As we could further observe, the first rows are reserved for locals who come with their families and stay on the hotel beach, of course for an additional fee.
Guests who have already booked and paid for the set of services indicated on the website are not appreciated here, because they will not go anywhere (apparently, this is what the owners and at the same time hotel employees think), but they do it here every day and with pleasure to earn extra money on shabby sunbeds .
2. We arrived at the hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning, but there was no one at the reception. We waited at night under the open door of the hotel, until either a resting grandfather or a local resident nearby spoke to us. He repeated "document, document" and we decided to show him the voucher for accommodation and passports with confirmation of the surnames indicated in the voucher. Grandfather called someone and a "miracle" happened, he was told where the key to the room was, where we could stay. In the future, for the entire time of our 9-day stay, no one appeared at the hotel reception. No one else checked our documents either.
3.
The room we booked through a travel agency turned out to be not only not cleaned, but also dirty, the toilet lid was broken, the shower cabin had no door, and the mirror was crooked and kept on the "honest word". Although there were three beds in the room (one double and two singles), we only found one set of towels, then we had to pay extra to the cleaning lady to "understand" that we wanted 2 sets of towels since we were three adults. For your understanding, our towels were never changed in this hotel. P/s I won't talk about any elementary cleaning at all. Apparently, a bucket with a mop was put in the toilet for a reason)).
4. The room, designed for 4 people, is illuminated by only one light bulb, the lamp is so dirty that the light barely penetrates through a thick layer of dust and traces of flies.
5. In the closet, which, fortunately, was in the room)), we found only one coat hanger, we also had to pay extra for all the others...
There was no hairdryer in the room, although its availability is indicated on the hotel website, we got it of course, for an additional fee.
6. Our meals included breakfast and dinner, which were quite tasty until we found a long hair on one of our dinner plates...
The only positives are the warm sea and service in the restaurant by guys who have nothing to do with this "family business". Hotel Klebrido is still very far from 4*, and the average rating is 8.6, which they are so proud of according to Booking. com, is highly inflated and completely untrue. The hotel is positioned as a family business, but, unfortunately, not all members of this family yet understand what is needed so that hotel guests want to return here, as much as possible, and as a minimum - not to be left in deep disappointment for wasted money and time. .
