And now the cons: the food is not a 5 * hotel, but a really good dining room. For breakfast, only scrambled eggs, fried eggs and sour yogurt. For lunch, two kinds of incomprehensible soups (one with ketchup, the second with milk). Lentil, which was not bad, was given only sometimes in the morning. Puree is just awful! Fries if you're lucky, then warm. Every day only chicken and fish (not different types! But the same thing every day! ), Beef was given a couple of times. The rest is several types of stewed vegetables, rice, vermicelli, and fresh vegetables. Olives, black olives, cheese (5-6 types), sausage (one, not an assortment) and sausages, both of which are not edible! Fruits include apple, pear, green melon, and watermelon. Once in 10 days they gave strawberries and then dirty ((they didn’t give them anymore, they probably decided that it was troublesome to wash. There were sweets, I don’t know whether there was a large choice or a small one, but with us people swore with them that there was absolutely no choice for sweets. And bread No fresh juice, only juice in packages and poured from the machine.
In the daytime, the children took delicious ice cream, pizza, burgers. On the beach at the bar, they made delicious mojitos for children. At the bar where the reception is, just awful. They poured water instead of sprite, I had to come up and ask for a normal mojito to be made to the child.
Children's playroom on site for a fee. 2 euros / game for a couple of minutes.
Alcohol is only their local. Be prepared for this)) And they don't care that you have ultra all inclusive)) Do you want another one? Pay. Swearing for a few days, it's useless!
There is no Internet on the territory, terrible WI-FI, which is barely available, do you want good WI-FI? Pay 3 EUR/day.
Do you have crumpled things after the road? You will be stroked for 2.5-6 euros per item. No iron, no ironing room.
The room was cleaned every other time, I had to remind the reception to clean it. And they innocently asked a hundred times what exactly was not removed? Just if you need to clean the room at your request, pay! They themselves took soap and toiletries in the corridor, as they "forgot" to put them.
The staff is not friendly, they don’t seem to be rude, but “fuck off” is written on the face. A big rarity to smile at you! If a child came up to take something, they did not notice him.
Not far from the hotel there is a village where you can buy sweets and essentials if you forgot something. And there is also a pharmacy, where there is just a super owner and a seller girl who will advise and really help! Checked for yourself.
This is our personal opinion and feeling from this holiday. But if possible, look at another hotel, or how did we) decide that we won’t eat at home? They didn’t come to eat))
But there were moments that crossed out all the positive things about the hotel.
The maids don’t clean (at best they change towels, they don’t vacuum), but they climb things and steal, I once caught them fumbling in a cosmetic bag, on the last day before leaving, jewelry and money disappeared. When we checked in, we had beds that had not been changed from previous guests. Multiple requests at the reception and in the gastronomy to remove sand from the floor, leaves and dirt from the balcony went unnoticed.
Room: we were placed in the 27th Superior room building, freshly renovated, new plumbing, there are no comments, except that there is no normal lighting, it's a bit dark - only table / floor / sconce lamps. Old tired refrigerator, mini-bar - water with and without gas, that's all. In stock - slippers, shampoo, lotion, bathing caps, cosmetic discs, a set for repairing clothes. The room had two separated beds, we reported the need to move them upon check-in (about 14:30), the issue was resolved closer to midnight and with repeated reminders from our side about this (more than 5 times we left a request). The air conditioner works well. Very noisy hotel next door.
Bar:
Beer - almost the entire period of stay at the hotel was draft Effes, the day before departure, a canned Tuborg appeared. For beer there is a mix like nuts (they don’t offer it themselves, you have to ask) - mostly dry corn, not tasty.
Champagne - smells like hair shampoo, tastes even less.
Cocktails - majito, pina colada, aperol are still normal, everything else is fu, because they do not have natural juices, instead Jupi (just add water, it tastes and smells terrible).
Wine - white, rose, red - not bad.
The rest of the drinks - their local, did not try, except for Baileys (also not bad).
Well, tea, coffee, water without gas is standard.
Ayran and juice in a tetra pack (200 ml) - not available to the public, only at the bar, you need to ask. Juice is given basically only if you say that to the child.
Bartenders understand only Turkish, or they pretend to get annoyed at the word "cocktail".
There is only one cool bartender for the whole hotel, and he is in the lobby, understands Russian, looks like Igor Lastochkin)) here he is really cool, both as a bartender and as a person!
Service/hospitality: Russian speaking units, mostly Turkish/some English, lots of fuss and little action.
Service in a restaurant is often uncomfortable - the Turks are served without a queue, they pretend that they don’t notice you, they put you on plates “like pigs” - with such a movement and accompany them with the same look.
There is no service as such in the restaurant; if you want drinks - catch the waiter yourself and ask, they are not suitable, from the outside their main task is to replace the tablecloths...
Purity: None. The restaurant is just replacing napkins / tablecloths - no one wipes the tables - dried stains from drinks / leftover food. Dishes with chips and cracks, plates/spoons/glasses poorly washed. We had to constantly look for highchairs and wipe them ourselves. The toilets are dirty and smell bad.
Cleaning the room - make the bed, everything. Even if you leave a tip, at most they can wipe the floor with a damp cloth, and the carpet will not be vacuumed.
Meals: meager, obviously not 5 *, and even more so not Ultra All, stretched All modest 4 * rather.
Main - vegetables / greens, olives / olives (pitted rare), a couple of vegetable salads without dressing, several types of cheese, sausage, salads dressed with white sauce, marinated vegetables, soups / borscht, buckwheat, sometimes mashed potatoes, bulgur, french fries , stewed potatoes, pasta / spaghetti, desserts, eggs in various forms for breakfast, pastries - croissants, buns, bread, vegetable stews and the like, steamed vegetables / fish, fruits - apples, grapes, plums, watermelon and melon.
Meat / fish - every day grilled perch and some kind of upper part of the chicken (one skin), rarely - mackerel, turkey / chicken fillet, whole grilled chicken, beef liver, pilaf / pasta with mussels, lula kebab, meatballs.
Restaurant on the way to the beach - burgers, often not edible pizza, and as for me, it's just a shame, it's gozleme - pita bread and assorted cheese in it, most often very salty. Some fruit, vegetable salad, shawarma chicken, divine ice cream.
In the main restaurant there are very few tables inside, you have to stand and wait when they are free, it is not comfortable to eat with a child on the street, it is hot and stuffy. And cartoons are included in the children's restaurant - also not an option, like zombies, there can be no talk of eating, at least with our children.
It seems to have listed the main food and bar, I missed a few positions, of course, but it will not affect the overall picture in any way.
Territory: green, and all. It can be seen that they have not been engaged for a long time, there are gardeners, they are doing something, but they are not physically enough to put everything in order, and only then support it. Everything just grows by itself and is automatically watered. It is still beautiful at the entrance and near the lobby, then everything grows on its own, without much care. Very steamy after watering, not comfortable. Near each building you can see huge garbage bags in which there is either garbage or dirty linen / towels.
The sea and the beach: the sea is very clean, the entry is on pebbles, a little bit uncomfortable, but not critical, there are mats for entry - a huge plus. More often waves. There are always free sunbeds, but we won’t defeat our people - take a towel and it’s not a fact that you will come to the beach today, this is sacred (the same is at the pools).
Pools: there are a lot of them, enough for everyone) for children (closest to the mini club) the smallest 30 cm and the coldest, if with a child - go for a swim in the second shallow pool, closer to the restaurant, it is the warmest. The slides always worked, or rather, which is not always direct, but the direct one was turned on in the middle of our vacation. Rescuers always control the situation, if necessary, make comments. The cleanliness of the pools is 3, we saw how they clean it only once, at the bottom of the needles with firs and mold in some places.
Mini club: the animator girl is well done (young), she finds contact with the children, attracts everyone to the game, at the evening disco, too, the children dance with her with joy. On the street, the playground is old, rotten in places, it is very hot during the day and the evaporation from the coating is terrible, there are no toys in the sandbox. There are two halls inside the premises - for crafts with tables (the main one), there are toy kitchens, a house and a second room - a cinema hall. The toilet is very humid. In the main room, in the area of the house and kitchens, it stinks of urine, all the toys, including the toy kitchens and the house, the chairs are sticky, like something dirty. Shoes are not taken off indoors. Every evening there was a mini disco, lasting 20 minutes, a lot of time is spent on arranging the children in circles “keep your distance”, the meaning of this is not clear to me. Roughly speaking, 10 minutes ago, everyone was together, without observing the distance, they sculpted / glued / dined / swam in the pool, but at a disco this is somehow very important. They have already "exchanged" their bacteria far and wide, just a waste of time/effort in this situation.
Animation: dancing in the pool at 12:00. Water aerobics at 11:30 and 15:00. Volleyball on the beach in the evening, I don’t remember the exact time - somewhere from 16:30 to 17:30. The trampoline doesn't work, the rock climber doesn't either. The gym and sauna in the spa are open. Right next to the lobby area with electric cars and all sorts of slot machines, billiards - it's all for a fee. There are tennis courts, archery - did not check whether it works or not. Evening disco on the beach at the bar.
Covid: temperature taken upon arrival. No longer measured for the entire period of stay at the hotel. Staff in masks, gloves in the restaurant. Vacationers do not keep their distance, a lot of coughing, especially children, through one with a runny nose. Well, this is logical, apply for insurance with an acute respiratory disease - you will end up in isolation, passing tests, therefore they self-medicate and do not apply so as not to spoil their vacation.
Well, I think the recent situation in Turkey, with a general transfer and a positive test for Covid in one of the tourists from this transfer, you know, if you can read something on the internet (August 24-25). This is to understand in general Covid and Turkey. The main thing for the hotel is to get a license, and there I work as best I can... I hope not everyone works like that, it’s just that Marti Myra survives as best it can, at least that’s the impression we got after talking with vacationers from other hotels and local sellers.
We booked two standard rooms for a couple with a child of 3 years and separately for grandparents.
Upon arrival at the hotel, instead of two standard rooms, we were offered one family room for two rooms, saying that either we choose this way, or we are moved to another incomprehensible hotel. When I asked why, because we paid everything on time and flew through the normal tour of the Coral operator, we received the answer: “The hotel is full and there are no rooms, and it happens that this hotel takes money and sells more rooms than it physically has places !
To be honest, for the first time in my life, I encounter such a situation that you were told in an ultimatum form that instead of honestly 100% of the rooms you prepaid and bought, they offer a room with one toilet (this is very inconvenient when there are 4 adults and another child in the room) and plus one small room (which is even smaller than a toilet) without a TV, without a balcony and with two cribs, in which elderly grandparents must now huddle or we are moved to another incomprehensible hotel of no higher class. How can that be?!
There was also an argument that instead of a standard room they offered us a deluxe room, but when I asked what is the difference between a standard room and a deluxe room, they said that the deluxe room has an ELECTRIC KETTLE (! ) And this room is located 15 meters closer to the central building, everything, more there was no difference between the numbers!
It is very unpleasant to receive such a reception from hotels, especially for a family with a small child (And I also saw that several couples of new guests who arrived with scandals were overpowered to another unknown hotel!
Be aware that arriving at this hotel you can be overpowered to another. (
I was honestly shocked! I will say right away that on the second day we still managed to argue, but we got the room for which we paid and it turned out to be newer and better in layout than the one that was imposed on us upon arrival.
As compensation for the inconvenience, the hotel offered a type of free dinner in a separate a la carte fish restaurant on their territory, but this situation also ended in failure, having come to dinner and ordering from a short menu, we waited an hour and forty minutes, but the food was so and they didn’t bring it, to my question why it took so long, the administrator replied that they didn’t have enough staff and he couldn’t do anything, and what I warned and we agreed with the administration in advance that we would also celebrate a birthday this evening my wife, did not affect the situation in any way, neither the promised cake, nor the ordered dishes. As a result, the evening is ruined and the birthday too.
Now regarding the food: in this hotel, the food is monotonous, and when the hotel is full, it’s generally the same every day, I’m talking about fish and chicken, only dinner and lunch alternated in places, for those who rely on food as for a normal five-star hotel, I warn that you run the risk of being disappointed, I have been many times in different fives, but here the food pulls a maximum of four no higher, for 5-6 days the same thing is already fed up.
Perhaps earlier in this hotel the food was better, but alas, not during this period.
Beach: very uncomfortable pebbles, be sure to take coral slippers with you.

The staff is normal, but apparently the owners of the hotel are greedy and save on everything, as soon as the hotel is more than half full, the quality of food drops significantly (no crabs, no crayfish, no shrimp, no octopuses, no lamb tongues, no lamb or grilled ducks , no pomegranates (although it's the season), no persimmons, no... I can list other sweets for a long time, because I know that in other hotels for the same money.
As a result, do not rush to buy this hotel, we also read the reviews and decided that this is the best offer, but alas, by buying it you risk getting into the situations described above.

The food was good, the choice is not large, but tasty and most importantly not greasy, the dishes are mostly stewed and grilled. Fruits, for some reason, were all green and not a lot of melon, grapes, plums, apples, tangerines, and this was in early October. Breakfasts are the same every day, but there were a lot of cakes and pastries and different ones at any time. In general, if not a gourmet, it is not even bad.
We went to a fish restaurant for an additional fee, I really didn’t like it, my husband liked it. Appetizers are not edible, the main dishes are very small, they brought the ordered shrimp, it turned out to be as many as 2 per serving))))) do not take hot halva with ice cream for dessert, I really like sweets, but this dish killed me. it is very, very, too sweet, I would say - inedible. The fish kebab was very tasty but small.
The room we got in the 5th building is good, large, comfortable, but there was a zoo under the windows, and there were birds, and these birds started their day at 5 in the morning and woke us up)))
The beach is beautiful, but without karalok it is impossible to go into the sea. They are sold everywhere. But the farther from the hotel, the cheaper.
In the evening there are long queues for drinks in the bars.

The situation with ice cream struck me. It was given only 3 hours and only in one place. And all 3 hours there was a big queue behind him. Reminds me of Soviet times

In general, the rest turned out to be excellent, but I would not say that the hotel is 5 stars. Rather 4. Somewhere there is mold, somewhere the tile is chipped off, somewhere it is smeared with paint, and so everywhere, throughout the territory, there has probably been no repair for a long time.
The first time (3 years ago) settled very late. This year, apparently due to the fact that we were with a small child, they settled earlier than the indicated time. This made me very happy.
Room cleaning for 4 out of 5. Sometimes they forgot to put one set of towels.
The animation is good and not intrusive.
Food on a solid 5. Varied menu, delicious, plenty). There is a children's menu. But we always found what to eat for a one-year-old child in an adult dining room.
A huge number of pools, a large private beach.
