We arrived at the hotel after lunch, we were immediately settled in the room. The staff made a great impression, very responsive and pleasant people. The room was booked from the deluxe category. The room is stylish, modern and has everything you need. The bed is large, comfortable, wardrobe, bedside tables, table, mirror. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator - everything worked. Bathroom with a set of cosmetics, clean towels, the drain worked perfectly, there were no problems with water. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a private mini-pool-bathroom. In terms of cleaning, it was clean and cleaned daily, service and room service at a high level. Diverse, tasty food. For breakfast, dishes were prepared from eggs, there were pastries, fruits, meat and cheese cuts, cereals, yogurts, drinks. For dinner, fish, grilled meat, sometimes seafood, pizza, side dishes, salads, vegetables, fruits, sweets. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, there are several swimming pools, many cozy places, recreation areas. There is a gate to the sea, which must be opened with a key card. The beach is clean, with a free area and paid sunbeds. Near the hotel there is a well-developed infrastructure, many entertainment venues, cafes, restaurants. We had a great rest, we are satisfied with everything, we recommend the hotel for rest.

Meals took breakfast. For 2 weeks the same thing, there was no seafood and fish too. The food does not pull on 5 *. Service is all excellent. They wrote about old hair dryers - this is true. I contacted Alice and they replaced my hair dryer on the same day. Thanks Alice! We had a wedding anniversary - both fruit and champagne were brought to the room, and a cake was handed out for breakfast in the restaurant. It is very nice. The hotel had animation, which is surprising for European countries. I was amazed - sometimes aqua aerobics took place with live music (the group played and the soloist sang)! The most important nuance - all rooms overlooking the sea and the pool overlook the place where every evening from 21.30 to 23.30 live music. Believe me it's very loud! Even if you close the balcony it is very loud! It's good to sit on the balcony to drink wine to the music, but you have to understand this will be every day. Therefore, if you want silence, you are not here, because all the rooms are not on the sea and the pool overlooks the road, respectively, too, the noise. I also want to warn you about the sea view. Between the hotel and the sea there is a 4-storey hotel, respectively, a direct view of the sea (I'm talking about standard rooms) will be only for those who live on the 5th or 6th floor (we lived on the 6th floor and it was fine), and from 1 to 4th floor it will be only a side view of the sea. Therefore, when paying, specify so as not to pay more.

The transfer was after lunch, I wanted to extend the room (for money). Refused. They offered an alternative option: to provide a changing room from 12 to 12:30. Everyone dreams of a piece of paradise, looking for their own island of happiness, where you can enjoy a serene vacation and the beauty of pristine nature. All this is possible in the Canary Islands. And the first thing that comes to mind is the island of Tenerife. This is the largest island of the Canary archipelago, with eco-friendly beaches and lush tropical vegetation. It is an island of eternal summer, warmed by the Gulf Stream in winter and cooled by fresh breezes in summer. The richness of its nature and relief surprises with its diversity: the “lunar” landscapes of volcanic deserts, the majestic Teide volcano and its snow cap, the high mountain ranges of the central part of the island, which make the south and north so different in natural and climatic conditions, steep rocky shores rising from the foamy ocean for tens of meters. However, one of the main and amazing features of the island are the beaches with black volcanic sand and natural pools of solidified lava. The place is amazing. The hotel is right on the ocean! Air! The sun! Temperature +25! The singing of birds creates the impression of PARADISE!! ! Now about the hotel. We were settled on the 2nd floor, room 242, overlooking the city. When asked to settle higher, they said that they had to pay 150 euros. We didn't pay extra. The hotel celebrated its 25th anniversary. Of course, repairs are requested! The furniture is old. For the first time, I learned that you have to pay to use the refrigerator. The TV in the room is a retro model, a huge box. In the bathroom, a hair dryer is some kind of incomprehensible duika. It definitely doesn't dry out your hair. It buzzes and everything. I haven't been able to use it in 7 days. I was also surprised that upon arrival we were given a tiny bar of soap, a tube of shampoo and gel. Bathroom with sagging oilcloth. In a 5 * hotel, no one replenished the finished shampoo. There were no disposable bags in the buckets. It's not aesthetically pleasing. Meals - breakfast. Excellent! Perhaps this hotel management wants to compensate for the shortcomings. For breakfast buffet: champagne, jamon, bru cheese, red fish and many other goodies! All the staff are trying so hard to please tourists, smiling sweetly. Rooms were cleaned daily. Towels were changed daily. We spent most of our time by the ocean. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for a fee. A huge number of people lay towels directly on the sand or on the grass. Entry into the water is good not in the center of the bay, but to the right. We went on two excursions. To the neighboring island of La Gomero (excursion with a ferry and lunch 50 euros) and a sightseeing tour (Teide volcano, Masca village, a giant tree with lunch-45 euros). Very interesting. Tickets were bought on the street. The hotel is much more expensive. Do not be afraid. Do not listen to guides who scare. This is Europe! And here it is all the way! The shops. Found a couple of supermarkets. The joy was not earthly! Sausages, wine, cheeses, fruits are not expensive. Loved the TORRES wine. Tried different things. Everything is very tasty!! ! The hotel is not far away - 7-10 minutes to walk at a slow pace. They also bought mothers a cream with alloe as a gift. We saw giant shrimp for 8 euros per kg! And regretted that we did not take the boiler!!! ! (Just kidding! ) You have to be careful in the sun! Even when it's cloudy. We didn't know and we all got a little burnt. In general, we were satisfied with the rest! Too bad it's only 8 days! Would like more!!! !

The rooms are medium in size, but you need to understand that this is not Turkey, where the whole vacation takes place in the hotel and, accordingly, you spend a lot of time in the room. We had a room overlooking the street. I must say that the street is quite noisy, so if you want silence, you need to take a room overlooking the pool. Although with the window closed, the noise is almost inaudible. In our room, the furniture was solid - a large double (even triple) bed, a table with two chairs, a large closet, a mini-bar (actually for a fee), at the reception they give out the key to it after payment. But with us it turned out to be open, we used it, but no one took money from us. The safe is also paid - 2.8 euros / day, we did not use it. Very large and beautiful pool, lots of sunbeds by the pool, you can find free ones at any time. The beach is next to the hotel (a 5-minute walk). The beach is good, sandy. The ocean is cool, especially in the morning, warmer in the evening. In addition, the water in it then leaves, then comes. When it leaves, the stones are exposed, since the sand is only at the entrance, and then the stones. In this regard, when the tide is out, it is not always possible to comfortably enter the water, although the presence of these washed stones makes the water clean and transparent. Safes and refrigerators are paid, wi-fi is free in the rooms, you just need to find out the code at the reception. I liked the food very much, there were fresh juices and smoothies every day, as well as delicious jamon, cheeses and fish from time to time. Beaches for lovers of a relaxing holiday, no waves and stones are exposed at low tide, it is not very convenient to enter the water (only from one side). Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid. Every evening there was animation, but only in Spanish. The excursion was taken individually with a Russian-speaking guide, a sightseeing tour of the island + the Teide volcano, lunch in a mountain village, a dragon tree, wine tasting and swimming on the black sands in the north of the island - all within one day, I liked it very much, saves time and money. On another day, we went shopping in Santa Cruz, again on our own, by bus, took a sightseeing tour of the city and went to all the shops and the shopping center (El Cortes Ingles), drank delicious barraquito coffee (I advise everyone to try it! ) In a local cafe . We were also in Loro Parque, I liked it very much, especially the show of killer whales, we spent no more than 2 hours there and went to swim on a gorgeous beach with black sand and huge waves. We went to La Caleta for lunch, where delicious fish and seafood are served, we tried sea bream, moray eels, langoustines and local dishes, we were very pleased! We especially liked the Brazilian restaurant Rodeo in Costa Adeje, which serves 15 different types of meat !!! , there is also a buffet with side dishes and salads and, of course, dessert, Rodeo did not leave anyone indifferent! In general, apart from the hotel, I really liked the rest, we left with a lot of impressions
