MINUSES:
Repairs were made in the dashing 90s.
There is no kettle, glasses or cups, the room is covered with a cloth on which residents have been crushing mosquitoes for years, the room is dirty, small, the mattress on the bed is an instrument of torture, the towels are washed, they look more like floor rags, the mosquito net on the door to the balcony has long been broken and doesn't close. water from the air conditioner flows directly onto the balcony and the tiles there are wet and slippery all the time.
There are practically no tapchans on the beach, those that exist are occupied around the clock by the same residents, there are no changing rooms on the beach either, the pool only looks beautiful in the picture, in fact it is a dirty and flaky trough. The room was rented 2 + 1, where 1 is an old collapsed chair-bed without one leg.
Not the first time we rest in Zatoka, but this is the first time we got there. The site has only positive reviews and beautiful pictures. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO HOLIDAY IN THE "HARBOR".
The territory is very beautiful (this is the merit of the owner Eduard and the workers' guys), the flowers are a bomb, I have not seen such a beautiful Yucca anywhere, the owner himself takes care of them, this is a very painstaking work. There are gazebos with tables for relaxing, a gazebo-alley for lovers was preparing to open, but we didn’t find it anymore, there were tables under a canopy on the beach overlooking the sea.
On the territory there is a canteen with delicious, inexpensive and homemade food for every taste and budget, from 8 to 21 you can come in and have a delicious meal. There is a bar with a cool view right on the beach, the bar has delicious coffee, cold beer, beer snacks, ice cream, and some water. There is a billiard room for several tables, convenient free parking, Wi-Fi. The territory is fenced and guarded, there are no strangers on the territory. The beach is only for the residents of the base, there is enough space, sand, sun loungers.
A small playground with a slide-plane, horizontal bars. Descent to the sea along a ladder from a wooden platform, because due to the proximity of the estuary, the beach is washed away and it was strengthened, but this does not frighten vacationers, and the wooden platform adds charm to the Harbour. Every morning I met the dawn sitting on the platform and drinking coffee, sunbathing on it during the day, and in the evening (on the advice of Eduard) I relaxed: I lay and looked at the stars, and the sea rustled under you. It's such a thrill!
We were lucky with the weather and with a small influx of people due to quarantine. We did not regret a bit about choosing a place to relax and meet with children (we live in different cities). I don’t know who writes bad reviews, we arrived with a positive attitude, rested in good spirits and left sad that the time flew by quickly. Disadvantages, like some vacationers, we were not looking for. Thanks to Eduard and all the staff of the base for our super holiday!
The room is extremely damp, the plaster just peels off like jelly, it's impossible to breathe. And as a bonus, the sewers broke through (as we were told, this is not the first time they have). The stench was terrible. All the glass on the walls, soaked into the fabric (it is instead of wallpaper). The room was washed and offered to return or move out onto the street. Moved out, because health is more important.
According to the owner of the base, a room in the house costs 500 hryvnia, we paid 1000. There are bases nearby, where for 1000 hryvnia there will be a larger room and the condition of living conditions is many times higher.
The rooms are very damp, the windows don't open, you can't leave the door open at night. they can steal (when we were girls, cell phones were stolen). It is better to pay extra $50 per person but sleep in normal conditions.
