Rested from 07 to 17 June 2022. Oddly enough, not all hotels in Turkey accommodate single men. Tour via "Coral Travel" meeting party "ODEON". The choice fell on Queen's Park, although the reviews were both positive and negative. Complaints are mainly about poor food and repairs. As for food, one can say that there were no problems at all, according to rumors, the chef was changed and everything was fine. Well, as for the repair, then yes! – have not been done for a long time, especially in bungalows – Club standart rooms. Flight from St. Petersburg - on Turkish Airlines, delays both with departure and arrival, on average, by 1-1.5 hours. The weather at first did not work out - half a day rain, the rest half the sun and vice versa. The staff is friendly and helpful, there are many foreigners, and not very friendly towards Russians (this applies mainly to Germans).
Covid documents and registration on the Turkish website - HES code - no one asked, they did not wear masks, there was enough free movement both around the hotel and in the city. I really liked the fish Ala carte, well done guys, they tried, in others, unfortunately, it did not work out. The SPA area is not well-groomed, there is nothing to hammam, a complete disappointment compared to other hotels - I do not advise. The food, as usual, is varied and throughout the day, but I do not advise overeating. The sea is clean, especially in the morning. At the beginning of the holiday there were not many vacationers - which was pleasing, after the 12th there was already a steady stream of arrivals. In the city, the Turks are quite friendly, the market is completely impoverished, it has become less than two times, and the prices practically do not differ from the store ones. The MIR card is accepted almost everywhere, I advise you to check the entered amount in lira - there are mistakes, not from malicious intent. Basically I liked everything, value for money.
Well, as the experience of visiting hotels in Turkey shows, the 5s are also completely different. Bathrobes are given only on request, the mini bar is replenished every day, there is no tea station - you can request, but only on deposit. The Internet is normal only paid for 10 days - $ 17 per gadget. There were no Russian TV channels. The territory is located both on the first and second lines. Cleaning for a solid 3-ku, then hygiene items will be forgotten, then paper, then a mini bar - you had to call the reception, well, at least they took out the garbage. Something like that!
Briefly: Queen's Park is the dumbest, dirtiest hotel with the SMALLEST and DIRTEST beach on the entire coast (the beach is so small that everyone literally stands on top of each other), there were smokers everywhere on the territory of the hotel (they inhaled cigarettes, not the sea), dirty dishes in the DINING ROOM (it’s hard to call it a restaurant, sorry), tasteless and ugly food, which was served as if they felt sorry for every bite, MAXIMUM inhospitable and impolite staff, especially hellish and impudent reception, which left a terrible impression, no matter who did NOTHING about what I would not ask them without problems, I had to BEG for everything.
NO COVID RESTRICTIONS WERE OBSERVED AT ALL and by the way, to sign up for a super STUNNING restaurant (fish, Italian or Turkish), you need to get up at 7 in the morning, otherwise you won’t get in (!!! ), even a couple of years ago, before covid, I wrote down all normal hotels in restaurant ON THE PHONE(!
)…, I also saw how the waitress rubbed the spoon with her FINGERS and gave it to the invited guest (Hi, COVID)...; The rooms were not cleaned properly, the toilets everywhere are dirty and smelly. Pools with ice water, in which it is impossible to even wet your feet, not like swimming. The guys who help with the transportation of guests and their suitcases drove their cars like psychos, there is no other way to say it.
And the icing on the cake - 2 people were robbed in this hotel during my stay, one of the women was robbed of all the cash from the SAFE.
Obviously, the employees of this hotel were not taught any manners, and even more so they were not taught the basics of the hotel business.
P. S. : I stayed there in October 2021 for 7 days...My family and I personally had a terrible vacation.
And this is a 5 star hotel, are you serious? I give them 3 stars by a stretch.

Beautiful area, line 1: the main building and everything else, line 2 - bungalows in the style of the Italian courtyard, water park and snack bar. Everything is green, nice. The transition to the 2nd line takes less than an hour, on the overpass (and not as in other hotels - across the road), the bungalows are in the shade of trees and I was very comfortable living there, even the air conditioning was not turned on once. Rooms in bungalows are cheaper than the main building, but I recommend choosing them because of the promenade.
The rooms are small, but we had enough. We went with the company, so I was in 3 rooms (in the bungalow) - all were normal, old, but quite comfortable, nothing fell off.
We cleaned at a sufficient level, but we deprived us of tea every day, because I won't say that we clean without it. The safe didn't work because of the dead batteries, which were obviously brought there by one of the guests (the "guard" company), our friends had the same thing as the others' safe. We did not go to the reception for the safe, because we read reviews that the safe was missing money, so I took everything valuable with me (wife and daughter), and money and a gold chain deprived in a suitcase with a super-code of 3 digits. We asked for a blanket at the reception, which they brought us (although they "saw life" a little, but we are tolerant). I did not like that the bed was compared with 2, I would like a "king size".
There is something to eat, not super-wow, but you will not be hungry. At lunch there are snacks at the snack bar, also the norm, even the burgers are delicious.
Alcohol is bad, because I tried a good whiskey "belentise", which is not always and not everywhere (life hack: if you ask to pour "whiskey" you will never pour "belentise"), beer, bailey.
Delicious Pepsi and sprite, chyme or water juices, delicious coffee.
… For coffee a separate section. I have never drunk coffee from vending machines in the kitchen, snack bars, etc. , because this hotel has a very cool COFFEE HOUSE, where there is nothing but tea and COFFEE, almost all kinds. To the delicious coffee, I really liked the location of this bar, it is very cozy. Coffee with milk is made the same as latte and cappuccino, but in a few days you will learn to manage the baristas, and they will do exactly what you like.
There is a bit of animation, you can leave in darts, play volleyball, borrow yoga and so on.
In the evening, after a mini-disco for children, there is a program in the amphitheater for adults, usually some performances (everyone really liked it), and then until 00:00 a disco by the pool and pool bar.
The sea is super cool, and that's the main thing

The width of the beach leaves much to be desired, people rest very crowded (this is despite the fact that some people rest on sunbeds on the grass, in the garden, in front of the beach), sunbeds often have to pull someone from somewhere, because 1 can be free here and another somewhere there. Towels in the shadows are occupied by towels (who doubted; )). There is a super cool pontoon (without sunbeds) where you can sit on a bench and, most importantly, jump into the water. Sunbeds are not all working, but mostly the rules. I no longer liked that the mattresses on the sunbeds are rag, respectively, get wet from the first squat in a swimsuit and look very dirty.
And the last thing: what left negative impressions is cleanliness in public places. There was always a sense of unprovenness, as if not critical, as if unpleasant. This may be due to a lack of staff or a lack of control.
I came to the kitchen, there was something unfinished on the table.
Plastic tables, like near a village shop, without tablecloths, no one took away the individual pads for the plates, they just wiped them (some of them were rubbed into the holes). Who wiped the tables, wiped them quickly, often wiping crumbs on the floor, and so on. And not only in the kitchen. I was once served coffee in a beautiful white cup with traces of last year's lipstick. Well, all in this spirit, mostly in all crowded places, and on the tables near the bar, and on the coffee house, and on the tables near the sunbeds (usually, lbdy rubbed them or washed themselves, or carried to the waiter at the bar and asked to wipe ).
People in masks were not forced to enter the dining room, last year at the hotel "Asteria Kemer Resort" (I recommend for a quiet holiday, great) they did it, at the entrance everyone measured the temperature and issued a mask, forced to eat in a restaurant, styled individual napkins (if the tablecloth got rid of clean after the previous guest), in short, everything was very nice and cool.
Conclusions: the hotel is the norm, but it is not worth the money, because the service is not enough for this money.
By cons:
- Bad rooms: old and jamming safes, broken furniture, doors do not close to the balcony, not a comfortable shower. But most importantly, our room was in the wing of the hotel where you can hear the hood from the kitchen and the smell very strongly 24/7. A lot of people complained about the hood, but it was not possible to change the number for more than one (including us).
- Wi-fi at the very least catches only in the lobby, it is completely absent in the rooms.
- The hotel administration does not want to solve the problems associated with the room at all, I had to call 5 times and go down 2 times in order to somehow respond to complaints.
- Small beach, very crowded and not always free sunbeds.
- Very cold water in the pools.
- Weak work of animators.
- Food is weak. Desserts contain only sugar.
- Often there were no free tables in the dining room (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- Basically, a contingent of vacationers from the Russian Federation who behave inappropriately.
To the pluses:
- There were interesting evening show programs.
- Sunset in the sea, something that is not immediately deep.
- Normal pier.
- Very tasty in the A la Carte restaurant - large portions and good service.
There was no cleaning, clogged drain in the shower
And most importantly: at night (we were taken to the airport at 2 am), when I opened the safe, I found that all the money was gone! ! ! !!
