Stayed 2 times. September 5th and September 24th. Both times there was a transfer from and to the airport. The car is a black Mercedes Vito, very helpful driver. At the reception, the manager speaks Russian and is very kind. She professionally guided us in whatsapp from the airport to the transfer parking place.

Stayed 2 times. September 5th and September 24th. Both times there was a transfer from and to the airport. The car is a black Mercedes Vito, very helpful driver. At the reception, the manager speaks Russian and is very kind. She professionally guided us in whatsapp from the airport to the transfer parking place. The room is good with a balcony. Soundproofing is good. Aircraft noise is not critical. There was a car tour to the center of Istanbul to Sofia. The driver was waiting in a convenient place and left his phone number for communication. Breakfast from 5-30 in the morning is organized in the best Turkish buffet traditions. In general, I rarely write, but I liked this hotel. Next time I will use and recommend Hidden Hills to everyone for a transfer in Istanbul.
