There is no small place on the beach. We went to the pool even worse, the pool just looks into the high fence, and at the same time small. There is no animation, no music plays anywhere. Rest is not felt. Parents who come with children do not know how to play with them at all. If you want to spend money and not relax, this is the place for you. I still have a whole week ahead of me, and I'm already dreaming of going home. I wrote to the tour operator, perhaps we will change the hotel. And then for that kind of money it would be better if I didn’t go anywhere than the whole vacation in the very negative.
To be honest, I myself read bad reviews, and I thought maybe competitors write and the tour operator said that she would like it very much. But unfortunately, she did not listen to people and took a chance. Do not repeat my mistakes, do not choose this hotel, otherwise I am writing with tears in my eyes!! !
When we entered the room, it was simply impossible to breathe there, we turned on the air conditioner, it seemed to work, we decided that everything was fine, it would be cooler now, but then we realized that making noise does not mean working. A lot of people complained about the air conditioning in the room, well, it can't be colder in the corridor than there. Although the problem with air conditioning in this hotel is common, or the whole system is old, but it’s hot everywhere: in the corridors, in the dining room, in the elevator ...Everyone is told the same thing about complaints: close the windows, turn on the air conditioner, everything will cool down later, wait, here now they are repairing the system...I read about the renovation of the hotel, but I didn't notice it in the room. Everything is old, the tiles disappear, maybe it was about the furniture in the dining room and at the entrance. And everything is so old. The cleaning was disgusting and not even every day, towels were replaced, the bed was made, there was no question of washing the floors, I didn’t even see a place for a mop on their cart, we had colorful cobwebs hanging on the wall.
Wi-Fi was good only to send a text message, nothing was loaded, but on the beach I found someone else's network without a password, joined, was able to send a short photo-video at least sometimes.
Dining room: they fed normally, I have no particular complaints, there was fresh juice for breakfast, there were fruits: watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, apricots, chicken and beef, different types of cheeses, olives, ice cream was given on the beach and a woman baked gozleme - Turkish cakes with cheese and potatoes, very tasty and gave burgers with french fries, in general, no one went hungry. Disposable glasses.
Beach: a separate issue. It was located across the path from the hotel, this path is common, everyone went there, both their own and others. The beach seems to be private, but strangers were constantly on it. The hotel has a good pier, and so the local youth really liked to jump from it and no one drove them away.
And they behaved, to put it mildly, uncivilized, jumped from the pier right on the heads of floating people. For some reason there were no mattresses on the sunbeds, it was hard to lie. If I were heavier, the bottom bar would dig into my lower back. Towels are dirty, lots of stains of unknown origin.
Before that, I rested in different hotels, but I have never seen anything like this. Once again, I advise you to think and rebook for something else, otherwise your long-awaited vacation will be ruined. Yes, there was a surprise waiting for us when we left: we were not on the transfer list. The hotel guide Tui Tofik clarified this issue until 21:00 and then said that the tour operator had not paid for the return transfer and we had to get to the airport ourselves !! ! This was said to my face, and when I showed the voucher where the transfer was entered and asked why, upon check-in, I was not notified that the transfer was only one way, he did not answer me.
People, this guide Tofik is here to sell you excursions 2 times more expensive than you take in a travel agency on the street and that's it! He cannot resolve any issues. And the most offensive: I paid for the tour, I paid for the transfer, I have a supporting document, but I can’t do anything. They got to the airport at their own expense. Yes, I almost forgot, at the check-out we were given dry rations, as we left before breakfast. It included a piece of black bread, a piece of cheese, a piece of cucumber and tomato, and an apple. Fantasy!
The only bonus in this holiday is the sea, warm, beautiful, clean. But thank God this hotel and Tofik have nothing to do with it!

1. Territory. The description says it's small. But it doesn’t exist at all, the hotel building is everything.
2. The beach is a walk-through yard, there is no security, everyone comes in: those who dine at McDonald's, those who walk in the park, local residents, merchants, stray dogs. In addition, construction work was carried out on the beach every day. Sun loungers without mattresses, beach towels - old, stained and not always available. Garbage on the beach is cleaned all the time.

3. Food - is. But often not very tasty. The main restaurant is not a restaurant, but an eatery with flies and cats. They gave a piece of kebab to the cat, but did not eat it. In addition to watermelon and melon, 1 time there was boiled corn and green apricots. There is really no meat, sausages and sausages are disgusting, they even smell unpleasant. Fish of the same variety - bitter, bony, in different variations. Desserts look different but taste the same. There was a great episode with orange juice for breakfast. Firstly, this is not fresh, but orange slices filled with water. And secondly, they were given out against signature) When people began to resent, they simply closed the shop and said that the fresh juice was over.
4. Number. At first glance, it looks neat. But there is fungus in the bathroom, quite dusty. Idiot bathroom layout. The door opens inward and immediately opposite the toilet, to get out - you need to squeeze into the sink. Not a shower, but a bathtub with a high rim.
In general, overall and the elderly will be very difficult.
5. Entertainment. There is no animation for adults at all. The staff said that because of the pandemic, they had to get permission to at least turn on music on the beach) There are tennis tables, you can play. There are billiard tables...The fact that there are only three balls and cues near the pool) Children's animation was launched at the end of the holiday.
6. Bars. There are two good bartenders who know how to make delicious cocktails, they know the proportions very well. One of them even showed tricks. The rest is not clear what they are doing at the counter. Make a hash with an excess of alcohol. In addition, there are no cocktail cards in the hotel, only paid on the beach)
7. The sea is clean, swimming is pleasant. It is advisable to enter from the shore in slippers, large pebbles (and the tour operator swore that special footwear is not needed). From the pier you can dive and enter from the stairs, it is quite convenient.
2. The hotel does not have air conditioners in the rooms, we assumed that this is due to the fact that the air temperature is not so high yet, and the Hotel is occupied by 30%, why not save money? ! At night we opened the balcony, it became quite comfortable, but in the morning I woke up covered in blisters from mosquitoes and midges! All other days we had to die in the room, because as soon as you open the balcony, mosquitoes immediately fly in! Addressed on this issue personally to the owner of the hotel, the situation has not changed!

4. Nutrition! I can’t say that everything was tasteless, but certainly no variety! Everything that is served at lunch is also served in the evening! The next day, the picture changes a little, but not significantly! The fish was several times (white meat), but cooked in no way...
5. Beach... everything is like everywhere else, nothing special if it were not for the round-the-clock construction! Throughout the day, instead of the sound of the sea, we listened to a drill and hammering nails! They finally crossed the line when they dug up half the beach!
6. Dirty dishes! I would like to highlight this directly, because during a pandemic this is a special issue, and when I looked at spoons in front of everyone, because they were dirty through one, then the staff laughed nearby, not considering it necessary to change something in such a situation!
7. Indifferent staff! I wrote a complaint in writing, the owner of the hotel, the representative of the travel agency, the head of the household unit was informed about the situation! In addition to the phrase “we will do everything”, we, unfortunately, did not receive anything else. This applied to absolutely all tourists, we only heard complaints and claims from tourists! It was proposed to replace the Hotel, but all the presented hotels were a class below!
8. Entertainment and drinks! In this hotel, elite alcohol and entertainment are declared, during the period of our vacation, DJs also performed here, as a result, we not only received NOTHING of the above, but even with numerous complaints from tourists, they never turned on the music on the beach !
9. The price… due to the circumstances, being citizens of Belarus, we flew to the hotel for quite a lot of money in relation to those who fly from Ukraine and neighboring countries! Having paid more than $ 2.000 for a ticket for 9 days, we counted the days before flying home…
We are not fussy tourists and have never flown to very expensive hotels, but there are moments that you can not miss when you live in this for more than 2 days…
My vacation is ruined for the first time in my life....and even for that kind of money! There are always flaws, but such! And this is provided that the hotel was occupied by 30%, it's scary to imagine what happens at full load!
The hotel is really urban. Probably many do not know how to read information about where they are going before the trip, and therefore disappointment occurs. But in fact the hotel is very conveniently located for Kemer. Everything is nearby: shopping malls, pharmacies, tour agencies, a beautiful port with cozy restaurants and a beach.
Check-in went as usual. We arrived at about 8 in the morning, we were politely greeted, invited to have breakfast and informed that, according to the standard rule, we can check in from 14, but they will try to prepare the room by 12. We did not watch at the reception, having breakfast, we went to enjoy the sea until lunch. After 13 we calmly got a room.
The room is pleasant enough. We had a mountain view. The shower room is not very big, the room itself is spacious.
Cleaned well and regularly.
The beach is great. The sea is beautiful. The proximity to the port is a real highlight. If you swim near the buoys, it is very interesting to watch boats, boats and ships.
There are always sunbeds. But on the first line is unlikely, as the towels of missing people appear on the sunbeds in the morning. However, nothing new.
You can also lie on the pier. Especially true in the afternoon, when the time is approaching sunset. On the pier you can catch the last sun when it is no longer on the beach itself.
The staff at the hotel is friendly. The beach is cleaned regularly, drinks and snacks are served.
The food is quite varied. If you do not wait for the premium menu, then everything is very even on the level. Grilled meat, vegetables, potatoes - especially delicious. Always a lot of fruits, sweets, vegetables, snacks. Orange juice for breakfast.
Probably the main drawback (albeit indirect) of this hotel is the TUI operator.
Zero customer expectation management. The hotel is being sold as a day&night concept. In fact, there are no evening programs now due to the coronavirus. In some other hotels, nothing has been canceled. Because of this, people have questions why no one warned about this, then these people walk around with disgruntled faces, and TUI gets its well-deserved negative feedback, although this could have been avoided.
Moreover, the impression is that the hotel guides are already very tired from the super long season of 2020 and simply cannot wait for all the guests to leave. Everything is very sluggish, without interest, enthusiasm and sometimes professionalism. I do not want to go into details, but there were unpleasant nuances when buying an excursion from TUI. We also took a few more excursions from the official Ginza Travel, and everything was fine.
On the way back to the airport, the TUI worker forgot the tourists in the souvenir shop, they shouted to stop the bus...
In general, if there are unpleasant impressions, then only those associated with TUI representatives.

Lunch is usually fish, in which there are so many bones that it is impossible to eat (People simply spit it out and don’t eat it! From meat - chicken. Garnish - only rice and potatoes. In a word, if you want to be hungry, then you are in Turkiz Imperial.
2. The description of the hotel states that the staff speaks Russian and English, SO, this is a lie!!! ! You are dumb here! Only a nice woman from the reception speaks excellent Russian! When you approach the restaurant staff with a plate of dry oatmeal and say "hot milk pliz" and then "give milk hot", then they take out a carton of milk and say "es milk" and pour cold milk over oatmeal!
3. It doesn’t even smell of cleanliness: cleaning until you complain to the reception, towels for the beach are not washed; yesterday we were given with stains from the meat!!! ! And when you go down to their gym, guys, you definitely haven’t seen anything like this before - the walls are 40 cm thick with fungus and the machines are rusty, and the wild stink of mold! There is no air conditioning in the lobby of the hotel! The temperature in the hall is about 45-50 degrees.
This is clearly not 5 stars, but it resembles a hostel for the homeless! Where fish bones are fed!

We went to the hotel at 00:20, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. We clarified where you can eat, he recommended going to the Pool bar.
When we got there, it turned out that there was nothing to eat (a few snacks were standing, but they looked absolutely unappetizing). Security asked us where the bracelets were. The receptionist forgot to wear bracelets, we had to return. I say why it happened that we tired need to walk back and forth. He replied: - Well, I forgot who does not happen. He did not want to apologize, considering it normal that he had a lot of work. During the conflict, he apologized, but with great reluctance.
Luckily (or unfortunately, more on that later) near the Mack hotel and we took the Cheeseburger menu and went to our room.
In the room, in principle, everything is standard, a very big drawback - a terrible smell in the shower / toilet due to sewage. The husband is very sensitive to smells, gag reflex. We always left the door open so that it could somehow ventilate. And it saved that they took a shower with shampoos and there was a pleasant aroma just because of this.
If you look closely at the small details - skirting boards, furniture, for example, you can see a lot of sloppy. The handle on the cabinet also fell off.
City-type hotel, but initially it was not entirely clear to me. In the process of living it became clearer. There is a city promenade between the hotel and the beach, which means that someone is sitting on the benches until 04 in the morning and until late. Or goes. He talks loudly, sings, laughs, drinks. Generally resting. Because of this, it was impossible to sleep with an open balcony and fresh air.
Now about the neighborhood with Mac. One of the nights they had a large delivery and from 03 to 06 in the morning the workers unloaded boxes, pallets, it was very loud, my husband asked the reception to call the police, I called, but this was not done, motivated by the fact that this not our employees. As a guest of the hotel and the opportunity to influence the situation for my holiday was out of the question.
The hotel, as it turned out, no iron. When I asked for it, they said no.
First time like this. Went in those things that do not require ironing.
On my birthday, the hotel forgot to congratulate me (again, this is the first time such an attitude, since I celebrate at sea every year). My husband ordered a table decoration for dinner and a cake. They brought the cake and offered to cut off 2 pieces, later they brought 2 pieces and the rest of the cake was taken away in an unknown direction.
In the morning, I turned to the guest relation with a question, where did the cake go, because we actually bought it. Between the word, she asked why they didn’t congratulate me in any way. To which the employee (very beautiful, by the way, one thing pleases) said that she needs to be warned IN ADVANCE and BRING A COPY OF THE PASSPORT !!!!!!!!!!!!! ! How is it at all? In the end, she apologized, and in the evening they brought a new cake, a bottle of wine, fruit and an apology note to the room. This felt like an improvement.
Animation is very weak, 2 animators - type MC and a girl. They walk without a uniform and get lost among the vacationers.
There is exercise, darts, water aerobics in the pool (from what I heard), a disco and once there was a Miss Hotel contest, as always with great contests - to sing a song and water in your throat, dance an oriental dance, defile and a hit of all hotels - to be a chicken, cackle and carry an egg between your legs.
When we left, we left the hotel at 04:45, I asked to prepare breakfast for the road and the staff said yes. When leaving, the receptionist said that breakfast was not prepared. Since the employees quit 2 hours ago. How do you like that? Fire service. At the airport, we bought food, had breakfast, of course, spending extra money, although at that time we had to be at the hotel at least until 12:00 and have time to have breakfast.
The food at the hotel is monotonous, on the 3rd day we began to eat up in neighboring establishments. Chicken, stewed boiled beef, mackerel. For meat, the choice is minimal, vegetables and fruits are available. No green tea.
Disgusting rosé and red wine, only white was drinkable.
They give out cutlery and plates individually and you go and choose - this is a plus.
We also visited the a la carte restaurant Amore More. I ordered 2 different salads, different fish and 2 different desserts. It's very beautiful, the restaurant is on the roof. It was very windy and carried the dishes off the table. There was 1 lettuce and tomato salad on the table and welcome appetizers. That salad did not look like a salad from the menu and we took it to the welcome appetizers and waited for 2 salads that never came. The fish was delicious, I ate sea bass, my husband salmon (white salmon, by the way, have you seen this? ))). Desserts brought 2 of the same, although I ordered 2 different ones. I asked why? The waiter said the same and left. I did not quite understand Russian, as well as English.
Of the pluses - the beach, the sea, the staff on the beach (Omar is a sincere person), 2 security guards (the husband spoke friendly with them), a beautiful guest relation employee, ice cream on the beach, they also brought some food to the beach 2 times a day - boiled corn , fruits in a glass, sandwiches, for example.
This is the first hotel in which you still do not want to return. From the good memory - bought a bungalow on the beach, your own alcohol with you, the sea, the beauty of Kemer, and very little of what is connected with the hotel from TUI and the TUI company.
So, breakfast, just awful, they ate a boiled egg and washed it down with coffee, and a 5-year-old child had cereal with cold milk, the staff ignored all my persuasion to heat up milk for the child, and one more thing - children are not allowed into the dining room, yes, yes, exactly it’s hard to call a dining room, it’s hard to call a restaurant, an infant is drawn on the plate, I understand small children, but 5-year-olds are not allowed in, then this child sits and cries, although children were allowed in for 6 years, and in general there is absolutely nothing for children to do there, such a hotel even in Egypt did not meet! They say that everything is connected with the pandemic, but the plates and glasses themselves are not washed, by the evening I already had herpes on my lip. We didn’t even go for lunch, we went for dinner and just dined with watermelon, who loves olives, there are a lot of olives here. And such food lasted a couple of days, after they started to resent, by the way, you can’t even drop the video from their wi-fi, the hotel is a complete disappointment, but people were indignant, although the majority liked everything, people ate everything with appetite.
On the 3rd day, someone leaked the video to Instagram, and in the morning they ran along the beach looking for the girl who abandoned the video from dinner, they thought of me, because I told them everything. But it was not me, because the Internet is very bad, the photo is hard to send... The beach... The sea is good, pebbles, it's better to buy corals, but then you get used to the pebbles. The beach is urban, for me it was wildness that Turks with their families come to the beach from the hotel, people come right in front of your sun lounger to change clothes, another feature - they sell corn along the beach (as in Odessa). In the morning on the beach a lot of broken glass, garbage. The pipe in the sea was embarrassing, it felt like the sewerage of the hotel or McDonald's was draining.
After the leaked video with food, it began to improve, but the sediment remained. We were in an a la carte restaurant, something like that... We went downstairs and had dinner in the main restaurant, the photo is attached... The rest is ruined, the price for this hotel is too high, I would give this hotel 3 solid stars, only for the new furniture at the reception...
