The room in which we were settled turned out to be from the category of a cheap rooming house in some village of Gadyukino. On the dirty carpet, there is a huge stain after someone’s burping, a cracked sink, baseboards and bedside tables painted with a brush, cracked mirrors, a stool (the workbench looks better in the garage) and all this beauty was complemented by the pungent smell of sewerage. We looked in shock at the friend who brought us here and when we asked what it all means, he said that this is a standard room and there are no other rooms, and in general he does not understand what does not suit us. (later it became clear that those who arrive in the evening are accommodated in these rooms and people are shocked to pay for immediate relocation. Just a local business, nothing personal can be said).
As a result, a crying wife, an upset daughter and an outraged me.
Suitcases were not unloaded. Somehow we spent the night and in the morning we told our tour operator that if we don’t have a normal room today, then some people will have big problems. By lunchtime we were given another room in the main building. After the room where we spent the night, this one suited us, but believe me, this number was also pulling a maximum of C grade. There was no air conditioning as such, a grate in the wall from which the air simply blew, since there was no strong heat, the bathtub was old with a clogged drain, painted like everything else in this hotel with the same paint and probably with the same brush as the doors and baseboards and bedside tables, a refrigerator that does not cool, torn handles and the list is endless.
Those who got here reassured themselves that the sea is nearby, palm trees, sun, BUT we paid for the rest in a five-star hotel! And they got into a homeless man.
Maybe my review will help someone not to spoil their vacation in this wonderful and beautiful country in which there are so many magnificent hotels worthy of you. But not Larissa Phaselis Princess!
A stray pack of dogs (obviously flea-ridden) walks on the beach, which at night before our eyes tore a cat near the girls who came running to us with cries of help. The girls asked for help from the hotel security, but they didn’t get any help from them, the quote “dogs are good, but people are bad” is their answer in broken Russian. Also, dogs bathe with vacationers (the cat also walked around the dining room). A Turk was found on the beach, selling tours outside the hotel, he was glued to the resting women and fought with their husbands waving a sun lounger, the injured man who called the security did not receive any protection. After a while, the guard nevertheless asked the uninvited guest to leave the territory, but he returned safely (apparently he enters through the beach). The beds are disgusting, the bedding is dirty, covered in stains, as if they had never been washed. You have to cover completely with towels, which are issued until 12 noon.
The seats on the street have also apparently not been changed for a long time, because the bottom of them has been pierced in the literal sense (see photo).
The air conditioning system is terrible, so that the room is refreshed, you have to wait for 30 minutes, and in the dining room there is such a feeling that it doesn’t exist at all (especially on the second floor). While you eat, you are sweating (I have no doubt that also from the staff serving the food), drinking especially tea and hot chocolate, because there is nothing to drink except for them (there are sodas from powders that we did not dare to drink). I don’t know how parents gave their children bright blue cocktails, after which the tongue is blue all day. By the way, it is impossible to drink alcohol, except for hilt (beer), the wine in the dining room is not wine at all, but strong alcohol not from bottles, but from some kind of cans (I am silent about the quality).
The music played the same every day, as if you were living through Groundhog Day, the animation was at zero (we only saw women by the pool doing aerobics in the morning). The food is terrible.
Of course, there are a couple of normal dishes like pasta and potatoes (but you need to try to spoil them). Soy meat, sausages I don’t know from what, probably from paper. Some chefs worked without gloves until we complained and their boss came to check (but some chefs decided not to wear them anyway). It’s also annoying that when you come to the dining room you see unfamiliar food and you can’t understand what it is, because the staff can’t explain the name to us either in Russian or in English (they would put name plates everywhere, since there are two at the soup).
The rooms are terrible, do not correspond to five stars. There is no soundproofing, there are stubborn stains on the furniture, cracks in the walls are not repaired, and if they were repaired somewhere, they were not even painted over with paint (see photo). The bathroom is old and even has mold in some places.
On the day of the Turkish Night, the Turks came and put them on camels (despite the fact that we were not originally going to and immediately told them that we were not going to pay), after the camel ride we were billed $ 30 ...thanks

No rescue service was observed on the beach and everyone was allowed to go to the beach in the evening (although this is strictly prohibited in other hotels).

Wi-Fi is present only in the lobby, and then very often slows down.
A friend bought Internet for $2 (should work throughout the hotel), but he constantly complained about his absence (at the reception they said that they had a problem). So if you come (but it's better not to), buy a SIM card. The elevator got stuck every day and due to the influx of tourists stopped at each floor and had to wait a very long time. Also, all personal belongings must be hidden in a safe, because a roommate who left money with headphones on the bed was left without them after the cleaning lady arrived.
You can continue to point out the minuses, but I think this is enough to understand that the hotel is far from five stars (and not even four).
About the pluses. Very beautiful views and very clear water, many different beautiful fish (they were fed bread). But unfortunately the charms of nature have nothing to do with the hotel.
I know that always after such reviews the hotel staff writes “you could contact us and we would solve all your problems”, but at the reception we were already asked on the last day the question “did you complain about the room? "(Yes, we complained to the guide and the tour operator who wrote our complaint), the employee simply remained silent to our answer" yes ".

Cleaned well, towels changed every day. We had a room with a view of the sea and mountains, an overview of the central part of the hotel, the views are beautiful. Wi-Fi is free at the reception.
The entrance to the restaurant is only with a mask and after temperature control. Masks were issued at the entrance each time. All the servants in the catering unit are wearing gloves, masks, transparent helmets. You can’t get close to the dishes on display, the workers themselves pick whatever you want according to your desire. There are no restrictions on the choice and quantity. You point with your finger what you want and they put it on your plate. The menu is quite varied, although there was also a European set: eggs, muesli, cheeses, pastries. A lot of stewed vegetables - eggplant, peppers, tomatoes and something else with minced meat, chicken, turkey, cutlets of various shapes. But we mostly took fish. The varieties were different, I don’t know the names, the cooking is also different - fried, stewed, boiled. Salads, herbs, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, peppers, etc. Every day fruits include peaches, plums, pears, grapes, melons, and watermelons. Everything is very tasty, ripe, sweet. Pastries are mostly cakes of various shapes and beauty, much with honey, national flavor. Cakes were also biscuit, but this is less common. Everything looks very appetizing, it's hard to resist.
The sea helps not to get fat. Here it is wonderful, the water is very clean and was warm up to 28 degrees, calm. The only problem is the entrance. At first, the pebbles are smaller, then the stones are larger and it is especially difficult to get out. deep there.
As for the beach, you need to look for free sunbeds. people take the whole day and on the beach and by the pools. In principle, the issue is solvable, although, probably, more can be done. But they say that in connection with the coronavirus, some of them were removed so that there would be no crowding. Beach towels are also provided.
Of the shortcomings, I can only note the presence of cigarette butts on the beach. But it depends on our people. Urns are everywhere. If they didn’t litter and didn’t occupy places on the beach and by the two pools for the whole day, then everyone would be comfortable.
From entertainment - children's animation is wonderful! And adults themselves have fun as they like: someone flies, someone swims, someone eats (bars around and on the beach and near the pools), someone in the hammam and massage, someone is shopping. Immediately outside the territory there are many shops along the entire road.
In general, the impression was good. Although there were people who had few "stars". They say it used to be better. I don't know, we liked it! We would still come.
Well, let's go....the first is repairs....you won’t look without tears! Everything is old, the carpets are dirty, there is mold in the bathroom, the balcony is on a latch, there is only a name from the mini-bar, everything is small, the door will fasten in the toilet, the smell is musty (the staff solved this issue with an air freshener), the air conditioner worked on time (on a strange time, he did not work at lunchtime, when you come at lunchtime to hide from the heat he did not work!! ). We lived in the main building, one evening, before going to bed, we found a cockroach in the bathroom !!!! ! COCKROACH!!!! ! The situation in the hotel reminded me of my childhood, when my mother and I went to the Crimea from the factory to the boarding house for a penny.
The staff is almost all not polite, I generally keep quiet about the guides of Anekstur. In the hallway there is a closet with a safe. I would call the bathroom a toilet with a mirror - so small. You cannot brush your teeth together at the same time, otherwise the 2nd one will sit on the toilet)). When checking in, the bathroom had a lotion in a tube (I didn’t dare to use it), 2 combs, 2 sets of 3 ear sticks, soap and 2 shower caps. Shampoo, aka shower gel, is a large bottle in a dispenser in the shower. The content has not been tested on itself.
The shower room in our room is a bathroom with plastic curtains. I always carry my hair dryer. There was in the bathroom, but it is a yellowed box with a hose and I didn’t even turn it on. There was an outlet in the bathroom next to the mirror. Air conditioning in the room was, but not split, but built-in (lattices in the wall). It cooled normally, but it seemed that it was on schedule. Since at certain periods of the day it did not give cold air, but simply buzzed. Nutrition. Do not expect frills - expensive varieties of fish, cheeses, etc. The food here is modest.

What I did not like: there was absolutely no children's cuisine, but there was only a dietary table of 5 items (boiled rice or mashed potatoes, and vegetables); yogurt and the like for breakfast from the "common cauldron" - large bowls, from which you need to draw yourself with a ladle - I did not dare to try,

From personal experience. You can get to Kemer or Antalya on your own by bus # 8 (only carefully "8 express" goes to Antalya through Kemer, but just 8 only to Kemer). And in conclusion, I want to say that the hotel left a double feeling - on the one hand, the building itself is sad inside and the number of rooms that has exhausted the resource of the hotel, but on the other hand, it is a beautiful and well-groomed area, friendly staff (I'm not talking about the Anex tour guides now ) - the guys are waiters and bartenders, cleaners, lifeguards, cooks, animators. Thank you very much! They make this hotel at least a 4 * stretch.
This is a good hotel, considering that in Tekirova there are mostly only hotels of a higher class, which are much more expensive in price, but not declared 5 *, and not worth the money paid, because working and saving money for vacation you don’t want to go and see the devastation and dirt, look at the sea through the holes in the towels, track the history by the stains on the sofas in the lobby, eat from broken dishes, you don’t want to be pulled money from you for what you HAVE to do for the price you ALREADY paid! Once I happened to live in Nice in a similar hotel, but it was a cheap 3 *.
Not having time to arrive, you are pulled by the hands to the hammam and for a massage. The choice of food pulls on a weak three. Room cleaning was only 2 times a week. For the last time, they forgot to leave money for cleaning, they brought us holey towels and a sheet that had been burned with an iron. Children's animation is boring.
We took a ticket to the cable car and fishing, the guide messed up and we were taken with the child to a cold canyon, where you need to row for an hour in cold water in uncomfortable clothes and then climb the stairs in this outfit to the mountain. It was hell.
If your room faces the main entrance, then 7 sleepless nights are guaranteed. Because from a nearby hotel, the disco yells half the night... If the room is on the pool, there is also music for half a day - to say that it is loud, to say nothing.
There is so much more to say about this amazing hotel.

If you want to move to the Main Building, you will have to pay extra (for the relocation of two people for 9 days they asked for 290 euros), and it is impossible to get acquainted with the hotel’s pricing policy - to a specific question: “Can I get acquainted with the hotel rates? ”, I was given the answer: “You can’t, this is decided by the hotel’s accounting department. ” And it's not a fact that you will be relocated immediately - we were told that: "...come up the day after tomorrow, maybe there will be rooms. " The resettlement is carried out by representatives of the Anex Tour at the hotel, and not at the reception - these are two Turks and one Russian girl. Moreover, the Russian girl does not decide anything (it is generally not clear why she is at all), everything is decided by two Turks - one with excursions, the other with relocation and numbers, that is, they twist and turn everything as they want.
About the room (namely No. 953): the apartment, if you are staying together, is a tiny room with two single beds, two bedside tables, a closet, which is considered to be a closet, a TV (only 3 channels work, of which Channel One), a mirror with a shelf, a mini-bar (which does not work). The balconies are small, the dryer is broken, two chairs can barely fit. There is only one hanger in the bathroom, the shower cabin is covered in mold, fungus, the toilet leaks with every flush, the mirror has no shelf - nothing to put, nothing to place, there is simply nowhere to hang anything.
WiFi only works by the pool, no internet in the room. Water is changed once a day, upon check-in there will be two cola and two juices in the mini-bar, if you drink them, they will not add any more. Bed linen and towels, according to the employees, are changed every 3 days, in fact it’s hard to say, the garbage was thrown out every day. The only plus is the air conditioner working properly.
At the Guest Relation desk, they didn’t really help - they explained that this was the concept of the hotel and to a direct question: “What, mold in the shower room and a tiny room with zero amenities - is this also included in your concept? ”, They answered only with a smile and an attempt to get away from the answer and justify the desire to get rich. Another plus is the silence. While music plays throughout the day and until midnight on the territory of the Main Building, there is peace and quiet in the Apartments.
About the territory of the Apartments: in fact, these are buildings for service personnel, animators and other hotel workers lived with us. On the territory of the Apartments there is a small pool, a dining area with buns, cereals, milk, coffee / tea, fruits, soda, powdered juices and badjazh beer. Everything. The rest of all food and cocktails / drinks - only in the Main building of the hotel.
From the Apartments to the Main Building: the first bus is at 07:45 (breakfast from 07:00 if so, just a minute), and from 08:00 to 13:00 the bus runs every 30 minutes. From 13:00 to 17:00 once an hour, from 17:00 to 21:00 again once every half an hour, then at 21:00.22:00.23:00.0:00 and 02:00. Drive 3 minutes. Walk for 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace. And this is another minus of the apartments. You are literally tied to the transfer (because at two in the afternoon it’s not really like comme il faut to go to +38 on foot). That is, all the necessary things for the beach and other things to take with you. If you are tired at the disco - wait for the transfer (well, or pay $ 5). The transfer consists of two minibuses and one bus for 25 seats. They do not go exactly the same, but with a delay of 2 to 10 minutes. They drive without rules, on the territory of the hotel the mikrik managed to catch a child who was walking along the side of the road, and not on the road.
About the hotel itself: Wi-Fi in the lobby works either not at all, or with an interference fit, there is paid Internet for $ 2 per day.
Food for three - fruits are not always ripe and tasty, the same types of meat and fish are only in different servings and different cooking methods, the fish menu is meager, powdered juices, alcohol is average (cocktails make it feel like you are being poured at the same time in the mouth gin, tequila, rum, that is, these are not cocktails, but a terrible hodgepodge of everything and everyone). If you are a terrible sweet tooth, then yes, you will have paradise there - there are a lot of sweets / cakes / cakes and different ones. The animation is average, the disco has the same songs every day in the same sequence. There are sun loungers on the beach, but it is better to have time to take them before 09:00 in the morning. The sea is clean, but if there are surfs and currents, then garbage floats in the sea. Pebble beach, if the feet are particularly sensitive - aqua shoes to help.
Total: the hotel is definitely not 5 stars and not even a stretched four, a good strong three. For the day that Anex-tour sells this hotel, you can find much better hotels in Turkey.

Rooms are obtained on the other side of the pool, if you go from the reception. Well, there is generally pi... , we are back again! We are given the key again! A friend and her husband had already left when they returned with the words: “This is already a mockery! There is 1 bed 1.5 bed and 4 bunk beds! ” WHAT??? ? Here comes my explosion!
I started talking loudly with my husband on purpose, saying that they took grandmas from us and drive them back and forth? Where is the administrator? And the administrator, there is also in business! He quickly said to give the money and gave us the key to the room with the words: tomorrow we will move you, because there is a 2-room suite. We went to look, saw a good number, compared to what we reviewed, it was just a mega number! It is located on the corner of the building, on the first floor, opposite the Basik. The sea is nearby, the bar too, walking is convenient. In general, everything suited us that we stayed in this room until the end of the vacation, because it was already scary to change! In short, the settlement - really hell!
The animation is about nothing at all, there were a couple of people who did current exercises in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon... the music on the bass was generally turned on 1 time during our entire vacation. Excursions were not taken from the tour operator, at the exit from the hotel. For food... 3... The staff is impudent, the cleaning lady was always asked not to forget to put toilet paper. The only thing that saved was a disco in a bar on the street, the music is all cool! The dancing was just amazing! It’s a pity that the disc player is there until 12 at night (There is also a disco until 2 at night, but we went there once and somehow... nothing about... plus we met a man who said that he was beaten there 2 Turk... Therefore, there was no desire to go there...
The hotel pulls on 2.5 stars) a maximum of 3! This is a failure! When there is something to compare with, you understand that if it were not for the company, the rest would be hell!
