The staff this year are mainly Kazakhs, among tourists, Russians made up the largest percentage, unfortunately. At first, we were put in a room with a view of the construction site, but the issue was resolved for $20, and the room was changed to a view of the pool. Everything is fine until evening, the music from the disco is playing so loud that you can dance without leaving the room. It's very disturbing, you want to sleep, and the DJ cuts down the white roses of Shatunova for 10 dancing dragonflies, all the other people are hanging out either at the bar or sitting by the pool. The DJ's taste is a separate topic, every evening lambada, cocojumbo, white roses, wayenga are next to each other. People also came with small children, how to put them in when the music from 10 p. m. to 11:30 p. m. screams frantically. I don't know which room would be better - construction during the day or white roses at night.
The sea is very beautiful, transparent even at a great depth, you can see every pebble, very salty. The depth increases very quickly when entering the sea, it is worth taking 5 steps and it is up to your neck, you need to be careful about this, especially for those who do not know how to swim and children. It is worth taking swimming slippers with you, as going into the sea is very painful and uncomfortable without them.
The food is very tasty, various desserts, Turkish sweets - baklava and Turkish delight. I really like that Turkish cuisine dominates the food. There is also food for those on a diet, cooked turkey and steamed vegetables. Alcohol - champagne, wine, whiskey, vodka, etc. Anyone who likes good food and drink should come here. Eat the sea. This is the best hotel for food.
I swam in the pool only once in all 10 days, it is quite deep 145, for those who do not know how to swim, such an idea. With my 165, I stood there on my toes so my head was above water.
The staff is very friendly, they will always help you with your question.
The nice lady who cleans the rooms always smiled at us.
Excursions cannot be bought from guides, it is better to leave the hotel and buy from local agencies or in Kemer itself. Bus to Kemer 15 lira.
Definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Kemer.
Le jardin is a hotel that does not infuriate, but does not leave a feeling of joy, it is in many ways average.
Family room, 2 rooms, very strange layout, at the entrance there is a bathroom with a shower, a vestibule, wardrobes, then there is a walk-through room and there is 1 bed on the aisle and access to the balcony, and a side door to the room with a double bed. In the bedroom there is a semi-partition, behind which a folding sofa is hidden. There is a place for everyone to lie down, but the layout is very strange. Going to the shower and toilet at night past a sleeping person is a bad idea. In the room, a TV with no Russian channels is not smart, consider it useless. The safe was free, but there was no Internet, the mattresses and beds were good, the linen was clean.
Cleaning. One of the important criteria, but I will not say that it was not there.
I don’t remember the swans, but shampoos, gels were added, towels were changed regularly, in general, I personally have no complaints about cleaning, they washed the sink, wiped it dry, this is a pleasant aspect, again, this may be the merit of the maid in this building.
Location and area. There is a territory, but it is all built up, there is where to take a walk, but it's all along the buildings, everywhere there are a lot of different stairs, passages, passages, in general, I have a lot of questions for the architect. Just a bunch, on the one hand it's fun to wander around the hotel, but after a week it starts to bother. The hotel has the shape of connected buildings approximately with the letter P, and although our room was far from the pool, we heard our disco perfectly because of the acoustics. If you need silence, ask for a room with a view not of the courtyard, but of the street or the mountains, the street is quiet. The hotel is on the first line, and right on the corner of the hotel there is a stop in Kemer on dolmush, convenient.
In general, there is nothing to see in the village of Kirish, but it is quiet, there are some cafes and shops, textiles, souvenirs.
Staff. Not rude, not rude, unobtrusive, you ask, they give. Without smiles and sentiments. Not everyone understands Russian, but for me it was not a problem.
Nutrition. Everything is also average. There is not much meat, mostly chicken, and 2-3 beef dishes. Some kind of fish occasionally. Crayfish, shrimp, forget it. One day there was tuna baked in salt, delicious. Fruit is scarce, there is no children's table, well, there was something like a children's zone at the entrance, but for all 10 days in May it was fenced off without children. If this is your first time in all-inclusive as my parents, wow, if not, then yes. You will not starve. Tables do not have time to be served, but there are a lot of tables, where there are no problems to sit, I didn’t notice queues either, dishes and cutlery are clean. Pastries and sweets are not amazing. Turkish ephesus beer, powdered terrible juices and powdered coffee in coffee machines. I mean like this.
There is a coffee shop on the territory, they really make coffee, ice coffee, latte, americano there, it’s nice to sit there, drink coffee, everything else is nonsense. I practically don’t drink alcohol, but what I saw was weak cocktails from local alcohol. Once per stay, you can choose to visit 1 of 2 a la carte restaurants for free. We went to the fishery. Sea bass and dorado to choose from, some so-so salads. This is not a restaurant. I got poisoned after the visit, although everything seemed fresh, my parents were fine, maybe something didn’t suit me individually.
The pebble beach is medium, wide, there are plenty of sunbeds, there is a pier, the water is clean, but it’s cold to swim in May, the water was 21 degrees and the same unheated pools. In general, it is pleasant to sit by the pool, it does not particularly pull into the water.
Animation. Well, it's more like nothing.
I won’t say anything at all about the kids club, but the animators hung out more with themselves, danced at the disco, inviting the crowd and called the children to the mini-disco, in the evening they showed something with the children and some numbers, there were invited artists, but everyone was at the amateur level, except for Russian acrobats and dancers, so they pleased.
One of the most expensive hotels in Turkey is located in kiris - max royal (if you leave the hotel, then on the right), right in the corner of the beach near the mountain, if you climb up the mountain past max royal along the path, you can reach a hidden bay where divers are brought to dive, go hot , you need good shoes and do not take children, you can walk in 2 hours, this will diversify your vacation and impressions, but the presence of a navigator will not hurt so as not to get lost.
Continent. Mostly Germans and Poles. They yelled in the evenings, they drank like horses in bars, especially hmm, African-American Germans, they generally yelled all the time. There are few Russian tourists in the hotel.
Wouldn't recommend for families with small children. I won't talk about
blah blah blah, there are a bunch of better hotels. Eat. But they are all more expensive, or with their own nuances, although choosing a hotel for this year, le jardin has risen in price and no longer looks like the best choice. If all of the above nuances do not bother you, then you will not have any negative from the hotel.
The hotel was not remembered for something special, but there was no negative either
Upon arrival at the lobby, they listened to all our wishes and settled in a room after renovation in the main building on the second floor. The balcony overlooked Kirish and Alva Donna with a view of the mountains and the garden. Maybe not the best view in this hotel, but quiet and comfortable. For us three adults, this was what we voiced in the lobby. The room had: one double bed, one single bed, a couple of bedside tables, an LCD TV, a safe, a mini-bar, etc. by the list. The air conditioner worked well, but we used it for the first couple of days, then did not turn it on, it was already so comfortable. Yes, there was a slight smell of sewage from the shower room, but these are the builders' miscalculations during the renovation. After daily cleaning, the room smelled good and towels were changed.
The territory is well-groomed and cozy. I agree with all the previous reviews.
I would like to commend the staff. You are all great fellows!!!
Everyone is friendly, welcoming and all questions are resolved quickly.
Everything is cleaned, cut, watered imperceptibly for vacationers.
Animators are unique. Super!!!
Always with a smile, humor, unobtrusively and in a good mood, they were invited to participate in darts, volleyball, yoga, etc. All liked it. Every evening there are some shows, contests, discos.
Even the Oktoberfest was with a laser show and a concert by local artists.
I liked everything very much. This, of course, is the fault of the administration.
There are no nutritional questions. Everything is delicious and fresh. The choice of food is good; fish, meat, vegetables, fruits. Very tasty cheeses and confectionery. Again, the work of the staff of restaurants, bars and cafes at the level. Well done!!!
Were once in the Italian a la carte restaurant - great.
Everything is very tasty, alcohol is good. Sign up early - places are limited.
The sea and the beach are great. Air was 30-32 degrees, water 26. Perfect.
The water is clear as a tear, the beach is equipped with everything you need.
Sunbeds in the garden on the grass - that's something.
We really enjoyed the holiday. Would like to return here.
Hotel Queen's Park Le Jardin 5 * I recommend.
Number. A typical Turkish hotel with a Turkish renovation. As for 5 * - small. But everything needed was there. In addition to the large bed, there was also an armchair - unfolding into a folding bed - for a child. Before breakfast, we went to the reception desk - they asked to bring a bed and make it for the child, and when we returned from breakfast, everything was ready and quickly done... There is an LCD TV on the wall, it catches several Russian and Ukrainian channels. It has a USB port. But how many did not stay to turn on the flash drive with cartoons for the child - the TV did not see it. After that, it was not turned on anymore... There is a free safe and a mini-bar. The mini-bar is replenished every day with 2 bottles of water, juices in bags, Pepsi-Cola, Fanta (local) and a glass bottle of mineral water, coped with cooling. The central air conditioner worked well. But since the child on a cot slept opposite him (and it was impossible to put it in any other way), they turned it off at night and slept with an open balcony. There were slippers, various small items (a set of needles and threads, cotton buds with disks, sponge for shoes, etc. ), there were no bathrobes. Shampoo and shower gel were poured into containers with dispensers that hung on the wall. The bathroom is not cramped, with a bathtub. Hot and cold water was always available. Cleaned up well - left a dollar. Taking into account that they came to the room only to spend the night, it was completely satisfactory.
Territory. As for Turkey - relatively large, thoughtful, very green, well-groomed and comfortable. Many colors. There is a large pool and a teen pool with slides and a pool for the little ones + 1 indoor. There is a kids club with a playground. Gym. Billiards. Tennis. And most importantly - between the beach and the pool - a garden with a lawn and sunbeds, in the shade of the trees of which you could lie down in the middle of the day in the sun (only the sunbeds here had to be occupied in the morning). Internet - Wi-Fi is weak and overloaded, works at reception, beach and lawn. Sometimes by the pool. About 15 cats and several hedgehogs live on the territory. And on the trees there are thousands of singing cicadas. . . Location. Located in the village of Kirish. Nature is beautiful: mountains, pines, sea. There are many shops within walking distance. There is a minibus to Kemer. Nearby are expensive 5 *, incl. and the most expensive hotel in Turkey - Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, near which there are "pirate caves" and pleasure yachts stop.
Sea. The beach is pebbly (where there are sun loungers - sandy). There is a pontoon. To make it easier to enter the sea, a small bridge was made near the pantone. The water is pure and warm. Fish swim under the shore - sometimes they bite on the legs... The best sunbeds are occupied in the morning. Towels are given in the SPA, you can change at least 3 times a day - without restrictions. Near the beach - in the garden - a bar and a beach restaurant. Periodically, chilled drinks were delivered in an ice cart between the sun loungers.
Food. The food is very tasty and varied - corresponds to 5 *. Meat, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, sweets. Mondays - fish day, Thursdays - Turkish night. The main restaurant consists of 2 halls: closed (with air conditioning) and open (ventilated). Of the features: wine is not poured in the restaurant bar - you must order through the waiters. After breakfast, you can go to a separate cafe near the pool - Memoza - to drink delicious brewed coffee with Turkish delight. In the main bar, in addition to standard drinks, they also served dry champagne with a cherry (very decent). Pretty tasty beer. Strong drinks were locally produced - did not try. We always dined at the beach restaurant - there was enough assortment of dishes (fries, pizzas, nuggets, grilled chicken, side dishes, salads, fruits) - there was no point in going to the main restaurant. Near the pool with slides - they made delicious cakes from pita bread. But for children, Viola cafe-confectionery was the best: from 11:00 to 18:00, you could feast on various Turkish pastries, cakes, and most importantly, different flavors of ice cream in waffle cups... There are 3 a la carte restaurants– but you need to register on the day of arrival. We signed up for day 2 - there were only places in the fish restaurant on the last day of rest. We went - we liked it very much: on the seashore by candlelight, beautiful presentation, delicious.
Animation. We tried. Not obtrusively - but invited to participate in polo, yoga, belly dancing, shooting, darts, volleyball on the beach, etc. For children there is a mini-club (where they play or watch cartoons) and a children's disco in the amphitheater. Professional groups of artists were invited for evening shows. The entire staff is friendly and all issues are resolved quickly. Overall impressions of the holiday - excellent!
The beach is large, free sun loungers were at any time. Sea bomb!
Next to the beach is a large and very pleasant relaxation area, also with sun loungers and hammocks. There are already four swimming pools - the main one, two children's and one more indoors. Who cares - there is billiards and tennis.
The food is delicious, there are no questions about the quality and organization)
Free wi-fi catches only near the reception, on the beach and near the pool (and then, it seems, only in the evening). But you can buy premium access (we did not take it).
We had a room in the fourth building, where the noise from the center did not reach. But the corridor is very well audible, especially when cleaning. But it doesn't start early. To make it a little quieter, you can close the small window in the bathroom. The neighbors are not so good, but also audible (although we were lucky, right around us, almost all the rooms were free). So I was able to sleep. )
Cats walk around the territory) But we did not encounter their waste products))
From all sorts of things - they used a massage, watched evening shows and flew paragliding - I liked everything very much! The masseuses are diligent, and the procedure itself complements the cycle of eating-bathing-sleeping very well))
Flying wasn't scary at all! If you are not afraid to drop the camera, then you should shoot it yourself - because the photos and videos that they take themselves will cost a lot)
Nice green area, near the sea, large swimming pool. The choice of food is varied, as for a hotel accommodating a huge number of tourists.
The room itself is good. But the downside is that our windows overlooked the garbage collection base, the roar was up to 1:00. Of course, with a closed balcony, this can be experienced).
Safe in the room is free, Internet is paid)
In general, we are satisfied with the rest!
The room is clean, everything is new, cleaning every day, change of towels every day. All sorts of little things like hats, sticks, a nail file, matches, threads... The hair dryer is small, it turns off every 5 seconds.
The food is delicious, varied, ice cream from 10 to 18 pm... natural coffee in mimosa, you can have lunch on the beach... och. few places. we only got into Chinese.
Sea: clean, warm, sun loungers occupied at 7 am. towels were changed three times a day. no one limits. On the beach there is a bar and a cafe. The Turks carry a cart between the sun loungers with cold drinks.
Animation from 10 am to 23-30... yoga, gymnastics in the pool, water polo, oriental dances, gymnastics on jumper boots, mini-disco and disco.
There were a couple of minuses - the hotel congratulated us with a bottle of wine on my birthday. A day later, the cleaning lady stole the bottle (I had to drink it right away)))).
Poor sound insulation - you can hear the neighbors walking along the corridor, how the door at the other end of the building bangs, even the closed door to the balcony does not save from the screaming music on the street... you won’t be able to sleep... through three balconies from us, the neighbors chatted all night - audibility not real. . .
Well, about the hair dryer - I already wrote.
Settlement
We arrived at the hotel at 8:00. But we were immediately settled (maybe because at that time we were the only ones to arrive) in a two-room family suite, the large room was still divided by a partition. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day.
Nutrition
Diverse food for the money you paid. There are steamed, and grilled, and fast food, and fruits, and sweets. I do not understand those who wrote that there is nothing to eat. It is better to sign up for the Ala carte restaurant on the day you arrive (few places). Alcoholic drinks leave much to be desired, but in Ala carta and wine, and whiskey, and juice are good.
Territory
Cozy and green (with an abundance of cats), which creates some special comfort. The heat is much easier to bear. On the territory there are pools with slides and without slides, there are very tiny slides.
Staff
Friendly and unobtrusive.
Animation.
Guys are just great!! ! I am delighted. This applies to both adult animation and children's animation. For adults: yoga, water polo, belly dancing, etc. For children, a kids club with a playground, girls played with the children there, there was also a pizza cooking master class, which my children (11.5 and 3.5 years old) really liked. In the evening, a children's disco, then a show (at this time, you can take the kids to the kids club to watch cartoons), and then another adult disco.
Ice cream
In Café Viola, from 11:00 to 18:00, you can enjoy different flavors of ice cream in any quantity.
Beach
Large pebble. It is difficult to enter without corals, but the hotel has made a special bridge that allows you to enter the sea painlessly. The sea is clean. There were enough sunbeds for everyone on the beach. There is also a playground under a canopy (my youngest only sat there).
Better watch the video on my son's channel - https://youtu. be/o5u-uYQK_II
Wi-fi is not everywhere - it's for the best on vacation.
We immediately went to the SPA - we were banned, relaxed and crushed for 10 out of 10. All the SPA staff are excellent, masters of their craft. I especially advise what we checked on ourselves - Reshad, Erkeayym. Hello and thank you very much Anara - a wonderful consultant at the SPA.
Many bars, incl. nocturnal, skillful cheerful bartenders.
Explanatory animation, the guys-animators are very contact, easy to communicate.
Kitchen - well done! Very tasty and varied. Small sweets. . .
True, for several days the meat and fish were dry and tough - 04-05/06/2021 and 12-13/06/2021.
There are many nice shops within walking distance. No need to go to Kemer.
