The food is good, for 4+, there are waiters who quickly clean up sometimes they bring drinks, we got on holidays and there were a lot of Turks, of course they received a lot of attention, but we are not picky to go for drinks, the food is varied and the chefs pour it for you, say what it is more convenient, I don’t know ...but the pandemic had to be measured for this) a very huge selection of sweets, chicken meat, fish, it was a sea day, pasta with seafood, sea mix, french fries according to the standard, a lot of salads, greens, delicious fruits.
As for the territory, it is not large, there are two pools, a small one for children, and a large one for adults, we were only in a big one and most of the guests, and honestly the pool was very clean and most importantly, it didn’t stink of bleach as usual, it was very pleasing.

6) the rooms are clean, not killed and they clean it too.
If it were not for the cons (about them below), then the price and quality are excellent. A good four, although they were bought as 5 stars.
Minuses.
1) we bought and paid for a room with a sea view on the first line - this is Emre Beach. It costs more, its "brother" is just Emre, which is located across 2 carriageways (and traffic in Turkey is tough) and there is no Emre pool, the main bar as well as the territory as a whole. The Covid control was very large... at the entrance they always measured the temperature... there were disinfectors everywhere (on tables, entrances, elevators, etc. ). Everywhere they controlled the presence of a mask, if it was not possible to take it on every corner... I saw such a clear control only in this hotel. Well done!

I will say right away that we are used to a different vacation - usually in the south of Spain or Italy we rent apartments on our own, take a car at the airport, buy local food in a supermarket and cook ourselves, in general, everything, everything ourselves. This year we decided that we want everything ready, and there was no time to choose, organize, get with transfers. We read positive reviews, rushed to take a chance and... turned out to be in flight on all counts at once. The only thing that pleased this sea is that Marmaris has a beautiful sea, clean, quiet and warm. Everything else was disappointing, although the ticket was not the cheapest. Now for the points.

Once there was karaoke for guests, it's just horror, although it depends on the guests - we were unlucky and listened to chanson, we just wanted to climb the wall because of the discrepancy between expectations and reality. Service. He has not been heard of here. It must have been better before. Now the hotel is overbooking, guests are treated as a conveyor. With the settlement of the problem - do not wait for any check-in until two, everything is packed. Two Russian-speaking girls work in shifts at the reception, Ksenia is quite ok, friendly, and the blonde is just atas, an arrogant limited creature. In a restaurant, dirty plates are removed according to an incomprehensible principle - either at the beginning of lunch / dinner or with new guests, we still have not figured it out. You will come at the beginning of dinner - you will not find a free table, you will come in the middle - you will clean the table yourself and “steal” appliances from your neighbors. For three people in the room they gave 1 set of towels, after repeated reminders and exclamations at the reception that they simply did not have enough towels, finally in the evening we received the long-awaited towels. After moving to another room, also after threats that I would write reviews, I was given all the towels that were taken away for the next cleaning of the room and.... never brought more. In the 21st century, in a 5-star hotel, wi-fi does not work, as if they tell you - it is in the lobby, but it does not work there. The attitude of the receptionists of the Turks is simply terrible, boors from boors, lick only Europeans. To my question - is this the attitude towards guests you have? Looking into the eyes, they say - "well, yes" and constantly lie. I have a lot of experience of rest in different countries and hotels of different levels, but nowhere (with the exception of Egypt), even in 2 * no one treated like that. And if you are lucky and you don’t have any problems or you are ready to bring your own towels and bed linen and another bed, for the money paid on the ticket, then I advise you to stay at this hotel, but if something happened to you, they didn’t give you the proper towels or you are not ready to bring your own towels and linens and another bed, for the money paid on the package, then I would NOT recommend this hotel for ANYTHING.
