When we went up to the room, I realized that we made a mistake in choosing a hotel. There were 4 of us (two adults, two children), beds in room 3. We called the reception, they said they would do everything now ....(for a minute, we arrived at 18.00, and the room is not ready). They brought the mattress, laid out the sofa (I accidentally saw a protruding open pin in the sofa !!!!!! ! - showed this to the guy who brought the mattress, he removed it .... ) The picture is still the same: the sofa is laid out, and on it is the mattress ....
I put a pillow with a sheet, but no duvet cover ...Once again we turned to the reception for a duvet cover. In general, this time.
Second: the room is so old and shabby that I could not believe that this still happens. Shabby doors. Furniture. There are holes in the cash (as at the time of construction), there are also holes in the ceiling ... , the toilet is leaking, no one has been cleaned in the corners for 100 years, the switches have not been washed either, probably never, you know, you turn it on - and there is such dirt ...black and yellow ....In the children's bed, when we spread the blanket, we saw women's hair. At first I thought, well, they changed the bed, the hair fell, not food, okay, we are tired, we don’t want to call anywhere anymore ..... But when I realized that there were no cleaners (women) there, and if there were staff, women, their hair collected and covered with a scarf!!! ! some men clean, I realized that the bed linen was not changed from previous guests. It's a nightmare, of course.
Third, it's an air conditioner. It sounded like a train.
When turned off - it was impossible to sleep from the heat and noise of the air conditioners in other rooms. Beds hold together terribly! That's terrible! . In general, despite the fatigue, both we and the children after the flight slept a maximum of 3 hours per night.
Also, of course, our flight was overlooked and underread, but who would have thought that there was no balcony in the room !!! ! How? There is no balcony on the sea? ! We were told that we ordered such a room, and that we were lucky in general that it is large, others have small ones ....They did us a favor) they gave a large room for 4 people. In the morning we asked to change the room. We were told we had to pay an extra $60 per day…… f*ck just……. We refused. We were given a different room (no extra charge)…. even worse, even shabbier and even dirtier. But there was a big plus - there was no air conditioning!
After discussing the situation with my husband, we decided that we would not spoil our vacation and get upset ...We agreed (at the reception with a smile they said that we can change rooms at least every day .... ) and were very surprised that the room suited us.
For the whole week of our stay, the cleaning was daily, the floor was clean, the beds were messed up, the tap in the washbasin was rubbed to a shine, but I don’t know whether the shower cabin is helping her with old age, or they didn’t remove the word at all. The water drains sooooo slowly (but if it had been washed, it would have been noticed and the drain cleaned, otherwise, I think that it was not washed). Rusty shelves (rusty tiles look strange) in the shower. And only a "rain shower", there is no shower, such as you can comfortably wash yourself. Only a tropical shower pours over your head. In general, the number is clear. This one and the previous one are gold numbers. You can earn money from them. Who wants to live in such a place?!
2. Food. Breakfast: normal (eggs, sausage omelettes, cheese).
Sweets. No fruit at all. A lot of rolls (but not for everyone, as for me). Coffee only for breakfast!! ! It is not available for lunch and dinner (you need to leave the restaurant and bring it from the lobby). I liked how they cook meat (especially beef), there was chicken. I ate fish a couple of times, it’s normal, but you won’t find lemon for fish. Rice, french fries and potato chunks. Salads and just chopped vegetables. There are 20 types of sweets. Dinner, everything is the same as for lunch, only more sweets and salads, some fruits are added. Also, % 50 of the guests are Arabs, and I really didn’t like how some women (Arabs), coming up to take some food, can’t wait 10-20 seconds, and the rod is out of line. At first I thought that this was an isolated case, but by the end of the holiday I realized that this was such a practice.
There are places where you take your own food, and there are places where they give you, and so where they give, they stupidly come out of line - and the one who pours, smiles and serves it out of line ...And everyone around smiles ...No matter what happens, the staff smiles.
There are ala carte restaurants, but everything is the same as in the main restaurant. I was not hungry, I ate deliciously, but on the 5th day of monotonous food I got fed up. In my opinion, the biggest problem is that there is no normal water. They put 1 bottle of 0.75 per person in the room ..... it's 38 degrees of heat then ....What is in the bottles stinks of bleach. And what you can take is all carbonated, glasses of an incomprehensible smell, if drinks are mixed chemistry ..

Once in the pool I waited 30 minutes, then I came up and asked, where is the charge, the animator laughed in my face and said that it was not today. The next day, they again called for gymnastics, I asked what time, they said now. I said that yesterday you also spoke now, I waited 30 minutes, but there was nothing. Reaction: they just laughed in my face and left…. What I saw was once Belidance and once salsa danced for 5 minutes. If with salsa the animator somehow taught people - there were both guests and the animator in the process, then with belidance it was a sad picture ....The animator turned his back to the dancers and danced for himself. What people did, he didn't care…. . Do you know why? Because it is necessary that someone turn the music on and off when they are learning the movements, and they are too lazy. Therefore, I turned on one song, turned my ass to people and that's it ....Worked out.
Every morning, lazy animators walk along the beach, shouting something. What they do is volleyball at 16.00.
A few words about children's slides: everything is ok, children like it. Several guards on each hill. With me it was that thanks to the guard they saved the boy. The little one moved out, and there is more water for him than his height ....and could not swim, began to choke. It's a matter of seconds. It's good that they are watching! But the question is: why were they allowed to go to such a depth with such growth ??? ? Minus: these same guards make fun of children who do not speak Arabic. I personally observed that one guard asked a German boy to say a word in Arabic to the guard at the top of the hill ....The boy got up and said ....They laughed merrily. Then the guard at the top, the same boy, passed the message to the guard downstairs. And they laughed again. I don't know Arabic, I can only guess what those words were and why it was so funny.
I was also surprised by the moment that the ultra all-inclusive hotel paid parties ....For 5 euros. And EVERYONE sells tickets to these parties. On the beach, animators become active and sell. When you take and hand over towels, they sell you. When you come to eat, you go to get bread, and they try to sell you a ticket there. The constant jokes of the staff were also very annoying. This is when they give you something, you stretch out your hand to take it, and they abruptly remove it ....Such a joke ....we are all friends there and have known each other for a long time ...familiarity ....When on the territory of the hotel, you go to the sea, you pass by a store with the name Police, and they constantly (4 times a day) cling to you to buy something or something else ....this is downright annoying. I also recommend DO NOT go to the store near the pier (to the left of the hapi dolphin) they sell teas there ... , it says something like a small store, but good (I don’t remember in German). We went once, the seller from the entrance!!!!

If they expect to earn money from those who come from Europe (and there are 40% of German-speaking tourists), then a greeting, wishes for a good day and a smile are appreciated here. 6. We took a tour. I liked it very much. We took a private tour. With us was the captain of the boat and 2 guys who taught us to swim with a snorkel and a mask, everything was interesting and pleasant. We saw fish, beautiful corals and had a great time.

Conclusion: We will not be returning to this hotel. This is our experience. Everyone decides whether to go or not. We do not recommend.

I'll start with the check-in: everything is as usual, check-in to the room only at 14-00 at the time and "offers" at the reception for a bribe to improve your room, although our room was already superior)). We had room 930 - carefully, there is no hot water in the hotel, it is not the season in December.
Meals: everything is monotonous, there are no frills, but this is understandable - 4 *. Breakfast surprised by the lack of good coffee, only instant or ground "stewed" with boiling water. I recommend to wait until 10-00 and go to the Grazy restaurant for a late breakfast, there is a good continental breakfast. Lunch: everything is modest, but tolerable in terms of quantity and quality of dishes. Dinner: "continuation" of lunch, you won't stay hungry, but on the 3rd-4th day everything gets boring.
A la carte: three restaurants. Only two work, 007 is a normal marine, no frills (not even shrimp), but you can visit. Aladdin is an oriental restaurant, but the dishes are the same as you will find at a regular dinner. And finally "Italian")). . . well, this is a very immodest parody of Italian cuisine, I do not recommend visiting if you have ever eaten something tastier than carrots!
Room cleaning - if you are not ready to pay a daily tip for it, then it will not be. And be careful with things, the cleaners are vengeful for the lack of "tea" - they took our key (the second key to the room) from the table when cleaning, so that we would be fined "for losing the key" when leaving the hotel.
Animation - 9 people, no complaints, but unobtrusive. The children's room is open only 3 hours a day. The budget of the hotel is limited, the evening mini disco is 15 minutes, the adult show is cheap local bands for 15-20 minutes and the rest is mostly "our animation forces".

But... at 700-800 from the beach, the entry into the water is 20-30 cm deep... there is no depth at all, there is no reef, you will not see fish. You can be patient and walk along the pier - there is a ladder into the water, but there are no sun loungers, no bar, and most importantly, you swim near 4-5 yachts, or rather between them)))... it's tempting to just take a dip. Those. it is impossible to swim from the beach, just get your feet wet and so for almost a kilometer.
Special attention to the owner of the hotel and his top managers, who are afraid of him like fire))... We had a "picky" attitude, to put it mildly, about towels, then we left them where they should not, then the owner considered that we "took "superfluous and probably don't want to give them away)). . As a result, it "pissed me off" for once and we were ready to give towels, cards from them, anything, just to get behind us. But as if on a whim, the owner disappeared for a couple of days, although I personally am ready to send him a parcel from Russia with new towels, so that he "has eaten with his mouth and fifth point. And this saved us: the hotel turned out to have a huge number of guests from the local population, and with each - offspring from three children or more. And all these comrades - well, very noisy. How we swear - they talk like that. Loud and screeching. It just pissed me off, to be honest. This circumstance in my eyes greatly lowered the level of the hotel.
The room was clean, safe, balcony, TV with three Russian channels. Cleaning - every day. A half-liter bottle of water per person in the refrigerator - also every day, plus a water cooler on the floor. But we didn’t risk drinking water from the cooler, we collected it only for brushing our teeth. This, I think, saved us, on this trip there were no indigestion. Well, you get the idea.
In terms of food, everything was pretty decent, it is clear that the chefs are trying. The meat was chicken, beef, turkey, they gave crabs once. Vegetables - always. Surprisingly tasty fish is cooked, which could not be said about the previous trip to Egypt. Soups-puree variety, very tasty. Even carrot and broccoli. Every day they cook something on the grill. Of the fruits, grapes and peaches were the most delicious, watermelon turned out to be strange: red, but not sweet. The melon is delicious too.
From alcohol in the restaurant, local beer and wine (red and white) from tetra-pak. Stronger drinks - only in the open air, at the Relax pool and at the beach bar. Pandemic, you know.
There are three a la carte restaurants. We visited Italian. They ate pizza, lasagna, drank wine from a glass bottle. It was delicious. But we didn’t go the second time, although we had an ultra all-inclusive and could visit these restaurants at least every day. This is the "ultra" in this hotel. There is no imported alcohol there. At least it's free.
There is a pizza restaurant on site. Takeaway - only for money. If you treat yourself to the restaurant itself - it's free, but the most primitive. If you want meat or seafood - pay.
From our room to the sea - three hundred meters across the territory. The beach is sandy, but does not justify the name of the hotel: one of the guests, playing football, cut his leg with something. Entry into the sea is sooo long... It's easier along the pier 200 meters and from the stairs - into the water. But there are always boats nearby, sometimes wound up, and then the smell of the solarium will accompany the swimming process (. The swimming area is fenced with buoys. But at low tide, even there is a bit shallow. But the sea is beautiful, clean, gentle, warm! If you crumble bread from the pier, they will sail fish, both small flocks of fish, and specimens more impressive, colorful, bright. You can look at it endlessly!
What pleasantly surprised me this time was the absence of sea urchins in the swimming area. I don’t know, maybe they are “out of season” at this time of the year, but on my first trip to Egypt, I was surprised by their number, you walk along the pier - and at the bottom THEY are whole families. Horror and nightmare of a tourist.
Due to the covid pandemic, entertainment is at a minimum. Hookahs are prohibited. In the evenings, karaoke was sometimes turned on on the beach, companies gather, mostly Russian-speaking citizens, drink, laugh, sing. For lovers of leisure.
There is a small theater, where in the evenings they gave performances from the category of Egyptian folklore. We never went, there was no desire to sit indoors in the heat.
Unpleasantly struck by the uncleanliness, even dirt, in the bar on the beach in the morning. The bar is open from 10 am to midnight, but vacationers go to the sea and the beach from early morning. You have to step over dried puddles of spilled drinks on the spat-stained floor. It's disgusting.
Our hotel guide from Coral was a friend named Mahmoud Suleiman. He made an unpleasant impression on us: he was rude, in his eyes there was only one desire - to sell an excursion. When leaving the hotel, we had to sit in the lobby from 12:00 to 17:00. We had lunch. But on the road (and we were going to Cairo airport) we were not offered to take anything. They themselves brought out a couple of sandwiches and got water. It turns out that we ourselves had to say in advance that we needed dry food. This is also written in the rules of the hotel in a brochure that is in every room. But we missed this moment. So we need.
There are several souvenir shops in the hotel building. You can buy chips, soda, scotch tape, perfumes. Almost on the territory there is a pharmacy with everything you need. The only ATM seemed to work, but we didn't manage to use it: it "chewed" our card for a long time, then, finally, gave it away, but did not allow any operation to be carried out. However, this is not a problem: you can always buy dollars and euros from a smart guard at the entrance. The course is acceptable. As well as changing them to local pounds.

Towels are not accepted after 17.00. The room is like everywhere else, normal, they didn’t change, everything worked, but constantly they didn’t add towels, then they forgot to put shower gel, soap is generally a luxury. The animators are pleasant, unobtrusive, you can dance and jump. There is no animation for children, no baby food, the children's pool is cold.
