It was similar in my friends’ room, only there was no light yet. We returned to the reception and asked to be moved to more comfortable conditions. To which we were told that we had to wait and pay, and the girl went outside to the security to eat livers! The hotel asked for 10 euros per day for 1 room and promised a view of the sea and the main building. Then we waited a couple more hours and went to look at the rooms (paid and “free” that had been prepared for us).
We started with the “free” one, it was also located in the old building on the 4th floor. We came in, it was clean, usually, nothing special, you can live. My friends had the same thing; they agreed to stay in “free” rooms. And that seems to be all, you can exhale after the flight, but no, the fun begins. It was evening, we decided to go to our rooms and relax, so that the next day we could start a full rest, but that was not the case. My husband and I go to bed at 22:00 and generally fall asleep right away, we are exhausted after the flight, at 22:45, I wake up from some kind of allergic shock, run in the dark to look for an allergy pill, take a pill and go to the bathroom to examine my skin (everything itched). My face, namely my chin, was covered in blisters, swollen, swollen with large blisters! Arms, legs, back are all the same, I look at myself and don’t understand why? ! What could I eat, drink and get such a reaction!?
And then the thought comes to me, take a flashlight and go to the bed, and it turns out to be complete cruelty! Bedbugs!!!!! ! yes Bedbugs! ! They shook our nerves for 2 days, kept us on our suitcases and insisted on our eviction. My husband spoke to the manager, but they said we are adamant! The owner was offended and insists on eviction. And all because, an hour before the bar closes (23:00), they stop giving out drinks, namely 2 drinks per person. We all went together and took drinks, returning back to our table, my husband shouted One person - One vodka. Thus, allegedly offending the boss. The queue for distribution, the heat in the dining room, there are not enough places! Dirt is everywhere!! ! The wallpaper in the room was re-pasted and that's it!! ! The bathroom is just dark! Cleaned well, shampoos and soaps updated constantly. And every day the minibar was replenished with one bottle of water. But if you don’t want to be cleaned, for example: soap or shampoo is over, you can calmly come up and ask for what you need.
Every evening there were mini-discos for children, and then interesting animation shows!! ! There were magicians, acrobats, very funny competitions with the participation of vacationers.

The trip to this hotel happened spontaneously, there was no time to read the reviews, as a result we arrived at the place without suspecting anything about the specifics of the settlement, and naturally ended up straight in the notorious building C. And here's what I want to say - the devil is not so terrible as he is painted : ) We paid for two standard rooms (1 adult + 1 child in each), as a result we got two identical two-room suites on the second floor - a bedroom + living room with upholstered furniture and a small kitchenette behind the bar.

And here's what I want to say - the devil is not so terrible as he is painted : ) We paid for two standard rooms (1 adult + 1 child in each), as a result we got two identical two-room suites on the second floor - a bedroom + living room with upholstered furniture and a small kitchenette behind the bar. The air conditioning worked fine, the bathroom was modest but quite decent. After a couple of days, we fully appreciated all the charms of our remoteness from the main building: no fuss and hustle, silence! At night, no music, no drunken screams, only birds and crickets. We, of course, did not use the kitchen, only the refrigerator - we kept strawberries and cherries there. Board games were played at the bar. A balcony with chairs and a table overlooked an orange garden and an outdoor pool, right there a children's "paddling pool". The pool has a bar with drinks, beautiful lights turn on in the evenings.
We ate at the main restaurant, a three-minute walk to it was not a burden even for a three-year-old kid. The food is not bad for a foursome, only few fruits and drinks are bad, but we are not fans, so we were not very upset.
I personally did not notice the daytime anamation, we went to the evening anamation with pleasure, there was something to see.
During the day we went to the slides in building B, where the pool was better than ours, the water was warmer.
In general, the hotel made a good impression, we walked around the village with pleasure, it is convenient to go to Alanya - 5-7 minutes by minibus, and you are in the very center, in the market. Food, service - all on a solid four. But there are also disadvantages, and the most important of them is a terrible entry into the sea. You can actually go down into the water only from the pier, and everyone swims near it - some kind of nonsense! The beach is normal - bulk sand, but there are sharp stones in the sea. However, when we were there, no one swam in the sea anyway - it was cold, it rained almost every night, and even a thunderstorm. We went to the evening show in warm sweaters and windbreakers. Yes, this is not Belek for you, where it is already hot in May. And nature is not as beautiful as in Kemer or Marmaris - steppe and steppe all around. More and more couples, many foreigners from Denmark, Holland, England, etc. are vacationing in Taksim. I would advise young people to choose other hotels, it will be boring here.
