All satisfied and cheerful approached the reception, where we were NOT met by a worker of this "hotel". She immediately gave us papers where we had to write our data, etc. After giving her the papers, she suggested that we go to breakfast, which was running out.
We ate the "leftovers" that were left and returned to the reception. I asked her to put us in a room early and offered her an extra charge for a family room, as I had booked a standard room for 4 people with 2 main beds and 2 extra beds at the travel agency. She said that she needed to talk to the manager, I said ok and started to wait. After talking with the manager, he personally came out of the supply room and said that the family room would cost us an extra charge of 40 euros per day. Since we came to rest for 9 days. I counted and fucked up 40 * 9 = 360 euros. Since I am from Ukraine. Converted to our currency hryvnia. 360 * 31.7 = 11400, in short, approximately 12 UAH pieces. For 4600 rubles. In my travel agency, where I paid for my vacation for 4 people with a standard room, the difference was about the same with the same family room at 12.000 thousand UAH. Being in the last hotel, in which I also paid extra for a family room, with the same number of days I paid a third of the same 12.000. And not in euros, but in dollars, 160 USD, this was in 2020. The dollar to hryvnia exchange rate was 28.160*28.4500 thousand hryvnia cost extra!! ! And not like 360 euros.
Of course, I refused and I think that not in vain !!! . The same family rooms (with an interior partition or door, and also with a mini balcony). They are located on a large territory of the hotel and not so close to the sea. And I didn’t want to pay extra 360 euros for 9 days for them.
I again approached the so-called receptionist and asked if they could check us in early, as I did not want to wait. In hotels in Turkey - check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. She replied that the room was not yet ready and offered to go swimming, leaving the suitcases near the entrance to the hotel. We didn’t really want to leave our things, as they contained money and documents, but we nevertheless decided. Let's go swimming. Got in for lunch. Ate. We arrived at the reception around 2:00 pm. But “she” was on her own - the number was not ready yet. Shortly speaking. Check-in took place not at 14:00, as stated, but at 14:30. Late check-in, she argued that the room key was allegedly not programmed. Waiting for service engineers. Of course, I didn't believe this story. Based on the fact that I did not want to pay those 360 euros, I was led by the nose with my family.
At 14:30, a car, like a golf cart, arrived for us, loaded our suitcases and headed on our way to the room. The road from the hotel to the room took a little, but it took about 5 minutes to walk. From the room to the sea, 7-8 minutes. Not close. When we arrived we had 4 suitcases for 4 people. I took 2 suitcases, 2 were taken by an employee and we carried them to the 2nd floor to the room. After that, the employee asked me if I would give him a tip. Did not give. Judging by the attitude of the staff, I didn't feel like tipping him. And for what, for the fact that I carried my own suitcases. Balalaika.
Having settled down (things were laid out in a closet, documents and money in a safe), we went to the beach. The road from the room where I wrote above took about 7 minutes. A beautiful green area with pine trees, palm trees, green mowed lawns. We arrived around 3:40 pm. Passed by the pool loungers are busy, went to the sea - the same thing. Somehow we found two free sunbeds on the beach by the sea. The sea is super, clean, transparent warm. A little upset pebbles. It hurts to get in and out of the sea. As well okay.
Then there was dinner. I expected delicious lamb from dinner, but from meat there were only chicken, beef, turkey. ALL!! ! SSORI was grilled lamb. For 9 days of rest only once. Ito I took two pieces in the form of a chop. One raw, the other more or less. And so everything is monotonous and boring already on the fourth day. There were sushi 2 more times for dinner, for which a queue lined up. I got it. Ate. But I didn't feel much satisfaction. And still salty. There was no question of seafood in the form of crabs and crayfish !!! . In short, food for a five-star hotel for a C grade.
I won't write about food anymore. I repeat that the food was the same every day the same thing. And squeezed out her employees with sour faces, like pigs. TYPE NATE EAT.
Zero animation. Compared to the previous hotel in GOYNUKE, which had super animators who organized contests, talked with vacationers, entertained them in every way, danced, played games, entertained to the fullest and much more. HERE is horror. The animation started with a club dance. five animators. Two girls and three guys. Nobody wanted to dance with them. They danced and parted ways. But what about contests? How about communicating with vacationers? Where are the smiling faces???
On the first water aerobics of our vacation, there was an animator from the Turks. A vicious undergrowth with a cunning Jewish nose. Even a Turk. As he showed the movement, it's pipets. He collected only a few women in the pool. And how he began to show them his incomprehensible movements. They don't understand him, he freaked out. He threw these foam sticks, which were used in aqua aerobics, shouted something in his own way. IN SHORT HORROR.
I saw those two girls as an animator only at a club dance. There was also one black animator. More about him. So we, the family, are lying down, sunbathing. A young couple is swimming in the pool in front of us. On the other side of the pool is the same Negro. In his hands he has 2 cocktails, not those that are free, but paid. He comes up to them, sits next to them, hands them cocktails and takes out his phone and starts filming something. We are starting to listen. And he says to them: Tell them that we are cool animators, that the hotel is super, that they really like it here, etc. and looks around. And I'm starting to understand. That those very positive reviews about the hotel HERE THEY are and how they come up with and deceive tourists !!!
There was a meeting with the guide at the hotel. Nothing really new to lure excursions, blah blah blah, and then he gives out. We are STEALING in our hotel. And not something that is stolen in the room itself, but in the room from the safe. From the safe itself. The gendarmes arrive and shrug. "SAFETY AT THE TOP LEVEL" I don't fucking think. Listened briefly to it. He said to keep the money in a suitcase. Asked him or go dolmushi from the hotel. He said that they go, but he said something like that, like fuck off the tour is more important for me !! ! In short, the attitude is "SUPER!!! " After the meeting, somehow he did not betray much attention about the thefts. After dinner, we went to the room to rest, as the sun bakes very strongly from 12 to 15:00. We came to the pool, as most of the time we were near it. And then my mother says to me (four of us went to rest with my wife, my son and mother), please go transfer the money from the safe to the suitcase. I didn't want to go for a long time. But still went. Shifted. Luckily the money was in the safe. So we came from the beach to the room. We washed, changed for dinner, I told my mother, please give me lira to go to Kemer in a dolmush - that's what they call our minibus.
Since it is not profitable to pay with dollars or euros. And even more so, the lira remained from the last vacation. But my mother did not leave her money in the safe when I did, but in her purse. And then she is looking for (she had 20 lire in the limit, about 70-75 hryvnias for hryvnia), but there is no 20 lira for horseradish. HRYVNA IS, but LIRE is NOT. And it turns out the guide was right - STEAL. Mom went to figure it out, and they also lead her by the nose - you understand, well, you do this, you do that, we can’t do anything, in short, the conversation is about nothing. "SUPER" continues. ANIMATION, FOOD, STAFF, SERVICE…. We somehow leave the room, and we have neighbors from the room, Women, you don't know what's going on here. They say we came from the beach, but in our room everything is upside down. Refrigerator where drinks are, EMPTY. Things are scattered. I say, but money was stolen from us and then one of the women you know from my friend in the same hotel also stole 100 USD. Super, right? Oheret, this is a vacation!! ! But that is not all. We are lying on sunbeds, warming ourselves, two young ladies come up to us, they offer leather, furs, we talk, talk about the theft, and they tell us and the theft from tourists has become more frequent. SO WHAT IS THE P, , , C. How can this be?
My take on theft. ALL STAFF IS INVOLVED IN THIS. CLEANERS STEAL AND SHARE WITH HIGHER AUTHORITIES. IN SHORT THEY ARE ALL IN TALK!! ! THEREFORE THEY CAN'T FIND IT. If only cleaners stole, they would have been found by now. Well, something like this. Maybe I'm wrong. BUT THE FACT OF THEFT IS AVAILABLE!!!!
There are 3 water slides on site. One open lap, one open straight and one closed lap. So here is the minus of the hill open circular. You stop half way, you have to push off. Design not done correctly. The other two are good slides.

It's the same in snack bars, the food doesn't change from day to day, the gozlime is already ready, they give you sliced .2 pieces, and in general everyone gives a little bit, the feeling that you are overeating someone.
And more insects, especially mosquitoes, it's tin comrades!! ! The window cannot be opened, they bite on the street, there are ants in the room, moths are the norm for them, upon arrival it was all crawling and flying in the room.
The area is very good, the sea is perfectly clean.
But with a huge beach, the sunbeds are all occupied in the morning, towels, scarves, things, etc. , there are no empty seats at all, the administration could forbid borrowing, as they may not come to the beach at all during the day, or they come in the evening, and those who did not have time to take at 6 in the morning, there is no place.
In short, the hotel is so-so, I won’t go for the second time for sure, and I don’t advise it, for the money you can find much better.
When buying a tour, I immediately took care of the room, because from the information in the reviews I realized that there are two categories: old, much cheaper and after repair. I don’t really understand tourists who pay half as much for this vacation and are very indignant that they live in uncomfortable conditions. For that kind of money now it is difficult to relax in Turkey.
A very well-groomed and beautiful territory is the hallmark of the hotel: the hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, the quality work of gardeners, old trees, the bungalow is surrounded by greenery.
Our mood was just great - we broke out into the sea after a long break. For this reason, many shortcomings were not taken seriously, and it is clear that now all businesses are recovering. We ourselves are faced with a lack of professional staff and simply its physical absence.
Let's just say that there is practically no service, in its classical sense: the tablecloths have been removed from the tables, there are no waiters, the staff cannot cope with the number of guests. It is a fact. All steamed and evil. But, the beauty of the nature of the hotel and the sea smooths out all the disadvantages.
The only huge request to the administration is to remove carts with dirty plates and leftovers from the restaurant. It is clear that this is convenient for the restaurant staff. But very unpleasant for the guests.
Good slides for both adults and children. Good music is playing. Food 5 out of 5.
Good clean sea, small pebbles.

2. When asked to change the number, the staff switched to a conflicting tone, refused to communicate with a Russian-speaking representative, and was aggressive.
3. The proposed replacement room did not meet the requirements of the 5* category, which were paid for at the time of booking.
4. Next, we were offered a room in the building, with a reservation about the need for additional payment. They referred to the lack of available rooms of the desired category. Immediately we checked it on the hotel website: the rooms in the building were cheaper, not more expensive than those offered.
5. As a result, we agreed to the second option from those shown, as we were tired after a day on the road and were with a one-year-old child in our arms. But the staff rudely refused to check in to the selected room. Offering an ultimatum either the first option, rejected by us, or nothing. Accompanying all this with appropriate gestures.
6. As a result, we were left at the reception, as if in the form of a punishment for our demands for the service we paid for, and they also refused to call a taxi to another hotel without justifying the refusal in any way and telling us that we most likely would not find a free room overnight, on 4 and even with a child. That is, we were asked to turn a blind eye to blatant rudeness instead of a 5-star service and the famous Turkish hospitality.
7. All this time, the declared "hot line" did not answer our calls.
We are shocked by the hostile attitude towards us, hotel guests. We are deeply disappointed with the services of the tour operator and the hotel staff who were responsible for our check-in. And never again will we dare to turn to Tui or rest in Turkey.
The rooms are old - a lot of unpleasant moments: mold, air conditioning dripping from the ceiling, etc. (especially if the standard bungalow, they are even older, it cost $ 120 to move).
The food is more or less, I can’t say that it’s bad.
But I can talk about alcohol - a local spill.
If you arrive early in the morning, you will be accommodated closer to dinner.
Coffee is Makkofe, or Turkish brew.
The best thing about this hotel is its beach and the sea, there is a complete order except for the lack of free sunbeds.
The attitude and service disappointed and upset to tears.
Due to the fact that the hotel opened 3 days before our arrival, it was completely unprepared to receive tourists.
We arrived at 10-30, but no one was in a hurry to settle us. Patiently waiting for 14-00, we went to the reception for information, we were ignored for a long time and in the end we were told that the rooms were STILL not ready.
We did not receive a single answer to all our questions.
During the entire time of our waiting, no one even offered water, they told us to go to a restaurant, from where we were kicked out because it was closing.
Some time later we were shown "ready" numbers and it was another shock. It seemed that the rooms were being prepared while we were arguing at the reception. And this situation was with all the tourists who came with us.
We changed the room, paying $140 extra (it's discounted).
We settled in at 16-00!!!
In the "improved" room, they were waiting for us - an empty mini-bar, no slippers, it was not possible to connect to Wi-Fi in the room, in the bathroom - used soap and filled trash cans. The air conditioner in the main room barely breathed.
After the next indignation, they cleaned the room and cleaned the air conditioner (at the same time, it did not work better).
All sorts of robots were actively carried out on the territory (washing paths and pools, mowing lawns, planting bushes, etc. ).
In the restaurant the first days there were very few staff who did not have time to serve tourists. There was no children's menu.
The beach is a separate issue.
When we got there, they painted frames under umbrellas, made wooden paths, boards from which lay in the sand between sun loungers, my husband stepped on one of these boards,
lifting it from the sand, we saw a nail sticking out with a sharp edge (3 cm), brought it to the reception - reactions 0. In addition to everything, there was still a lot of garbage that was never removed during the entire period of our vacation.
And when we left (the transfer was at 6-00), no one took care that we had breakfast or at least took something with us.
We all understand: the situation with Covid, the uncertainty with tourists, etc. But why open a hotel, book rooms, if nothing is ready for the arrival of tourists.
It looks like someone was in a hurry to make money from vacationers, who are not going anywhere when they arrive anyway (considering that the price for this hotel is the same as last season).
This was our experience of staying at this hotel, we hope that someone will have better luck)))
P. S. I would like to convey to the management of the hotel, Tui and other related persons - the desire to earn money is natural and normal, but breeding people is not earnings, it is a scam.
In total, they knew that many people would arrive (and there were 20 of us on the bus) and did not prepare a single room, despite the fact that there was no air conditioning at the reception. It was just hell, the kids had to be stripped down to their shorts so they wouldn't get heatstroke. Do you think the hotel did something to make our wait easier? Think again, they didn't do anything.
Around 11 we were shown our rooms. To say we are shocked is an understatement. The rooms are not just old - the rooms are from the 90s, with peeling paint, creaky doors. I'm not even sure I could walk barefoot on this "clean" carpet. The view from the window - through half a meter a mountain of sand, a "French balcony" for half a person. We gave up these rooms and went to rooms with a surcharge. The same room, only one more room, the same dirt, dampness, there is no light in one of the rooms (they said they would fix it someday). After that, the receptionist said that the rooms had not been cleaned since last year... if this is a general cleaning, then it is better not to think about what a daily cleaning looks like. The hotel is occupied by 20 percent, it does not have certification on the health website, I do not advise.
The worker - THANK YOU more - was more worried about us than the hotel manager and tour operator rep. By the way, we will no longer use TUI services.
Did not like - the room was not cleaned at all. The trash was taken out a couple of times. The floor upon check-in was such that the soles of the feet turned black. Well, he remained like that until the eviction. The shower gel was brought on the last day. They took two towels out of four, why, it is not clear, they did not return them back. Water was not brought even once, although they should have been every day, fortunately, water is freely available on the territory.
Children's animation is not up to par. There is no organization at the children's disco, everyone stands in a crowd, who fights, who pushes, who runs, parents of very small children do not hesitate to lead their children to the dancers, exposing their asses to other children in the face. In general, chaos.
I give it a pretty high rating, because the cons are not significant for me. I will also add that the hotel is simply filled with children, so people who love noise and din, it is better not to go there.
