The only downside is the breakfast - rather meager without scrambled eggs and natural coffee. But if you remember that a double room costs only 1400 rubles per night, and 1700 with breakfast, everything falls into place. On the other hand, if I were a hotel, I would have made breakfast more expensive, but more decent.
