I would also like to note the work of the SPA salon, a very friendly team. They treat vacationers with great attention. Special thanks to massage therapist Semikh.
He does massages very professionally. He is highly qualified, completed an internship in America, is polite, helpful, and speaks English. I did 6 general therapeutic massage treatments / 1 hour each / for 300 euros. I had pain in my back, shoulder blades, and shoulders. The healing effect was obvious! Thank you
There is a small request from the administration - to install more powerful Internet on the beach.
We are very pleased with our vacation.
The manager at the reception was surprised - when registering, they put money in the passport and voiced a request to get a room on the 1st floor (my husband had a bad leg pain and he could barely walk) and closer to the sea. He took the money. Received - 2nd floor (there are 2-storey houses) and the penultimate building from the sea. When asked what we paid for, the answer was given - I could have settled you in the very last house. Something like this. We were simply stunned by arrogance and cynicism. More:
Room - 12 sq. m (on the hotel website it costs 25, but this is with a corridor, a toilet, a balcony, and probably the total area of u200bu200bthe stairs and utility rooms was taken into account), and so -12 m (7x5 tiles 60 cm (see photo)).
Bathroom: about 6 meters (3x5 tiles), a third of the free space is occupied by a children's wooden ladder (so that the kids can get to the tap), but it is 0.5 cm higher than the free space under the sink and, accordingly, there is no way to put it under the sink - here and it stands in the center of the toilet))). There is only ONE hook for 6 towels (we were 3) in the bathroom. No place to hang towels
Cleaning is mediocre, despite the regular tipping.
The bed linen was changed only on the 7th day and only after the scandal at the reception, although then we slept on the old one for another 5 days (((. Towels and linen are old and washed out (many stains are no longer washed).
Food:
Breakfasts are monotonous - fried eggs, scrambled eggs with a terrible sausage, terrible and tasteless sausages, boiled eggs and pancakes. A couple of types of cheese and sausage.
Lunch and dinner: 90% chicken and turkey in various forms (fried, steamed, boiled, stewed with vegetables) - in principle, cooked well, but in 12 days it became creepy, 10% - stewed beef, lamb (with a strong unpleasant smell) and fish (by smell and appearance - horse mackerel, although it was called differently every day (sea bass, crucian carp, shield fish, etc. ). A couple of times there was good breaded cod and some other small overcooked fish.
The exception is Tuesday fish day. Seafood and good fish in stock.
Juices - diluted sweet water, alcohol only local (imported only for a draconian price).
The hotel is overcrowded, so expecting a waiter to bring you wine or beer at dinner is not worth it, they barely have time to clean the dirty tables. Therefore, you need to be puzzled by the search for clean glasses and cutlery (they are chronically lacking) and bottles of wine. There are no tea cups at all - you pour tea into a small glass for juice and, so as not to burn your hands, put the glass in a coffee cup, I saw this only here.
They refused to do lunch boxes for breakfast at an early departure (7 am), they did it only after talking in raised tones at the reception.
Sunbeds by the sea are already occupied by 7-30, you can still find places by the pool.
Disco - there were once, a solid thieves chanson (maybe we were unlucky and someone specially ordered music for themselves)
From the pros:
Well-groomed and green territory, many pines and fruit trees. Good kids club and animation, there are 2 water slides. Clean pools. Cool life-size figures of pirates placed throughout the territory. Clean sea.
We will not come here for the second time.
If you are with a stroller, ask for the first floor, otherwise you will have to carry it up the stairs to the second floor.
Gels, shampoos, soaps, etc. Everyone brings every day, no need to run around begging.
The staff is friendly, the service is not intrusive
Wi-fi catches in the room perfectly, on the beach with changes.
The food is good, for the little ones already grated vegetable soup, there is a diet table, vegetables, meat, fish without salt, children's yogurt, there is a microwave for baby food.
Good milk porridge, not diluted, it is not clear that, as in some hotels, in general, children (5 years old and 1.3 years old) had something to eat.
Shish kebab, turkey, chicken, beef, liver, fish, vegetables are all there.
Cool fish day, oysters, crayfish, shrimp, grilled tuna, but all the most delicious ends quickly(
Juice is like diluted lemonade, alcohol is the same, it seems that I drank water with syrup.
Of course, there are savings in the range of dishes, and it was very upsetting that the zoo and the trampoline were removed, children love the trampoline.
But the savings are now in all hotels and are no longer the same as before (
I think we will come again to this hotel)
P. S. In order not to go far, go to the store on site, there are very tasty sweets, thanks to the seller)
+ Kids Club "Happy Pirate" offers an active and rich program, including hunting for real treasures.
+ Active and fun adult and children's animation.
+ Mini zoo.
+ Varied and tasty food.
+ Green landscaped area.
+ Updated numbers.
"-":
- Economy room - room 11 sq. m.
See the video review of the hotel - https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=d1ZoQdGIvls&t=5s
The hotel consists of many small houses, half of the tourists live on the first floor, half on the last, there is no sea view, there are many pools at different depths, but the smallest one is 30 cm coldest (the rooms were all occupied, there were a lot of people).
Came during a pandemic, sometimes the waiters worked without gloves.
This mission was more than perfect! The child is happy and already requires a second visit to this place.
Club-type hotel, rooms are located in two-story bungalows, which is very convenient.
The check-in was as fast as possible, the room was clean, I was pleased with the presence of a separate children's bed.
Further points:
- location. Tekirova is not in vain considered an elite region of the Antalya coast. Very clean sea, sand and pebble beach, mini-islands, beautiful green area. . . Words of the guide: the contingent of vacationers here is above average, all five-star hotels fully correspond to their status;
- a distinctive feature of the hotel is the ship, fully decorated in pirate paraphernalia, serves only Pirates Beach Club tourists. Actually, everything was started for him. When we saw the photo of this handsome man plowing the picturesque sea, we could not think of any other hotel. Our first swim took place on the islands with swimming in the bays, the second - in search of treasure. Delight beyond words!
- purity. The room is cleaned very high quality, on the territory and in restaurants the same way. I couldn't find the dust after cleaning, no matter how hard I tried. Also a very well maintained beach;
- nutrition. There is a children's menu and a separate diet table. I was pleased with the variety of meat dishes and fish, and desserts are generally beyond praise! I also liked the Italian restaurant - I advise you to order salmon and shrimp pasta there. In fact, in this hotel you can arrange a beauty tour for yourself and come back very beautiful: go to the gym, eat a delicious diet, sunbathe and go to the spa;
-children's club. It was thanks to them that the child had an unforgettable birthday! Congratulations on stage with cake, balloons, confetti and a crowd of friends! All my wishes (and believe me, there were a lot of them) were taken into account and realized by the animators;
- free and unlimited trampoline. Located in the shade, large and durable. This also includes a mini-zoo with parrots, peacocks and other animals;
- swimming pools and slides. Everything is thought out with care for children: in one of the pools, a shallow area is fenced off with a mini-fence. You can not worry that the child will be carried to the depths. The slide with buns is not terrible and long;
- gym. Fully glass walls, beautiful sea view. Pleased with the presence of all the necessary simulators and free weights;
- security. The hotel is fully adapted to the conditions of the pandemic. All staff are wearing masks and gloves, only kitchen workers have access to food, even straws at the bar in plastic packaging.
In general, the hotel left a very pleasant impression! And many more beautiful photos!
1. The sea is great!
2. Territory - what you need for a small hotel, greenery, trees, etc.
3. Animation for kids is sooooo weak.
4. Nutrition - and here the first significant questions appeared:
- breakfasts are the same for eleven days (eggs, sausages, such as quick breakfasts, and one working coffee machine for the entire "restaurant" - a dining room. In general, nuts, dried fruits, pancakes, pancakes disappeared! A week later, the child did not want to eat anything in the morning (
- ice cream (not the best quality, very watery) was given out from 14.00 to 16.00 at the peak of the heat and just when the children are mostly sleeping (
- lunches and dinners are normal, in principle there is something to eat, the only thing I can’t understand is why they don’t learn how to cook fish in this hotel (it’s no, dry and tasteless)
- from fruits - watermelon, peaches, apples, sometimes plums, and once there was even grapes!
Well, because of the coronavirus, waiters give out food, but there are not enough of them, given the terms of service, and they can’t cope with orders, so there are queues at the bar, at the restaurant, at the snack bar. In principle, if for the sake of the sea and tranquility and do not find fault with food, then you can go.
But our second time, most likely, will be the last in this hotel, unfortunately.
The territory of the hotel is compact, green, there is everything you need. It is very convenient when traveling with children. The hotel has a playground, trampoline, mini zoo, football field. Everything is nearby. I often saw how the kids themselves came running in the evening with a mini-disco to their room.
The sea is simply gorgeous, transparent and clean, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, although the hotel was 100% full and many took places in the morning. The entrance to the sea is deep, after a couple of meters it is already deep, but this is not a problem. The water is very salty, pushes to the surface, the children liked to swim on the pontoon. The main thing is to wear sleeves if the child cannot swim.
The food is always fresh and tasty. The distribution is staffed, this creates a queue. Most likely these are quarantine-related requirements, but in my opinion they are absolutely useless. The restaurant is full of people, but always found a free table.
I recommend the spa center, massage is done by masseuses from Bali.
Upon arrival home, it turned out that we had forgotten the keys in the safe. Thanks to tripadviser Serkan, he helped a lot, they were found and handed over!
I don’t know what is happening in other hotels in Turkey now, but it is clear that the hotel management is constantly balancing profitability and looking for a break-even point. If a lot of people have stopped by, they stupidly cut off the "buns", for example, in the form of normal brewed coffee at the lobby bar. The restaurant suddenly suddenly appears distribution by the waiters (although on the same day in the morning it was not). Many things work on a reduced schedule, with the schedule changing on the fly. Because of this, a slight chaos and distrust of the hotel workers are created. However, the basic functions work fine. They take it away. But the mini-bar is replenished regularly and free of charge. Wifi works acceptable.
In general, there are a lot of people. There are always queues in the restaurant, but you can sit down. Mostly Ukraine, Belarus and a few Russians (they still get through Belarus ((In general, if you don’t bother, then you can relax. The rooms are decent, the territory is well-groomed, the food is delicious, there is animation, the sea is just gorgeous.
The entrance to the sea is rocky, I recommend special shoes.
