When I tried on adjectives to describe in one word (disgusting, bad, mediocre, weak, normal, good, excellent, super) I realized that in my perception the hotel is characterized as Normal! No more, no less.
And now a little more. I’ll write right away that I only rest in 5 * and I always choose new or almost new hotels, that’s why I specially chose a new hotel, counting on cleanliness, novelty, and, well, Luxury))) according to the concept.
1. Staff - everything is good, at the level of 5 *. Everyone is friendly, smiling and hard working.
2. Numbers. I had a swim up (with access to the pool). The number did not impress. Everything is very modest and economical. There is a crack on the wall, disgusting tiles on the floor in the shower, they washed it every day, but there was always a feeling of dirt underfoot and an incomprehensible smell in the bathroom. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. It turned out that not only in my room there was this smell. Bedding, towels, alas, not new, apparently from the Palace. Not torn, everything is clean, but not new (((. Washing supplies were in the most economical version and were not replenished. This is the first time in my vacation. Well, obviously not luxury)))
3. Nutrition. You could write great. Worse in 5 * I have not seen, it was better, but the hotels were more expensive. I didn't eat breakfast, I didn't have lunch, I just ate dinner. Dinners are good, the choice of food is large, the restaurant is clean, although, again, the dishes are not new, apparently also from the Palace))) but there is a problem with lunches. Lunch takes place on the terrace between the two hotels. There is not enough space and you need to take it in advance if you want to eat on time. It didn’t bother me, but I was with my son who has diabetes, and imagine that he, having injected a dose of insulin, could not find a place to eat for an hour. This is unacceptable for him! Thanks to the manager Ibrahim, who, seeing him with a plate in his hand, quickly freed the table from kitchen utensils, covered it with a tablecloth and sat down to eat. (by the way, Ibrahim did not know about diabetes, and this confirms that the staff is very responsive and tries) After that, the son came in half an hour and took a place) If the issue of seating people for lunch in a restaurant is not resolved, the hotel will have a very big minus, in my sight.
4. Animation. Not intrusive, which made me happy) The invited artists are weak teams, similar to amateur performances. Usually in 5 * teams perform better. But again, it's not critical))) if you don't like it, don't watch it.
5. Territory. Quite normal for me, everything is within walking distance. But the presence behind the road fence was very upsetting, because at 8 in the morning, lying by the pool, I had to breathe the burning from the transport.
6. Alcohol. I tried only wine, I liked both the taste and the aftertaste)))) my head didn’t hurt))) my son tried all the cocktails, he said that they were normal)))
7. Coffee house - super!! ! My favorite place. Everything is very tasty: the atmosphere, and coffee, and dessert)
8. Hotel. Very original design))) everything is new clean, nice to sit in the lobby.
For 10 days of our vacation, not a single Turkish night, foam party, fruit festival. Somehow it is very strange... but we found something to do and spent a lot of time on excursions and on trips... the rest turned out to be eventful.
The hotel is normal, the rest will not spoil anyone, but I do not want to return to it, I will not recommend it to friends and relatives. Now Luxury has been removed from the name of the hotel, so I think it corresponds to its 5.

I am currently in a hotel. An ordinary German hotel, a good 4, you can forget about luxury, everything is the same with the nearby Palace, they go to us, we go to them. Just an extension to Side Royal Palace. At first we were shocked and not only we are now reconciled, relaxed, resting. The beach is very good, the pools are midgets.
