1. Large territory, beautiful, many pools, people are dispersed throughout the territory. There are many small pools and slides for children.
2. Meals - normal, for the price of $350 / per week per person.
Queues in restiks - but this is everywhere in Egypt.
3. Cheap price. There is a dead wifi in the lobby. The rooms do not.
Minuses:
1. The rooms are very large, but old and shabby, dirty. Although I immediately paid for a nice room with a sea view. Cleaning is bad. The sheets are stained.
2. The staff is dumb, but not vicious and not arrogant, they do not speak Russian and English well.
3.80% of the contingent are Arabs.
4. The hotel is located on the edge of the city. Walking into the city is only by taxi, there is nowhere to go on foot.
5. The sea is very shallow (100 meters not above the belt), which is why it is muddy (sand rises). Pierce is very far away. It is better to swim in the pools.
Otherwise, the standard cheap Egypt. Animation is - average, the same every day.
Bracelets are strongly checked at early check-in and after check-out they will not be allowed into the restaurant, keep this in mind.

The rooms were killed, the metal parts of the plumbing were rusty, we drove into an uncleaned room, as evidenced by a sticky stain on the table and floor, and another stain probably from the wine on the bed.
Cleaning is very unsatisfactory, just whine with a brush, like sweeping, and for 9 days that we were, a wrapper of my son's candy, which fell in front of the bed on the second day of rest, then remained there until our departure. I didn't remove it on purpose to see if it would be removed.
Towels are a horror. They are all stained, both towels for the room and for the pool. White towels for the room are not white, they are gray. The spots are colorful, it's just a nightmare.
Towels for the pool are changed only if requested, although they said they would change every day.
The beach is normal, without a direct sunset, there is a small abyss and then a pebble beach. The sea is dirty, constantly bringing some garbage. Onions and tomatoes in water are normal. But there are days when the water is clean. I used to go ashore, 100 meters in the direction of the sea, and play there with the children.
Being with family. I was poisoned on the third day. Son on the 7th, wife on the last day, vomiting, weakness and so on. Every day I went to recover, the good medicine in them is high quality. My daughter is lucky because she is very picky about food.
Conclusion:
I do not recommend this hotel, it is better to pay extra and have a good rest. But if the price is attractive, then eat only boiled, fried.
The first impression was this (please do not take into account in the general review) we are driving, we are driving by transfer and we see the Sign "Hawai" but another from the network, a very beautiful hotel - we are passing, then "Hawai" is also beautiful and we are also passing, so we stop to our hotel a very modest hotel also has Hawaii (by the way, the next hotel is also Hawaii, but huge and beautiful). I think: here's a promotion for you...
BUT what is the whole point of this hotel: it has a common territory with the HAWAII CAESAR PALACE HOTEL & AQUA PARK 5 * I would even say that this is one hotel, just Dreams is one of the buildings, because: territory, beach, water park, all pools and even restaurants - all can be enjoyed equally! And later we appreciated that we live in Dreams.
We were met, we went into the lobby, it was quite neat there, although the building itself is small, there were enough places to relax.
But what is most pleasant (considering the night flight) we were immediately settled. They immediately gave out the keys (BUT NOT BRACELETS). Breakfast is not included yet. Although you can drink water and cocktails at the bar.
ROOM: (we relied on the standard for 2 + 2) when they settled they told us that they were giving us a suite, in fact it was clean, not big with a bed and a sofa, the latter was laid out very uncomfortable, hair dryer. kettle, water for each tourist, tea and coffee, air conditioning, safe, soap and shampoo in the dispenser (or not shampoo). There is a balcony with garden furniture but a view. We were in the neighboring territory where there was some construction. At first we didn’t like it, and we wanted to move, but while we had a rest, we decided that we wouldn’t go out on that balcony because there was something to do, for that we had a quiet wing where it was nice to sleep, given that we were with children. We could be moved to a room with a sea view for $ 20 bribes. there is no wi-fi in the room, only in the lobby and it was not enough to throw off a photo.
SERVICE: The room was cleaned every day, with or without tea - they rolled towels. Water bottles were delivered every day. At the reception, they always listened to requests (although we didn’t have many of them), prepared dry rations for a night flight back and woke up at the request (alarm clock service). Service in the restaurant was sufficient for us, but that will be a separate story.
FOOD: The restaurant is one floor below, but as I wrote above, you can also use the main restaurant Hawai Caesar Palace and the restaurant for the Slavs located there. The pools have a Sandwich bar, which worked from 15 to 16, if my memory serves me right, and we were given fries and burgers in disposable dishes, they also bred fruit and cakes in carts to the pools before lunch.
Taking into account the quarantine, at the entrance to the restaurant they measured the temperature once, sometimes they gave out food, sometimes they took it themselves. THERE WAS A LOT OF FOOD!!! ! I have not been, of course, in luxury hotels and did not expect shrimp under lobsters. But I did not expect such a quantity of beef, veal, there was also ostrich and tuna (a small size with mackerel), the variety may sometimes not have been enough, but I ate and enjoyed fresh vegetables and veal in all its manifestations, cooked stew, baked, and some other something there... There was almost not enough for sweets, there are a lot of cakes and buns, but all of the same type only with different decorations. We got on melons and watermelons, sweet and tasty, at a time when we have not yet grown them. We went through all the restaurants and returned to ours, because it was the most calm and comfortable. From the very beginning, one of the waiters approached us and later he always met us, invited us to the usual table, and put the drinks we were used to. It was nice and we left tea when we left.
AQUAPARK worked from 10:00 to 16:00, if I'm not mistaken: 8 pools, one exclusively for children, and one for the Slavs. Many children's little slides and quite enough slides for adults.
We got to the moment there were, well, a lot of Arabs. Well, it’s very direct, in principle, the entire hotel was inhabited and almost only by Arabs. And they created noise and hustle on the slides. And they littered when they gave snacks. But in principle, it didn’t really scare or bother us personally. Although without them it would be much better. The territory is beautiful, many flower beds, and locations for photos.
There is ANIMATION, the same every day, and in the evening the show program did not change either, we were there a couple of times, then we missed it because of the large number of Arabs there was nowhere to sit and the music and the show were just for the Arabs. We found a children's room, but it is very small and did not work (quarantine).
BEACH and SEA: the beach is the only minus for me! It was my first time in Hurghada and now I don't really want to go there. The sand is more like screenings from the construction site, which is the view from our room. The entry into the sea is long and shallow, there are no corals and fish, but sometimes there are some strange bags (maybe also with building debris). There were enough sunbeds, few people were on the beach, sunbeds are like that... whole let's say so) and there are shadows. We swam in the sea from the strength of 3 times. I wanted to swim to the depths, but I myself was afraid, and we ourselves could not leave the children.
We flew Azur Air, the plane was new, wide 2 + 3 + 2 seats in rows, they gave bottled water and that's it.
The operator Anex, the guide from Anex at the hotel did NOT like it !!! ! he was really offended when we politely refused excursions and freaked out, threw the documents (certificates) on the table. And when I asked about the sightseeing tour, which he announced earlier for $ 5, he said offendedly "you don't need it, it's expensive")))) although I understand that it is supposed to be free of charge.
There are shops nearby and across the road, you can buy everything you need, also coral slippers and masks are quite inexpensive (cheaper than in Ukraine) there is a pharmacy in the hotel itself, where we bought a miracle after-sun remedy (camel milk, that’s what it’s called) on the recommendation a pharmacist, it cost about $ 5, the pain was removed like a hand and the skin no longer hurt. in principle, there is everything that tourists like to buy in pharmacies. You can also pay by card or paypas. On the last day, we also needed activated charcoal and nifuroxazide, which, by the way, is 20% cheaper than buying it in our pharmacies. Half of our family got something similar to rotovirus.
CONCLUSION: we still liked the hotel, we got everything we wanted, it was enough for 7 days. If we take into account the price at which we flew there, I would rate: AMAZING, but it would not be objective.
Room: clean, not large with two beds, the furniture is old, but it functions, there is a hairdryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, there is air conditioning, there is a safe, soap in the dispenser, shampoo was not given out. There is a balcony, table and chairs. The room was cleaned every day, two bottles of water every day in the room, then you can get water at the bar. You can change the room for an additional fee In the lobby there is wi-fi weak. The restaurant at the hotel does not work, we went to eat at a nearby hotel, the territory is common. The water park is good, it worked two hours a day from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 16:00, many pools were open until 17:00. The territory is large, a lot of greenery, entry into the sea immediately, very shallow (for children super) there are no corals and fish at all. There were enough sunbeds, not many people. It was almost always windy during the day, but tolerable.
They fed well, meat, fish, fruits, drinks, alcohol, etc.
At the end of the week, I grabbed my stomach, so it's a must to take pills))).
Animation is weak, but there is! Rest with children just right.
The staff is polite.
Excursions:
1) Walk on the sea with immersion 45$ per person
+ corals are beautiful, there are fish.
+ the yacht is spacious
+ diving instructors are good
- organization
- no children's thermal diving suits (water is cold)
2) Luxor $75 per person:
+ beautiful, interesting, worth the money
- everything needs to be looked at very quickly
3) Cairo
- I didn’t like it, clingy Arabs don’t let you pass everywhere
- the pyramids seem to be at a construction site
- the museum is closed
- all at a gallop
It's not worth $65.
I like charm more than Hurghada : )
