Rooms are good but standard without balcony. It is better to take with a view of the neighboring hotel, and not on the road.
Great spa and winter pool. Sufficient depth and size of the pool. For a winter concept, the hotel is one of the best.
Also a good location. Center of Kemer. Through the yards you go out in 7 minutes immediately to the clock tower. In general, a small cozy family hotel. In winter, there are many Germans.
But minus one and very fat. There are an incredible number of cats on the territory of the hotel, It's just trash. And they all climb into the restaurant in packs. And no one is kicking them out. Several times I saw how they attacked the legs of vacationers. For people with allergies to cats, this is hell. We arrived from there in a pre-asthmatic state with a terrible allergic cough. Of course, I understand that cats are better than rats, but still some reasonable amount, and not a herd that roams anywhere.
By the way, leaving the territory of the hotel, in the yards, on the roads - everywhere - we observed the same myriad of cats...
The room has a mini-bar which is replenished every day. Cosmetics are also replenished every day. The hotel has amazing staff who will serve you at the highest level. The food is beyond praise! Everything is so delicious that it is impossible to resist the variety of dishes. Always for lunch, salmon steaks, turkey, chicken in different versions, lamb, fried fish. The bar on the beach has delicious burgers and shawarma. Near the pool ice cream and all sorts of sweets. As a result, upon arrival home +2 kg.
In any hotel, you can find fault and find cons, but before writing bad reviews and spoiling your mood and vacation, go to Anna the guest relations administrator, she will sort out any situations and help you not to spoil your vacation. Anna will listen to you carefully and solve all your problems, this person is in the right place! And he does his job very professionally. Fluent in Russian, Turkish and English. Anna - Bravo! Every evening the hotel has different programs, every other day there is live music. Yes, this is music from the 80s and 90s! But we were delighted with it! When we left, we were seen off like family. I was moved to tears.
Would you like to return to this hotel? With confidence I write - YES!
The hotel area is compact but cozy, green and well thought out, the infrastructure is convenient. I really liked chilling with coolers on the swings that are placed around the territory with a good view of the sea.
The room is spacious for two, it looks modern, the bathroom is comfortable, the balcony is a must-have (there are rooms with a French balcony, then there is nowhere to dry things). The air conditioning worked well, free Wi-Fi throughout the territory was good. The only double-glazed window on the balcony with poor sound insulation, you can hear the music even if you close everything tightly.
The food is excellent, plentiful and tasty. On Thursdays, a fish menu with marine reptiles, on Saturday - a day of Turkish cuisine. Yes, every day they don’t give wagons of shrimp, but in general they cook deliciously and no one squeezes food on distribution. Pastries and cheeses are oh-so-simple.
The service is excellent, everyone is friendly and ready to help, the waiters work very quickly. Cleaning in the room every day, everything that needs to be changed / reported / updated.
The only negative for us personally is the terribly loud animation in the evening, which was also very monotonous, with the exception of the Turkish night. Fortunately, they turn it off at exactly 11 pm and everyone crawls around the rooms. There were no drunken night brawls, everything is very civilized.
In general, we are satisfied with everything and would recommend this hotel to lovers of the sea, beautiful views and comfortable living.
I know what I'm talking about, because it was our 11th holiday in Turkey.
Since the settlement everything was in the best possible way. I especially wanted to thank the manager at the reception - Diana. Demonstrated absolutely professional service and kind attitude towards guests.
The beach is perfectly clean, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. True, the manner of the guests to occupy them in the morning with the help of an abandoned towel and come in two hours later has not gone away.
But this is no longer the fault of the administration, the heavy legacy of the Scoop mentality...
The water was crystal clear and very warm.
Good free wifi in the room and on the beach.
The contingent is mostly 50+. Fans of noisy parties have nothing to do here. The majority are Russians with the inclusion of Ukrainians, Belarusians and tourists from Kazakhstan. Germans, Czechs and, surprisingly, Bosnians were spotted.
Food at the highest level. I especially liked the service - the waiters immediately remove the used plates and are always happy to serve.
Animation is present, but in extremely small quantities. Children's entertainment is also not noticed...
But next to the center of Kemer and you can always go for a walk there.
All in all, I recommend. . .
2. Sunbeds should not be occupied by a thrown towel. You go to the beach, not one person, and not one free sunbed. Towels were thrown on everyone. People go out at 6 in the morning, take a sunbed and go on to sleep.
3. Guide Anex tour (name Izmir) persuades you to go buy something from clothes, jewelry... they are taken to shops (transfer is free), which are intended only for tourists. There are no other people there. But prices are much higher than just in the market. I think this is a scam (deception) of tourists. Free transfer, special shops for tourists, ... a lot of tour companies clog these shops with tourists. Prices, such as jackets, range from $500 to $15.000.
4. Guide - Izmir, offering tourism services is overly tempting for tours. Promises an unforgettable experience. Not forgotten and remained, but not from the best side. For example, a trip to the Yacht Yusuf Kaptan. Price per person - $49.20-30 people are promised on the yacht with everything free (food, alcohol) They are taken out on an old boat (not a yacht, as promised) to the island, which they themselves call "Turkish Maldives". Instead of 20-30 people, there are about 80 people on the boat. They moor to this small island from 3 different sides, give them time to swim and go home. The food on the boat is not bad. I got Dorado fish, pasta and salad. Alcohol or cola - you can take something of your choice in the amount of 2 units. Choice of: beer 0.3l or cola/fanta/water 0.25l. Everything. The rest is for money. A bottle of beer 0.3l - $5. Etc. Rating of the boat-yacht - 3 out of 5. For experience; )
5. The pool is only open until 19:00. This is not enough. In the evening, on the contrary, I want to lie on the pool.
6. Alcoholic Drinks are cheap. Whiskey is disgusting. Beer is more or less okay. Whiskey Jack or Jameson for a fee. Although ultra all inclusive.
7. I liked the kitchen. Delicious cooking. The staff understands and partially speaks Russian. English is not needed. Bartenders pour as much as you ask. Approached - 3 to 100 drinks - no problem. Meals 3 times a day (free of charge). Enough.
8. The rooms are clean. Remove quality. All electronics work. It can be seen that the hotel is fresh, new, modern.
9. The sea is clean. The beach is cleaned regularly. One part of the beach for smokers, the second for non-smokers. Well done here. On the beach there is a mini bar with shawarma and beer. But, work from 11:30 to 16:40. Plus minus 10-15 minutes. As I understand it, they close when they sort out food.
10. Animations are simple. Elementary dances and local singers who mostly sing Russian songs. No humor, no competition. The animation lasts about 1.5-2 hours. Maybe it's because of the corona virus.

In general, I leave the hotel rested.
Although there are disadvantages (everything is not perfect everywhere), I recommend staying at this hotel.
We arrived at the hotel around 8:30. Our bags were immediately treated with some kind of solution. Then they gave us to fill out a questionnaire (personal data and health data (if there are chronic diseases, etc. )), they hung a bracelet on our arm in order to see in the future that we were from this hotel. We still had time for breakfast. I really wanted to go online, but wi-fi can only be obtained after checking into the room, as it is connected to her number. We were checked in at about 11 o'clock. We were given cards to enter the room and for beach towels.
Hotel/room
We decided not to pay extra for a room with a sea view, but we got an option no worse: a beautiful view of the mountains and palm trees. The room has been tastefully renovated, as is the rest of the hotel.
The room has 2 beds and a balcony. The air conditioner can be turned on and off at will, but even with the air conditioner turned off it was not hot!
The bathroom has everything you need: toothbrush and paste, razor, shaving gel, shower cap, shower gel, soap, body lotion, etc. Everything smells delicious!
The mini-bar was also a lot of different drinks such as Coca-Cola, juices, mineral waters.
The soundproofing is not bad, but if you listen closely, you can hear what the neighbors are doing at night. I also heard when buses with new tourists arrived at night.
Room cleaning
The women who cleaned the room were very polite and pleasant. I really enjoyed talking to them. Every day they replenished the minibar and toiletries in the bathroom. Towels were changed every day. After they cleaned the room there was a pleasant smell.
Food
There are not many options for breakfast.
I only ate breakfast the first day, and then I either ate nothing or ate fruit.
There is so much food for lunch and dinner that it's just dizzying. Even trying all the dishes and sweets is impossible. The food is fresh and very tasty.
The delivery staff is very polite. Since I already wrote above that I am studying Turkish, I tried to use this trip as an opportunity to practice Turkish. I was very pleased to see the smile and sometimes surprise of the staff and hear in response “Afiyet olsun! "(Russian. "Bon appetit! ")
The waiters are also very polite. Not everyone knows Russian, but the banal phrases “What will you drink? ” they say, your answers are also understood. For me it was not important, but I am writing a review for Russian speakers and I understand that not everyone learns Turkish.
The drinks
At the restaurant I usually drank coffee or tea. For lunch and dinner you could take (free) wine. I prefer sweet, but here it was more often dry.
The sparkling wine "Sevilen" is very tasty, but you can get it for an additional fee.
Sea and beach
There are free sunbeds. If you come around 8 o'clock, you can take a seat right by the sea under an umbrella. Covered places are always enough. You can't smoke on the left, but you can on the right. We don't smoke but always chose the right side as there were more umbrellas closer to the sea.
Pebbles on the beach and in the sea. Walking is a little uncomfortable, but what a clean sea, and sand does not get into the swimsuit, etc. My mother and I can’t swim (and never learned), so we didn’t go far into the water. It gets deep very quickly. The water is quite cool compared to the air temperature, so it was not hot.
Internet
The internet is very good. Available throughout the hotel.
outside the hotel.
I advise you to go to the city in the evening. Everything is so colorful and beautiful, like a fairy tale. Palm trees glow with orange and green lights. Music is playing everywhere, there are a lot of people walking around.
I really like to walk around the city at night, if you do too, then do not miss the opportunity.
There are many shops with souvenirs and clothes in the city. You can buy gifts for yourself or loved ones for every taste. They will offer you discounts and speak your teeth, but I advise you to ask the prices in several places, and then buy. So I bought myself a set of beads + bracelet not for $25, but for $18, but I also received earrings as a gift.
Many stores have terminals, which also pleased me. The only place where they weren't there was the bazaar, where they sell homemade jewelry, knitted clothes, etc. (where I just bought myself a gift)
I am very satisfied with my vacation. The only thing I would like to hear is more Turkish music, although I understand that everything is made for tourists from Russia and Ukraine, etc. , they are not as interested in local music as I am. And everything else is fine; )
P. S. Great place to go back to again.
Thanks to every person who worked to make our vacation unforgettable, surrounded by comfort and pleasant experiences.
The rooms are all new and well maintained. We were cleaned every day even though we didn't ask or leave a tip. Towels were changed, everything was delivered to the mini-bar. Well, the guys are really great for the staff, they will bring you everything with a smile from morning to night. Now we really have a favorite hotel in Kemer.
