. The territory itself is not large, there is little greenery, at a high temperature it is very stuffy outside, everything is hot. Lanterns dug crooked. The beach is good, more or less clean. Animation neither children nor adults were impressed, monotonous and sluggish. On adult evening animation, you can get injured. Music all day, club, dance, but not family. Turkish restaurant frank g, all dishes from the dining room and outside. I was pleased with the fish restaurant, a beautiful view from a height of the sea and very tasty dishes. We booked a house near the beach, when we got there, a Turkish family had already settled there, they even managed to urinate into dishes from under the water.

A few days before her son’s birthday, she came up and asked to sign us up for a date in ala carte, explained the situation, to which we were answered, of course, come the day before and we will definitely write you down. Arriving at the agreed time, it turned out that there were no more places and she could not do anything, how come we asked in advance?! ?
