Bought the tour in October. A transfer was arranged from the airport to the hotel. We arrived quite late, around 8:30 pm. At the reception, the administrator very quickly settled the guests into rooms and invited them to dinner.
Since the trip was actually at the very end of the season, the hotel restaurant was closed. Therefore, we were fed in a restaurant of another hotel of the same chain. It is located right on the seafront, 3 minutes walk from our hotel.
The view of the sun setting in the sea is simply amazing.
We took a standard room with a balcony. The room is clean; cleaning, change of towels and accessories every day. Bathrobes were not issued due to quarantine measures.
The hotel is located in a quiet area. Coniferous trees and ornamental shrubs grow on the territory.
Meals breakfast and dinner. European breakfast. The set of products was the same every day: butter, honey, 3 types of jam, chocolate paste. sausage (3 types), ham (2 types), boiled and fried sausages, eggs (boiled, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs), cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, grapes, oranges. The cake is sweet and savory. 4 types of juices, tea, coffee.
During the rest with dinner, they never repeated, there was fish, and chicken, and veal, and pork.
Special mention should be made of the very friendly staff. They speak Albanian, English, they know some phrases in Russian and Ukrainian. Finding a common language is easy.
The hotel has a swimming pool. Unfortunately, we were able to use it only once - the water was cold.
There is a water cooler in the hotel lobby and you can also make tea and coffee.
Wi-fi is not good in the rooms, you have to go downstairs.

A week has passed, we look at the photos and it’s a little sad that the rest passed so quickly. To begin with, we flew to Tirana from Boryspil, flew for two hours, then the guide met us and took everyone to the bus, from Tirana to the hotel 40 minutes by bus. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately settled in the rooms and fed. It was already nine o'clock in the evening and we just walked down the street, looked at the hotels and looked into the shops. In the morning on the sea, the sea is clean, warm and shallow, who rests with children, this is a big plus, as our Azov is only salty and cleaner. From the hotel to the beach 3 minutes walk there are umbrellas and sun loungers of the hotel, only you need to take your own towels with you, the soft Adriatic sea can be seen as crabs climb along the bottom.
As for the hotel, cleaning 5 balls, there was no dryer for 10 minutes, they brought the need for an iron, they immediately gave us. Everything worked in the room, even watched Albanian TV shows in the evening. As for food, it’s not Egypt or Turkey, but believe me, you won’t be hungry and you won’t leave with excess weight like from Egypt. There was fish and meat, cheeses and salads, I ate with the child of the day three fish and it is deliciously cooked, thanks to the chef. Then they discovered lamb, they never took side dishes instead of salads, but there are three kinds of them every day, they also liked their soups, who write that bad cuisine is not an entirely objective assessment, I’ll say it again you won’t be hungry and the keyword won’t be. We lived on the ground floor and every morning the smell of pine trees, the chirping of forty no noise and city bustle at 10 pm there, the music all turns off, whoever goes to hang out seems to me not the right place, but who needs to always find where and how.
On the tour we chose another country, North Macedonia, and did not regret the very beautiful Lake Ohrid with azure water and beauties, the Macedonians call it Ohrid pearls as a souvenir, and on the way you will see the nature of Albania mountains, rivers, towns, a very colorful country. We went to Duress ourselves there and bought souvenirs cheaper and more choice, although the local people do not understand the language, but everyone is trying to help tourists and it's nice. It turned out that the hostess of the hotel is our compatriot from Kyiv.
The staff speaks badly in both Russian and English, but there is a translator on the phone and the problem was quickly solved in the 21st century on the street. Their money is called leks, we took both dollars and euros in the store, if there is euro, if not, then lekami, but we have never deceived and it pleased. Be sure before you go and this is not only Albania, study the country, that there was an idea where you are going, now you can not only see photos but also walk virtually along the street of the village of Mali Robbie. What else to add, my daughter and I liked it, at least once this country is worth visiting.

Do not compare Albanian resorts with other countries. Tourism in this country began to develop relatively recently. There are difficulties with the Russian language. But with a basic knowledge of English, you will not disappear anywhere. Every store has a calculator or notepad that will tell you a little bit about the price you have to pay for the purchase.

There are difficulties with the Russian language. But with a basic knowledge of English, you will not disappear anywhere. Every store has a calculator or notepad that will tell you a little bit about the price you have to pay for the purchase. You can pay in euros, but you will be given change in leks. The course is 120-123 lek for 1 euro or 100 lek for $1.
I'll tell you a little about the infrastructure of the Mali i Robit area.
The hotel is located in this area near the city of Durres. The city can be reached by taxi (25 euros for the road to Durres and back).
Near the hotel there are 2 pharmacies, several shops with fruits, vegetables, small souvenirs and other trifles. Full shopping is not possible. But there is a plus in this: you will not spend your money on all sorts of rubbish, which obviously will not be needed at home. All tourists do this at all resorts.
I recommend Bato brandy.
Much more decent than the famous Scanderber. And fig jam.
There are many different cafes: from fast-food to good full-fledged restaurants. The average price tag for one dish (soup, salad) is $6-8.
We went to the fish restaurant "Ujvara". For a bottle of Italian wine and 2 kg of seafood (salad, 300 g of shrimp, 300 g of cuttlefish, 1 kg of fish), we paid almost 60 euros. Not cheap, but overall worth it.
For walks there is a promenade along the sea.
Now for the hotel itself:
- territory
A small area near the hotel with tables where you can drink coffee, eat fruit and even have breakfast. Lunch and dinner are hot. In the evening there is soft music playing from the reception. It turns off at 23:00. Sometimes there is live music, but also until 23:00.
My balcony was right above this veranda. I did not experience any particular problems if the balcony was closed and the curtain was hung.
There is a playground with a trampoline and some small installation for the little ones.
There is also a bar a la carte (paid). Prices are the same as in all establishments in Albania.
A free all inclusive bar is located in the lobby. About him a little later.
The pool is behind the hotel. Unfortunately, I have nothing to say about him. I come on vacation to swim in the sea, not in chemicals.
- beach
The beach is 200 meters from the hotel. The beach is sandy and shallow. Suitable for families with children. Slightly cloudy water due to the sandy bottom, algae during a storm and jellyfish that can sting, and some fish that can bite.
There are many amazing sellers on the beach, like in the Crimea: fruits, corn, donuts, ice cream, glasses, books, sneakers and even tulle were sold. It evokes a kind of childhood nostalgia. But everyone earns as he can.
The beach is cleaned every evening. If algae were washed ashore after a storm, they were also removed in the morning. There are trash cans on the beach where you can throw your trash.
- nutrition
Due to covid-19, the buffet has been slightly modified: the waiters put everything on the plate, but this does not prevent us from putting at least all the food from the distribution on the plate. The main thing is that the plate should be bigger.
The assortment of the bar according to the AI system is standard:
* drinking water,
* juices (blueberries and some interesting apple),
* tea in assortment (black, green, with lemon, with barberry and chamomile),
* coffee (with milk)
* table wines (white and red) I emphasize once again, table wines, not aged in the cellar since the 17th century, but quite drinkable.
* light light beer (regular lager - nothing extraordinary),
* strong drinks (rakia and brandy).
The food in the restaurant is quite varied:
- European breakfast (vegetables, cheese and sausage slices, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, 2 types of sausages, pancakes, breakfast cereals, various pastries),
- lunch and dinner were similar (3 types of salad, 2-3 types of soup, fish, mussels, several types of meat, vegetables in various types (I highly recommend eggplant), pasta),
- desserts (watermelon, melon, biscuit. Sometimes there were apples and nictarines).
Everything was always fresh. Prepared in small batches, because there were few people in the hotel. A couple of times I had to wait a few minutes until a fresh portion was cooked.
- room fund and hotel service
The rooms are quite good and clean. If there is not enough clothes dryer on the balcony, then you can ask for it at the reception.
TVs do not work in many rooms. But even if they work, there are no Russian-language channels there. This fact did not bother me much, because for the background you could always turn on something on the phone.
The only negative in the room is the bathroom. The shower cabin, if you can call it that, is very illogically made. Water splashes all over the bathroom. But this can also be done very well.
The hotel guide Inna helped us with this. We left her a bag of fruit at the reception for storage.
Another important aspect in any hotel is Wi-Fi. It is the same as everywhere else. I bought myself a Vodafone SIM card. 4 GB cost about 10 euros, 15 GB cost 15 euros. Plus, for installing the application, another 3 GB is added. And my friend and I divided the traffic in half. In principle, it is always convenient to have a stable and high-quality Internet in any country.
About excursions...
I was on two excursions that were really worth visiting: the city of Berat and Lake Koman.
Berat - the city of 1001 windows. In 2008, the historic center of the city was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List as an example of a well-preserved urban development from the Ottoman Empire. There is also a fortress of the 13th century, which throughout history has not remained without inhabitants. From the fortress you can see picturesque views of the Tomori mountain range.
Lake Koman captivates with its beauty to the point of speechlessness.
No photo can convey what you can see there with your own eyes. This place is compared to the Norwegian fjords.
The water there was cool, but some people still dared to swim.
I have never taken so many photos and videos anywhere else. If you are going to Albania, then this place is simply a must-visit.
Be sure to specify, if possible, who is traveling with a tour guide. I went on all excursions with a guide named Arber. There were no problems. He spoke very interestingly about Albania itself, and about the places where we went. According to reviews of other tourists, I heard that there were minor problems.
But again, everything is purely subjective.
The only point that could be taken into account is a slightly later check-out for a period of a small number of tourists. Check-out at 11:00 and no lunch is somehow not very good, given that the check-out from the hotel is at 15:30. The room can be extended for 30€, but unfortunately without meals
Personally, I am pleased that covid-19 has disrupted all my plans and I got to know Albania.
Would I go to this hotel again? Definitely YES.
The price / quality ratio in all respects suited me perfectly.

We liked. Check-in went without problems. Our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner, on time. Yes, not a luxurious selection of products, but we didn’t go hungry. Yes, there is not much alcohol, and only from 10.00 to 22.00. Yes, they do not allow food, fruits and drinks to be brought into the room.

Yes, they do not allow food, fruits and drinks to be brought into the room. But they attribute this to the fight against insects. If you really want to, you can bring it in the evening, eat it, drink it, and throw it away in the morning. Albanians are still learning and, as for me, they are trying very hard.
You have to go to the beach. Not long, but necessary. The beach is sandy, more like a children's one. There are no toilets on the beach.
It’s boring, but excursions helped out: we went to Vlora (there are rocky and deep beaches) and Macedonia. I strongly advise you to visit Macedonia: the guide is Russian-speaking and a very interesting storyteller.
Administrators, guides - from Ukraine. Friendly. They try to solve your problem as it comes.
Wi-Fi in the rooms is very bad, but it was possible to communicate with each other : )
In general, we are satisfied with the rest. Everything depends on the mood.

Rested at this hotel from 15 to 25 July. What can I tell you? People, if you have already bought a ticket to this luxury hotel - we sympathize with you. If you are thinking - feel free to refuse. Run away from this concentration camp! ! ! ! ! And away from Durres! ! ! ! ! I'll start with the hotel. Directly from the purchase of a ticket.

We were visited by two families: two adults + a child. Children 10 and 13 After buying tickets when booking rooms with our travel agent,
some incomprehensible bullshit turned out (sorry). Settlement depends on the age of the child! ! ! ! ! Children under 10 can live only on the ground floor, from 10 on the second, from 13 to 3 and 4. And those who have a child 10 years
one double bed and one armchair bed are provided. A child from 13 years old is provided with a full bed. By the way, from the age of 10 they take the price as an adult. At first, my friends and I got an equal amount. Then our travel agent found out that the bed of the 13th child needs to pay another 100 Euros. OK.
Upon arrival, it was found that ALL rooms are equipped with one double bed and each room has a standard bed for a child. The first question: what for 100 euros? I will continue. The furniture is new. Old air conditioner. Friends are not workers. We started blowing warm air on the last day, thank God! ! ! ! ! Balcony is not an option - mosquitoes! ! ! ! ! Cleaning is also their method! ! ! ! ! They made the bed and took out the garbage! The sand on the floor lasted two days. And only after three reminders to the administrator, the next day he was removed. But instead of three towels for each left only one set, the others probably can. The staff (except for two or three animators-administrators in one person) does not speak Russian or English. Ukrainian is also not understood. I want to dwell on the bathroom separately. Meter by meter.
In this case, the toilet is located so that (sorry for such intimate details) we sit on it sideways, otherwise the legs do not fit even in a child. They rest on the bedside table from under the sink. Let's go to the restaurant. To get started, estimate the opening hours: breakfast from 07:00 to 09:00, lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 20:00. Until 20.00 you could be on the beach but do not run! You run, because more or less something decent from seafood gets only the first 10 people. Then, of course, take out, but it takes a long time and ask a lot. Seafood: small mussels and the same shrimp, there were halves of crabs (without any devices to disassemble them, whatever you want and break the shell or just look), octopuses and
incomprehensible fish. For breakfast they give a couple of types of cheese, sausage, already fried omelette for everyone and already fried eggs,
which are a little warm and just float in fat, there are boiled, flakes with milk.
All oversalted food is a feature of Albanian cuisine. Two types of yuppie ala cherry and orange. And yes, and horrible-looking cucumbers and tomatoes are forever sluggish, not fresh. At every corner, Albanians emphasize that they have all GMO-free vegetables and fruits. This is controlled only at the state level. We came to the conclusion that the owners of our hotel are buying everything in Turkey. Import of vegetables from GMOs is not prohibited! Three soups for lunch, I don't know why. Risotto or pasta, chicken and incomprehensible fish. Three salads. Sweet cherries or watermelon. Dinner alone. Frankly, I want to eat an hour after eating. And for children in general! OK,
it was possible to buy something. But the feature of the hotel - nothing, absolutely nothing you have no right to bring to the room. No food, no fruit, no drinks, no soft drinks, no alcohol! ! ! ! ! ! ! Nothing fine 50 euros. You can really buy and eat at a special table on the hotel, almost wire. Alcohol is not allowed there either.
WITH
The hotel's all-inclusive alcohol system includes red and white wine, beer and brandy. The rest is for money, and as you know, not for small. In the evenings there are two options: from Monday to Wednesday you are allowed to sit under many-aged pines and breathe the healing air. From Thursday to Sunday, club music is played in a volume that can be heard in the rooms. Young children cannot sleep. The music screams until 23.00. Nobody dances - I ACCOMPANY! ! ! ! ! ! ! In front of our eyes, the mother of two children approached with a request to make her quieter to the administrator and even to the hostess - no reaction! ! ! ! ! Music interferes with all vacationers, but it's a feature of the owner, to do everything not for guests, but on the contrary, to make people uncomfortable! ! ! ! ! With food from the restaurant you can also go out to eat only somewhere in the corner of the fence. There are no prohibition signs. We took shrimp in the evening and decided to spend time outdoors.
I emphasize that beer and shrimp were from the restaurant at the hotel.
We were remarked that we could not eat it in this place. People, you are not guests - you are prisoners in this place! Well, separately about the beach and Durres or the villages around it. So. On the beach there are sunbeds, umbrellas. There is no towel. Bought for 4 euros in a shop near the hotel. Everything is paid on the beach. I forgot to say that the hotel is located on the second shoreline. Not far from the sea. The beach and the village in general are very similar to our rest: Skadovsk, Zatoka, Iron Port. The sea is muddy, shallow, there are algae. And all this fun costs 1400 euros! Like this!

Like this!

The area is very attractive. The food is monotonous, not convenient catering, in the sense that you have to stand in line, wait for the food to be delivered. Meals are cheap and cheerful for students. The room was cleaned normally, in principle, you go to the sea, and not live in a room. The service is very good.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as part of a promotional tour from Minsk. We were seated immediately and quickly. The hotel is conveniently located and close to Tirana, Durres and Kruja, trips there on excursions. From the airport to go 30-40 minutes. The rooms are spacious enough, a large balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the garden and the fountain in front of the hotel.

The room has one small narrow bed and one double bed. You can stay alone or with a child. There is also a TV and hairdryer.
Wi-fi is free (as in all hotels in Albania), it takes well in the hotel lobby and not far from it on the street. The rooms are a little worse, sometimes there is a connection.
An unheated swimming pool with free sunbeds is available right behind the hotel building, on its territory.
A bathroom with a shower and a glass booth, cosmetic accessories are issued: shower gel, shampoo, soap. The only thing is that one door of the shower cubicle is open and water splashes a little on the floor. But in order to wipe it there is a floor towel.
It's true, food is not allowed in the room (if anyone notices). Although there is a refrigerator and glasses with a kettle in the room. But we still saw several running ants on the floor, which disappeared after cleaning. And the room was cleaned every day, and bed linen was changed, which is nice. Also take mosquito repellent - sometimes they fly into the room at night (especially if you keep the balcony open).
Even during our stay there was a failure at the station and for two days there was no hot water - only slightly warm. Periodically poured hot, but it lasted about an hour. By the time we left, the water supply had improved.
Meals at the hotel all-inclusive buffet (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner). The food was good, but rather monotonous. The same soup (a couple of kinds), salad, vegetables for lunch and dinner. Sometimes fish and meat were replaced - veal with sauce (very tasty). There are few fruits. There is tea, coffee, juices, water. The staff and waiters try hard to please. There are Russian-speaking employees - it is in the ALER network.
Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket and not one. There you can buy essential goods, water, fruits, cheese, ice cream.
Along the road stretches a small promenade with nearby cafes, restaurants and hotels. Some of them are still being built. We can say that the area is actively developing and progressing in terms of service.
The beach and the sea are very close (4-5 minutes walk) - just leave the hotel and cross a small narrow road. A wide sandy strip, the sand is clean and very fine, light yellow, pleasant to the touch. The entrance to the Adriatic Sea is long and gentle - perfect for families with small children. The sea is not transparent, as the waves raise the sand, there are algae. You can walk along the embankment along the sand, nearby there is a cafe on a pontoon in the sea, where foam parties are held.
In the evening they offered a small animation, activities for children, live music.
It can be said that the hotel is normal, but not for very fastidious tourists.
