1. Let's start with the rooms: in addition to the fact that the rooms are, to put it mildly, old, they are also poorly cleaned. Dirty and rumpled curtains, broken mirrors, broken sockets, shabby switches. Desk without a chair. Apparently they work standing behind him, for a week I knocked out a chair for a child who did his homework.
2. Food and drinks. Same thing for 12 days. No variety, dirty dishes, no small spoons for mugs (they interfered with sugar with a knife) a live caterpillar got into the plate along with the greens ??? ? only Cherry tomatoes are tasty, the rest are as if Chinese, tasteless. As well as "like dessert", also sucks. A meager selection of greens, for the whole holiday we found basil once. You will not find freshly squeezed fresh juice here during the day with fire. The cocktails are disgusting. You will not find sugar on the table, as well as toothpicks. Sometimes napkins.
3. Staff! Separate topic! Arrogant, arrogant and indifferent. The staff at the reception is very unfriendly, they sit in the guest relay and are just as impudent, as if you came home to them. None of the staff greet themselves at the meeting. The waiters do not speak Russian, in fact, like in English, they spoke on their fingers. The order is brought late, sometimes not brought at all. There are few people at the distribution, queues everywhere, the staff is dissatisfied, unfriendly. Waiters are like wild horses.
The cleaners behave like in a bazaar, cleaning our room at lunchtime, when everyone is resting, talking to the cleaning lady from the opposite room very loudly and defiantly. Were cleaned to put it mildly poorly. After receiving our complaints about the room, they did not react in any way. The reaction came after our travel agent began to write claims to them from our city. They offered us a complimentary dinner at the a la carte restaurant at their expense. We had dinner, drank a bottle of wine (the waiter spilled it and turned the empty bottle upside down) and did not offer or bring alcohol anymore. We could not even think that the wine is paid. But when we handed over the room, they presented us with an invoice for wine 40€!! ! Carl 40€!!!! ! Here is their compliment at our expense.
4. territory! It is cleaned as badly as the rooms, the sunbeds are occupied and are empty for half a day, and people do not have enough places (the staff does not follow this in any way).
5. Internet and TV! It's just a pain! You can say no, complaining did not help. There were no children's channels in Russian.
6. The guide from corel travel at the beginning of the holiday so actively campaigned for a personal transfer from the hotel to the airport that we will choose the time we want. And on the last day, he defiantly announced the appointed time without options.
The divorce is complete. The Turks got bold. On this, our trips to this country are booked.
All comments are simply ignored.
This is a 4* hotel with a stretch.
1) When we arrived at the hotel and approached the Reception, we were told: "Sit down, they will come to you. " We sat for min. 20, but no one approached us. When we approached the Reception again, a woman approached us, who did not understand or speak Russian at all. She gave us a guest card to fill out and again disappeared for 30 minutes. In short, we ourselves gave these papers to the Reception and we were finally given cards from the room. We went up to the room, opened it and almost fainted. Firstly, the room smelled terribly of cigarettes (smoke). Secondly, it was stuffy and the air conditioner did not work. We called and said to change our number. They changed us....And then a lot of interesting things awaited us...
2) The room that we changed was very dirty (there was so much dust on the cornices, behind the mirror, etc. that I have never seen this in any hotel). The room is very small, the bathroom too. The interior has a feeling that I got into a hotel in the USSR in the 80s. Air conditioning (climate control) worked in the room, but worked in such a way that it blew cold air all the time. Even if they set the temperature to 28 degrees. In short, it was cold at night, and since the sound insulation in the rooms is disgusting, it was impossible to open the window and turn off the air conditioner, because concerts and discos played until 24.00. I had to sleep with earplugs and under a blanket.
There was no wifi in the room!!!! ! In the corridors, he caught somehow, but at the lobby bar (near the Reception) he worked perfectly and because of this there was always a crowd of people. I would also like to say that the rooms were practically not cleaned. They made the bed, changed the towels and that's it!! ! Garbage could be picked up at 19.00. Mini bar and safe - that's all right. The mini bar was filled regularly. Naturally, no one responded to all our requests to do something with air conditioning and the Internet.
3) The territory of the hotel is chic, beautiful, a lot of greenery, clean (constantly a lot of people clean, mow lawns, wash, etc. ). Lots of bars. Both by the pool and on the beach. Waiters are constantly driving around on roller skates, so, if anything, they will bring anything directly to the sunbed))). The pool is clean, sunbeds are comfortable, the sea is warm and clean. So there are absolutely no claims to the territory.
4) The restaurant is big. You can sit both in the halls and on the street overlooking the sea. The food selection is pretty good. There is also a grill outside. But... there is no pork))).
5) Animations are very weak. For children, of course, there is everything. So for those who have children, there is something for children to do. There is a water park, racing and much, much more. And for adults - water aerobics in the pool, some kind of yoga, and there seem to be playgrounds for tennis, football, volleyball, etc. , but they are almost empty, because no one invites them there. In the evening some concert and disco. Everything!
6) Another very big minus is very unfriendly staff (one might even say rude!! ). Everywhere: in bars, restaurants, at the Reception. And we weren't the only ones complaining.
Conclusion: the hotel completely does not match the price / quality. Believe me, especially in Turkey there are hotels cheaper and much cooler!!!!! !
The room was on the sixth floor overlooking the sea (there are just awesome sunrises here), the room is small, simple, but everything you need was there. Cleaned up on time, all accessories replenished without problems. Food - no frills, but liked it. The distribution of food in the main restaurant was carried out by kitchen workers. Many restaurants were still closed. This is a great spa! Having problems with my back, I always take a course of therapeutic massage on vacation. I want to express my huge, sincere gratitude to the master of massage named Ziya! I have with whom and with what to compare, and so: You are a Professional with a capital letter! Thank you very much! 02.09. In 2019, my family (me + wife + child 2.8) settled in room 1326. The room is extremely small, even for two, we were not provided with a crib. We wanted to upgrade the room to a deluxe, but after seeing what kind of rooms in this category, we decided to abandon this idea. The room was cleaned extremely badly, there was a large wet spot on the carpet, some tufts of fluff were scattered around, cleaning was called. The towels were also in some kind of fluff, I suppose that they were washed with duvets or pillows, because after a shower we were all in these shreds, we had to remove this garbage from ourselves and the child with our hands.
In the corridors there is always a poorly vacuumed carpet and in general a rather gloomy atmosphere, smudges from leaks on the walls (there is a photo). The hood in the bathroom does not work well and if the neighbors smoke, then it all flies to us and spreads throughout the room. There is not a single children's channel on TV in Russian, all the cartoons are in Turkish, are you serious?
About the restaurant
The variety of dishes is not great, but the products are generally of high quality. Service at a low level, the waiters are not suitable, you have to catch. However, even in this case, having made an order, the waiter may simply disappear and that's it. Very often they do not bring what they ordered, although you duplicate the order in both Russian and English. Fresh is a big problem. Plates and cutlery are poorly washed, streaks and greasy stains are in the order of things, as well as a large percentage of plates have chips on the bottom.
They begin to clean everything from the tables 15 minutes before closing, and if I came 5 minutes before closing, then the restaurant is open, but there is, as it were, nothing. Tables are cleaned just as badly.
About public areas and territory
The territory is large and beautiful, but dirty, there are constant swamps and mud on the lawns. The water stagnates and it is impossible to walk barefoot on the grass. Often you can find garbage under the bushes or broken glass on the paths. The waterfall is more of a sump, the water is all bloomed and smells like sewage. Rixi, water parks, swimming pools - approx. The sand on the beach is not very similar to sand, it is a dusty substance, after walking on which the legs are like after walking through a stone quarry. Bars make disgusting cocktails, with rare exceptions. There were two bartenders who made everything tasty and beautiful. It is impossible to drink coffee at all.
The gym is small, most of the equipment is old, never premium.
SPA is a different story, I have not seen such a terrible massage for a long time. And the hammam, it's generally fantastic - an Asian woman does it in an unpressed room, my wife and I were unpleasantly surprised. Shows on the adult stage are just terrible, on the children's stage everything is fine. The operating modes of many zones are not at all clear and defy logic. Why is the water park open from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, and the slide for three is only from 2 pm to 5 pm. In general, everything is strange.
About the health and attitude of staff
Against the background of all the nuances of "rest" in your non-premium hotel, the child and wife, namely coxsackie, have health problems. On the fourth day from the beginning of the rest, the child developed a high fever, a rash, and everything was according to the classical scheme, later vomiting joined. The wife also suffered this enterovirus, a little in a milder form. After talking with the guests, I managed to find out that almost every child is ill or has been ill in one form or another.
Adults are less so, but also affected by this virus. In an ice cream parlor, a girl on the counter vomited right behind the counter. Walking along the corridor, one could hear the vomiting of an adult from the next room. Endless doctors and ambulances.
It has become a little scary and pointless to be on the territory of the hotel, the child and his wife are sick, it is dangerous to use children's and public areas, because there is a risk of secondary infection. Then I went to talk to the guest relation, wrote a complaint and asked the girl why they did not warn about the epidemic when checking in, to which I received the answer - “Actually, the epidemic is all over the coast, and not just in our hotel, and it started two weeks ago, is now on the decline. And the tour operator should warn you. ”
After my persistent objections that it was the hotel that should warn about this, the girl turned to her colleague, who was more senior in Turkish. After 2 minutes of conversation, she turned to me and said with a slight grin - he says that we do not have any epidemic. After that, everything became clear and an hour later the tickets were already bought.
Outcome
Rest is ruined, just like health. Money lost, time too. Attitude towards Rixos and towards Turkey as a whole has become sharply negative. All previously earned loyalty in Fethiye or Belek by the same Regnum went into negative. Thanks to this hotel, many of my friends will no longer go to Turkey. I hope not only my friends will do the same.
There are no questions about the territory, everything is more or less clean, well-groomed.
Room is good Pool Suite Ground floor.
The food is varied, but, of course, for the amount of time we rest, it was repeated. There are fish, seafood, and various types of meat. Local alcohol, so-so. Only in the main bar you can find Jack Daniels - if you want a drink during dinner - it will not work, is he not in the restaurant? ? At the same time, this is the most common whiskey and not expensive!
From the unpleasant: a lot of people, if you want to find sunbeds in the shade, you have to get up at 7 in the morning and run to take it, is it a rest? The administration does not monitor at all whether towels are removed from free sunbeds or not, sadness (((
What pisses me off the most is the guest relation.
I am silent about the fact that the cleaning is very questionable in the room; sometimes you have to call and remind to be removed.
We regularly contact the guest relation and ask them to bring water and drinks to the minibar. If you are lucky, they will bring it from the fourth call, if not, then you have to raise the tone - why do we need this, because we are on vacation. They don't put shower gel or toilet paper at all. They hang up the phone regularly and are rude.
It is a pity that the hotel management does not listen to their guests.
If you take away some points, we would come again, but, as you think about these moments, we won’t eat a second time for this money, there are other hotels. To be honest, we met people who have been here for the second and third time, but I won’t say what they say about this hotel this year, because nothing good (
I will only say my opinion - this year the service staff spoiled the rest, now we will gather for dinner and go to communicate with the guest relation, because after the fourth conversation and throwing the phone with us, they finally heard about the problems!
