Two years ago we opened the Nibas Hotel. Chosen quite randomly. I want to conduct a sightseeing tour-a story about how good it is to have a rest here in Ukraine in Berdyansk, on the Sea of Azov.
So, let's start in order. When booking a room, you are offered a transfer, either from the bus or from the railway station. All you need is the train number, time and date of arrival. The transfer is free. Even if you arrive at one in the morning, as we did this year, the car is waiting for you, and you don't have to worry about how to get to the hotel.
A cheerful security guard helps to bring things to the room, and wishes a good night. The room has round-the-clock hot water, a kettle, a hairdryer, a full set of toiletries in the bathroom, personal slippers and snow-white towels for all parts of the body. On the balcony there is a dryer, a table, chairs.
And in the room there is air conditioning, a refrigerator with several types of drinking water, a huge TV. Wi-Fi is excellent throughout. Therefore, photos can be sent immediately.
In the morning, a breakfast ordered in advance and served at our personal table was waiting for us in the lounge cafe. The friendly chef Ivan is a separate additional "star" to the 5 stars of the hotel. The cafe has a menu for every day, there is an additional children's menu, and a bar one as a separate bonus. Dishes are prepared and served with great love and respect for the guests of the hotel. You feel like a welcome and long-awaited guest, and you want to try absolutely everything.
The menu is inexpensive, for adults, for children, at the bar. It is quite affordable, both for one person and for a large family. What we have tried for 2 years.
So, in fact, why do we come to the Nibas Hotel? That's right, we're coming to the sea!
It takes literally 3 minutes to go to the sea, just cross the road. Nibas has its own beach (shared with the Beryozka recreation center, since Nibas is the European heart of Beryozka). The beach is cleaned, a lifeguard is on duty on the beach, shade from mushrooms and awnings, there is a dressing room, sun loungers and sunbeds are provided for hotel guests, completely free of charge. Clean sandy beach.
There is a designated smoking area on the beach, and a huge sign hangs that smoking is prohibited on the beach itself. The consciousness of our citizens is a separate issue (they smoked and buried their cigarette butts in the sand, both ladies and gentlemen). Next season, you can print a checkbook, and every half an hour the lifeguard goes around the beach and fines violators. This will be a chic replenishment of the budget of the beach.
I want to separately note that this beach has a very good breakwater. It is quite long, and therefore in high waves there is such a place like a “paddling pool”, where for 2 days, while there was a strong enough wind and waves, we swam without losing precious vacation minutes. The purest sea is a real pleasure.
The coastal line is open, so if someone wants to take a walk along the sea, then you can safely walk all the way to Solnechny. On the beach itself, order is maintained, and the lifeguard knows the guests of the hotel by sight - I confirm).
As I said, Nibas is located in the center of Beryozka, which means that on the way to your room you can sit on a bench, just walk among the roses. The whole area is planted with huge "plantations" of roses. In addition, the shade from pines and firs, a special coniferous-marine aroma - you want to breathe, and in no way inhale this air. By the way, in order not to carry sand to the hotel, there is a wonderful foot-washer on the territory. Plus there is a washbasin, common, on which there is always soap.
The entire territory of "Nibas" ("Birches") involves a good rest for the whole family. On the territory of billiards, volleyball court, several playgrounds, swings. We wanted to take our daughter a skateboard with us, and it's good that we didn't. Because there are skateboards, and bicycles, and scooters, and you can just take all this and ride.
For those who like to relax "in an adult way" there are several barbecue facilities, and cozy, very beautiful, varnished wooden gazebos.
By the way, quite unexpectedly, Valyushka met her friend, who works as an animator in the hotel, and holds holidays, parties, and dances for children 3 times a week. For adults, discos are arranged with a buffet, delicious canapes, cakes, etc. to live music. It is very nice to dance and feel young.
And if the entertainment in the hotel is not enough for you, there is a bus stop to the city nearby. In addition, this is a middle spit, and here you go to the right - you will find a market with food, entertainment, shops, you go straight - you will get to the sea, you will go to the left - either to the city, or to the Solnechny public beach, or just walk along a beautiful street along brightly lit hotels and boarding houses.
The room itself has modern furniture, very comfortable beds, linen is changed every 3 days, regularly. Room cleaning is daily. For me, the curtains are especially important, which perfectly cover all the windows completely (I really like their aqua color, I don’t want others, I want such a home for myself). Therefore, if you want to sleep in the afternoon after dinner, just draw the curtains, and no heat and bright light will disturb you. There are mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors. Somehow it turned out that there was an invasion of mosquitoes for several days, so this is not an extra precaution. In addition, we advise everyone to stock up on repellents, just in case.
Although the hotel is located on the second line, the sea is to the left and to the right of it. Therefore, you still fall asleep to the sound of the surf. Very good location of Nibas. Last year I was on the second floor and I could see the sea from the balcony. I thought it was a very good location. This year I was settled on the ground floor, and it seemed to me, like our whole family, that there could be no better location, it was so convenient for all of us.
A separate poem - shower room. Exhaust ventilation, a spacious shower - for my size it was very important. Constantly uninterrupted hot/cold water. And besides, the repair itself in the marine theme immediately sets you up for relaxation.
Vacation, of course, as always, was not enough, maybe four more days. By the way, if your train arrives at night, or leaves late in the evening (as we did), no one will kick you out into the sun with things on the street toiling restless. The hotel policy states early check-in and late check-out. You only need to agree with the administrator - and everything will be decided. If you don’t know how to leave and get to the station, the administrator Elena can take care of that as well. In addition, there is parking for private cars.
I fondly remember the whole atmosphere of the Nibas Hotel. From the bottom of our hearts we thank the owner of the hotel Roman, administrator Elena, chef Ivan, rescuer Denis, all the staff, caring maids, and vigilant polite security guards.

Today I returned home. 10 days flew by and I wanted to extend my vacation! Many thanks for the positive, wonderful staff, excellent service, comfort and desire to return again and again! The kitchen is beyond praise! Nibas - European quality of rest in Ukraine!
